        This work focuses on the electrical conduction mechanism in a lead free (Na0.5K0.5NbO3 ; NKN) ceramics system with LiNbO3 content of approximately critical concentration x ≥ 0.2. Lead free (1-x)(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3 - x(LiNbO3), NKN-LNx (x = 0.1, 0.2) ceramics were synthesized by solid-state reaction method. Crystal structures are confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The electric-mechanical bond coefficient k p decreases and the phase transition temperature T c increases with increasing x content, as determined by dielectric and piezoelectric measurements. The value of the real dielectric constants ε' and kBTε'' showed anomalies around T c (462 oC in the NKN-LN0.1 and 500 oC in the NKN-LN0.2). For the ionic conduction of mobile ions, the activation energies are obtained as EI = 1.76 eV (NKN-LN0.1) and EI = 1.55 eV (NKN-LN0.2), above T c, and EII = 0.78 (NKNLN0.1) and EII = 0.81 (NKN-LN0.2) below T c. It is believed that the conduction mechanisms of NKN-LNx ceramics are related to ionic hopping conduction, which may arise mainly due to the jumping of Li+ ions.

        술폰화 폴리아릴렌에테르술폰 공중합체를 직접 중합법으로 합성하고 공유 가교하여 연료전지용 고분자 전해질 막을 제조하였다. 최적의 전해질 막 제조를 위하여 가교제의농도를 30~90 v/v% 및 가교시간을 30분 내지 720분의 범위에서 다양한 조성의 전해질 막 제조실험이 수행되었으며 FT-IR분광법 및 열 중량분석, 수소 이온 전도도 측정 등을 통해 전해질 막의 기본 특성들을 평가하였다. 수소 이온 전도도는 가교도에 따라 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 물 흡수율 및 메탄올 투과도도 함께 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다.

        El propósito de este estudio es analizar los 1,471 errores recopilados en las clases de conversación española de una universidad y señalar cómo el análisis del error desempeña un papel relevante en el proceso de la enseñanza/aprendizaje de español. Después del análisis a todos los errores, se clasificaron cuatro categorías según su origen: errores simples (morfológicos), errores por la interferencia, errores gramaticales y errores lógicos. A su vez, cada categoría incluyó subdivisiones, según el contenido gramatical, y por último se seleccionaron veintiún tipos de errores a los que se les dio un porcentaje. Algunos de los resultados obtenidos en este análisis son: primero, cerca del 63 ó 75% (según los niveles) de los errores derivan de confusiones gramaticales y apenas un 9 ó 12% se atribuyen a interferencias de la lengua materna y del inglés; segundo, en algunos casos o tipos, los estudiantes de nivel alto cometen más errores que los de nivel bajo y esto se puede explicar a partir de una estrategia de ‘evitación’, empleada por los últimos; tercero, con respecto a los estudiantes del nivel bajo, muchos de los errores no satisfacen el mínimo de los requisitos estructurales; así que para ellos, antes de la corrección del error, se debe ofrecer mucha atención a los modelos de la oración española.

        The trophectoderm is one of the earliest cell types to differentiate in the forming placenta. It is an important for the initial implantation and placentation during pregnancy. Trophoblast stem cells (TBSCs) develop from the blastocyst and are maintained by signals emanating from the inner cell mass. However, several limitations including rarity and difficulty in isolation of trophoblast stem cells derived from blastocyst still exist. To establish a model for trophoblast differentiation, we isolated TBSCs from human term placenta (38 weeks) and characterized. Cell cycle was analyzed by measuring DNA content by FACS analysis and phenotype of TBSCs was characterized by RT-PCR and FACS analysis. TBSCs have expressed various markers such as self-renewal markers (Nanog, Sox2), three germ layer markers (hNF68, alpha-cardiac actin, hAFP), trophoblast specific markers (CDX-2, CK7, HLA-G), and TERT gene. In FACS analysis, TBSCs isolated from term placenta showed that the majority of cells expressed CD13, CD44, CD90, CD95, CD105, HLA-ABC, cytokeratin 7, and HLA-G. Testing for CD31, CD34, CD45, CD71, vimentin and HLA-DR were negative. TBSCs were shown to decrease the growth rate when cultured in conditioned medium without FGF4/heparin as well as the morphology was changed to a characteristic giant cell with a large cytoplasm and nucleus. In invasion assay, TBSCs isolated from term placenta showed invasion activities in in vivo using nude mice and in vitro Matrigel system. Taken together, these results support that an isolation potential of TBSCs from term placenta as well as a good source for understanding of the infertility mechanism.
