진화론의 등장은 아담의 역사성과 타락 그리고 원죄 교리에 대한 의문을 불러일으켰다. 프레드릭 테넌트는 자연과학의 연구결과를 수용하면서 죄의 기원에 대한 새로운 설명을 시도한 선구적인 신학자였다. 그는 진화의 결과로 인간이 타고나는 동물적 본성에 도덕적 판단을 내리는 것은 부적절하다고 본다. 그에 의하면 인간이 죄를 짓는 것은 타고난 악한 본성의 필연적인 결과가 아니라 인간 내면에서 서서히 등장하는 도덕적 의식이 동물적 본능을 제어하지 못하는 데서 기인한다. 테넌트가 추구한 것은 기독교 신앙의 파괴가 아니라 현대의 학문적 성과에 비추어 기독교 지식 체계를 재정비하는 것이었다. 그는 자신의 이론이 기독교 신앙의 본질적 내용과는 관계되지 않는다고 강조했다. 죄의 기원과 무관하게, 자범죄의 보편성은 구원의 복음의 충분한 근거가 되기 때문이다. 테넌트의 관점은 세계에 대한 지식이 진보하는 것과 마찬가지로, 계시에 대한 인간의 지식 또한 전진한다는 점을 상기시켜 준다.

디자인경영은 일본의 사토야마 야스히코에 기업의 경영 자원의 배분과 방책, 영국표준협의회(BSI)의 기업 활동을 관리하고 기여할 수 있는 디자인, 모조타(Mozata), 캐서린 베스트(Kathryn Best)의 전략적 디자인경영, 전술적 디자인경영, 실행적 디자인경영, 디자인 카운슬의 서비스 디자인 방법론을 통하여 정의하였다. 일반적 사례로서 일본의 마쯔시다, 닛산자동차의 제품철학 중심의 디자인경영, (주)지엠피의 소비자를 대상으로 긍정적인 제품철학 중심으로 경영이념을 소개하였다. 현재의 기업은 기획과 생산, 홍보 판매를 전 세계적으로 실행하고 있다. 기업의 제품과 이미지는 더욱더 단단하게 관리 되어야 한다. 그러므로 인간을 위한 디자인에 책임을 기본으로 공동의 가치를 만드는 것이 필요함을 논의하였다. 기업은 소비자의 요구와 흐름을 파악하여 기업이념과 제품기획에 반영한다. 기업과 소비자 사이에 꾸준한 소통을 통하여 기업은 독창적인 철학을 갖는 스토리가 생겨나는 것이다. 이러한 스토리는 사회 안에서 지속적 순환을 한다. 순환 구조를 홀론의 이중 구조적 가치 체계를 통하여 설명하였다. 기업은 대기업, 중견기업, 소기업, 전문기업, 관계기관, 사회적 기업, 청년 창업으로 디자인경영은 매우 중요하다. 그러므로 대기업의 인력, 조직, 환경 중심에 일반적 디자인경영에서 벗어나 100가지 기업에 100가지 디자인경영의 비전이 필요함을 강조하였다. 사례로 기업과 관련된 내외부에 전문가 집단을 통한 융합형 디자인 비즈니스 모형 마련이 필요하다. 일본의 유한회사 테오리(TEORI)는 지방에 전통 공예 마을과 도시의 디자인연구소의 디자인경영 사례를 통하여, 기업에 환경과 상황 목표에 맞는 디자인경영의 다양한 완성형이 가능함을 논의하였다. 결론적으로 기업은 소비자와 지속적인 소통을 통하여 공감 가능한 가치를 담는 스토리를 만들어야 한다. 이러한 스토리는 기업과 소비자, 사회의 소통을 통하여 지속할 수 있는 순환을 만들어 준다. 그리고 기업은 상황, 과정, 목표에 따라서 관련 전문가들의 조언을 통한 융합 디자인 경영 모형을 통한 다양한 디자인경영의 완성형을 만들 수 있다. 이를 위하여 융합 디자인경영을 위한 디자인경영 체계(System) 및 과정(Process). 모형(Model)을 제시하였다.

In the case of Fictitious Declaration of Intention in Collusion, an formal agreement between the parties was made, which is why the record related to these contents being filled out at the register may not be seen as a false entry and not be considered as having committed a crime in false entry in officially authenticated original deed. However, what matter in false entry in officially authenticated original deed are not the actual facts but “facts on rights and duties”. Thus, it is right to judge false entry not only on the existence of the legal acts or the literal meaning of the authentic deed they caused but also on the legal effectiveness. Therefore, making government official to fill out an authentic deed by affecting as if the fictitious declaration of Intention in Collusion is an effective legal action, which is not, can not be but called an false entry, regardless of existence of appearance. Admitting private autonomy doesn’t mean allowing declaring ineffective legal action as if it had legal force and recoring fake facts on the authentic deed.

