연구는 베트남에서 도입된 두 계통(Hylocereus spp)의 용과에 대하여 개화, 착과율 및 과실 특성을 조사하였다. H. polyrhizus(적색 계)의 H. undatus(백색계)의 개화시작은 각각 7월 9일과 7월20일이었다.
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of seeding rate on the quality and yield of whole crop rice variety, "Nokyang". Whole crop rice variety, "Nokyong", was direct seeded at 25 April. The seeding rate were four level(30, 60, 90, and 120㎏/㏊). There was not found significantly difference plant height and dry matter(DM) content among seeding rate. The average DM content was 44.1%. Dry matter yield of 30㎏/㏊ seeding rate plot was decreased compared to others treatment. The CP yield of 60㎏/㏊ seeding rate plot was the highest among treatments. Acid detergent fiber(ADF) and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) content have not been affected in relation to seeding rate. The content of TDN(total digestible nutrient) increased with increased seeding rate until 90㎏/㏊ seeding rate. The highest fresh and DM yield showed at 120㎏/㏊ seeding rate. But there was not found significantly difference among 60, 90 and 120㎏/㏊ seeding rate. Although high seeding rate increase the DM yield, 60㎏/㏊ seeding rate will be recommendable as proper seeding rate for whole crop rice.
A new Gomchwi cultivar ‘Sammany’ was developed by a cross between Gomchwi (Ligularia fischeri (Ledeb.) Turcz.) and Handaeri-gomchwi (Ligularia fischeri var. spiciformis Nakai). Gomchwi is a common Korean name referring wild edible plant species within Ligularia genus. ‘Sammany’ has purple colored petiole ears and petiole trichome is absent. It has 2nd degree leaf vein density. Plant height, leaf length, leaf width and petiole length were 46.2, 19.1, 19.5 and 32.1 ㎝, respectively. Plant height was higher than ‘Gondalbi’. Bolting occurred in mid. July and it flowered from late August to early September. ‘Gondalbi’ bolted and flowered 26 days earlier than ‘Sammany’, and consequently has earlier flowering time more than 26 day. Leaf number of ‘Sammany’ was 156 per plant but ‘Gondalbi’ had 130. ‘Sammany’ had thicker leaves (0.61 ㎜) compared to ‘Gondalbi’ (0.46 ㎜). As a result, yield was higher in ‘Sammany (1,077 g/plant)’ than ‘Gondalbi (798 g/plant)’ and leaf hardness was lower in ‘Sammany (20.8 ㎏/㎠)’ compared to ‘Gondalbi (23.0 ㎏/㎠)’. In addition, ‘Sammany’ was found to be moderately resistant to powdery mildew. With enhanced agronomic and pathology traits, ‘Sammany’ was newly registered as a new Gomchwi cultivar (variety protection no. 131 on May 2017).
Objective
The aim of this work was to ascertain whether the memory disturbance following scopolamine administration and the neuroprotective effect of could be evidenced in global cerebral ischemia by evaluating improved cognitive capacity in the rats.
Materials and Methods
Neuronal cell density was measured by counting viable cells in the left and right CA1 regions of three coronal sections of 30 um. Behavior test; Acquisition deficits after ischemia.. Use passive avoidance test.
Results
Neuroprotective effect of GB at 100mg/kg is 87.3%. Representative photomicrographs of cresyl violet-stained hippocampal regions of either sham-operated animals(A,B) or animals that had been subjected to 10 min ischemia followed by the treatment with either saline (C,D) or 100mg/kg of Ginkgo biloba (E,F). Boxed regions in A, C, and E are shown in B, D, and F, respectively. The 10 min ischemia caused selective and delayed neuronal cell loss in the hippocampal CA1 region (C,D). In contrast, GB treatment conferred neuroprotection by markedly reducing the number of damaged pyramidal cells in the CA1 subfield (E,F). Scale bar is 100 um. Effect of GB on scopolamine induced memory deficits in the passive avoidance test.
At 30 min after trainining trials, scopolamine(1mg/kg i.p.) or the same volume of saline was administered to rats. At 30 min after scopolamine injection, the rats were treated with GB(100mg/kg). Acquisition trials were carried out 30 min after GB treatment. At 24 hr after acquisition trials, the test trials were carried out. Data represents mean ± SEM (n=6).
A new Asiatic lily cultivar “Fantasia” was derived from a cross between “Gran-paradiso” and line “No. 96-13” made in 1997. The cultivar was selected mainly for cut flower. “Gran-paradiso” is a orange red cultivar, while “No. 96-13” is a red-purple colored hybrid line. The selection and the survey for the flower characteristics were conducted from 1998 to 2005 in vinyl tunnels and greenhouses of National Institute of Highland Agriculture. The flowering date of “Fantasia” is July 22. The flower has no fragrance and its medium sized flower is 13.4 cm in width. The orange (O28A) colored petals have no spots. The bulb weight of “Fantasia” is about 68 g and its bulb size is about 18.6 cm in circumference.
A new Asiatic lily cultivar “Dajeong” was derived from a cross between “Prato” and “Positano” made in 1997. The cultivar was selected mainly for cut flower. Both “Prato” and “Positano” are well known for their flower color of orange red and yellow, respectively. The selection and the survey for the flower characteristics were conducted from 1998 to 2005 in vinyl tunnels and greenhouses of National Institute of Highland Agriculture. The flowering date of “Dajeong” is July 23. The flower has no fragrance and its medium sized flower is 12.0 cm in width. The medium orange and yellow (ON25 + YO23B) colored petals have no spot. The bulb weight of “Dajeong” is about 55.4 g and its bulb size is about 16.4 cm in circumference.

The selection and flower characterization were conducted from 2004 to 2006 in greenhouse of the National Institute of Highland Agriculture. The flowering of “Snowmaple” starts on October 9 for 16 days, The number of flowers per plant was 315 with strong concurrent flowering habit. The flower shows red purple (RP62C) at opening, but It turns gradually changable from red purple to white. The flower has 5 petals, and the size is 2.0 cm in width and 2.3 cm in length. “Snowmaple” can be used for pot flower. Fifty percent shading is a good cultural practice against direct sunlight and soft rot disease would occurs usually by over-irrigation.
