        CO2 photocatalytic reduction is a carbon–neutral renewable energy technology. However, this technology is restricted by the low utilization of photocatalytic electrons. Therefore, to improve the separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers and enhance the performance of CO2 photocatalytic reduction. In this paper, g-C3N4/Pd composite with Schottky junction was synthesized by using g-C3N4, a two-dimensional material with unique interfacial effect, as the substrate material in combination with the co-catalyst Pd. The composite of Pd and g-C3N4 was tested to have a strong localized surface plasmon resonance effect (LSPR), which decreased the reaction barriers and improved the electron utilization. The combination of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) created a π–π conjugation effect at the g-C3N4 interface, which shortened the electron migration path and further improved the thermal electron transfer and utilization efficiency. The results show that the g-C3N4/ rGO/Pd (CRP) exhibits the best performance for photocatalytic reduction of CO2, with the yields of 13.57 μmol g− 1 and 2.73 μmol g− 1 for CO and CH4, respectively. Using the in situ infrared test to elucidate the intermediates and the mechanism of g-C3N4/rGO/Pd (CRP) photocatalytic CO2 reduction. This paper provides a new insight into the interface design of photocatalytic materials and the application of co-catalysts.

        This article reviews the statutory reform of Chinese private international law from the perspective of tort conflicts which concludes that notwithstanding the significant improvement, the new Private International Law Act of China are fraught with various defects. In the field of tort, Article 44 are problematic in three aspects: first, the key term‘ habitual residence’lacks an objective definition; second, the rationality of an automatic preference to the law of the common habitual residence over the lex loci delicti is open to doubt; third, there is little, if any, practicability to introduce the notion that the parties may choose the applicable law after the tort has happened. Moreover, there are a number of defects or problems with Article 45, Article 46 and Article 50 of the Act, respectively. What’s more, the Act neglects some other important types of torts which call for special treatment, say, unfair competition, and environmental pollution, nuclear damage and traffic accidents. In the end, the article puts forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement.

        The Application of powder metallurgy (PM) aluminum structural parts is at its early growing stage, despite of some automotive applications. The market potential for PM aluminum, however, is large. Growth is expected from the market expansion of the existing applications and new applications, including the replacements of aluminum and zinc based castings and some ferrous PM automotive parts by PM aluminum. Compared to castings, PM is an efficient mass production technology. The PM aluminum is more competitive than die casting for some automotive applications. Besides weight saving leading to performance improvement, the total cost increase for aluminum PM parts is less than 15% compared to ferrous PM automotive parts. The future is promising for PM aluminum.
