        The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of relationship marketing which has been developed as an alternative way of handling marketing in family restaurants. This study focused on the consumers' behavior - mainly their switching behavior and loyalty toward relationship marketing activities exercised by from family restaurants. 269 usable questionnaires were collected from customers patronizing three family style restaurants in Seoul. Several statistical methods were used including descriptive analysis, reliability test, covariance analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance structural analysis. The result drawn from empirical test proved that relationship marketing activities actually are the significant determinants of relationship quality and thus to the customers' behaviors toward the restaurants they patronize. Managerial implications can be drawn from the result findings that restaurant companies can identify the activities of relationship marketing to continue the long-term relationship with their customers. Also restaurant companies can use the activities of relationship marketing as differentiating strategies, and allocate their resources into the activities of relationship marketing.

        우리 기업은 운명상 국내 시장의 규모가 협소하기 때문에 세계 시장을 향하여 나아가지 않을 수 없다. 특히 최근의 경제 위기를 극복하고 지속적인 경제 성장을 이끌어 내기 위해서는 적극적인 해외 시장 진출이 필수적이다. 이와 같은 해외 시장 진출에 있어서 우리 기업들이 느끼는 가장 큰 애로 사항중의 하나가 국제 마케팅력의 부족이다. 그러나 현재까지 국제 마케팅력에 대한 연구는 매우 미미한 수준이다. 지금까지 국제 마케팅력에 대한 연구는 체계적이고 분석적인 연구를 시도했다기 보다는 현황 분석을 통한 서술적인 연구에 머물고 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 비가격경쟁력을 중심으로 우리 기업의 해외 시장에서의 마케팅능력을 나타내는 국제 마케팅력의 결정 요인을 기업 특성 요인과의 관계에서 살펴 보고, 이를 토대로 우리 기업의 국제 마케팅력 강화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 해외 시장에서의 제품의 품질과 디자인력을 나타내는 국제 제품력의 경우에는 경영자의 해외 시장 태도와 연구개발비중이 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 해외 시장에서의 브랜드의 인지도와 지명도를 나타내는 국제 브랜드력은 해외 사업 경험, 해외 시장 정보수집 그리고 연구개발 비중이 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 해외 시장에서의 유통 능력을 나타내는 국제 유통력의 경우에는 해외시장 정보수집과 해외사업 인력비중이 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 해외 시장에서의 광고 및 판촉 능력을 나타내는 국제 촉진력의 경우에는 해외마케팅 투자와 해외 시장 정보수집 그리고 연구 개발 비중이 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        After the outbreak of the epidemic, China’s foreign trade industry has been greatly impacted, and the survival of Chinese export enterprises in the post-epidemic era has become more difficult, and the surge in Sino-US trade frictions has further aggravated the difficult status quo of China’s export industry. This paper studies the relationship between marketing ability and export performance through literature research and mathematical analysis, aiming to help Chinese export enterprises get rid of the current situation of downturn, improve market competitiveness, and put forward feasible guidance strategies for improving the export performance of Chinese enterprises.

        Network marketing in Indonesia, especially in a time of crisis, is massively rising and has become a popular opportunity among other industries. Network marketing organizations, consists of partnership and trust, a community of connections and contact between individuals. This article has tried to examine the potential strategy to mitigate low trust in network marketing organizations specifically in the Indonesia market, where no studies on the subject has been done before. In doing this research assignment employed a secondary research methodology by reviewing previous academic literatures, by exploration and evaluation. For the purpose, 6 main articles and 25 relevant supporting articles were selected, there is an interesting and prominent research in an effort to repair trust in the perspective of the organization’s efforts to build trust and control trust framework in strategy trust repair. The result of this analysis showed that the application of trust-building activities studies reveals how trustbuilding behavior is related to controls and how the efforts towards fostering subordinate cooperation are motivated by different types of controls and display of trustworthiness. It can be concluded that by implementing this trust repair model consistently and with a full commitment, it can gradually restore people’s trust in the network marketing industry, sustain industry existence and exalted purpose of this industry can be achieved.

        Customer loyalty is a desired and essential result for companies in a business environment with a lot of competition, of which the fashion industry is no exception. For the fashion industry, the competition between businesses is increasingly fierce with the appearance of tailored fashion brands for each customer, also known as a designed fashion brand. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the antecedents of the relationship (reputation of designer, social media marketing) and customer relationship (trust and intimacy), and loyalty of customer for a designed fashion brand. The mixed research method is used to achieve research objectives with qualitative and quantitative research method. Qualitative data was collected through in-depth interview with 12 participants in Ho Chi Minh City, while quantitative data was collected by a survey of 799 respondents in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi City. The results show that the antecedents of relationship marketing positively affect on customer relationship and customer loyalty. Moreover, customer relationship has a positive impact on the customer loyalty when shopping for fashion products. From the research results, some managerial implications are also proposed for the designed fashion brands to improve the relationship marketing performance.