Collected germplasms of five representative dandelion species (Taraxacum ohwianum, T. platycarpum, T. platypecidum, T. officinale, and T. coreanum) were 104 lines from different habitates in Korea and China. Their genetic diversity was analyzed by genomic fingerprinting method using amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP). AFLP results of 6 primer combinations were revealed 1,176 total DNA fragments and 523 polymorphic bands with a 44.4% ratio of polymorphism. On the basis of similarity coefficient analysis by unweight pair group method with arithmetic averages (UPGMA), 104 dandelion germplasm lines were ranged from 0.64 to 0.99 and clustered distinct five group depending on the species. Furthermore, a principal coordinate analysis (PCA) by the application of multi-variate analysis indicated significantly greater differences among species than geographical origins.

Almost of Korean has used the barley mixing with rice and there are many barley brands have been sold in Korea. In this study, we investigated protein, -glucan content, waxy β ratio, cooking property and whiteness of 107 Korean barley products. The protein, β-glucan content and whiteness of waxy barley(7.17-12.57%, 2.81-7.38%, 27.1-49.6) were higher than non-waxy barley products(6.62-11.38%, 2.44-6.95%, 29.0-44.4). Waxy barley had a better cooking properties than non-waxy barley products. Water absorption and expansion of waxy barley(218-593%, 366-593%) were higher than non-waxy barley(135-284%, 227-457%). These properties and components were significantly different with producing area. Protein showed positive correlation with β-glucan in non-waxy and waxy barley(r=0.632***, r=0.453**). Whiteness showed negative correlation with protein content in non-waxy barley and waxy barley(r=-0.433***, r=-0.343**). Waxy ratio of 49 waxy barley brands was ranged from 84.4% to 100%. Average was 96.7%.

The purpose of this study was to document a phenomenon of rural tourism in Korea by Investigating characteristics of 50 villages that had participated in a competition of 'stimulation of rural village' The results are as follows: 1) The degrees of activation of rural tourism varied according to marketing efforts made by individual provincial(local) government. The results of contest indicated that provinces such as Gangwon-do, Chungnam-do, and Gyunggi-do showed highest performance among other competing local governments; 2) The results revealed that the total profit generated from direct sale of farm products outnumbered profits gained from sales of lodging and foods. This indicated that there is a room for improvement with respect to boosting more sales on lodging and food; 3) The regression analysis indicated a significant relationship between profits earned from sales of experiential tourism product and those from direct sale of farm products(multi-correlation coefficient: 0.38); 4) It was identified that Gyunggi and Ganwon provinces were ranked first in sales of foods and those of lodging, respectively; 5) Finally, it was showed that among the 50 participating villages, only 16 ones hold festivals by means of attracting tourists from outside.

To clarify the botanical origins of oriental medicines which have been argued or confused for plant origins, species of original plants were investigated through the textural research for oriental medicines and the comparison of Chinese, Korean, Japanese and North Korean Pharmacopoeia. Twenty oriental medicines were studied; Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Rhei Rhizoma, Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, Acanthopanacis Cortex, Osterici Radix, Cnidii Rhizoma, Saposhnikovae Radix, Magnoliae Cortex, Paeoniae Radix, Liriopis Tuber, Zanthoxyli Fructus, Achyranthis Radix, Sinomeni Caulis et Rhizoma, Polygonati Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Cortex, Visci Herba et Loranthi Ramulus, Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus, Pogostemonis Herba, and Curcumae Longae Radix.

This computer simulation is the basic research for realize a real-time hardware of the reproduction system in original sound field with two loudspeakers based on the OSS(Ortho Stereophonic System) method which was proposed by Hamada of Japan in 1983. Through the computer simulation, presumed the system function of OSS equalizer using HRTF(Head Related Transfer Function), constructed the model of OSS equalizer and , evaluated the modelling OSS equalizer by evaluation formula. The obtained results are summarized as follows : 1) By the modelling OSS equalize operate as inverse filter of HRTF, an input signal reproduced effectively. 2) Known that the real-time hardware of OSS equalizer can be made by the fast convolution between the impulse response of OSS equalizer and input speech signal. 3) Since the system function of OSS equalizer presumed from HRTF, the study on the measuring of HRTF have to proceed.
