This study analyzes the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, and analyzes which dimensions are important and which dimensions are performing to determine key improvement tasks, incremental improvement tasks, Maintenance and reinforcement tasks and continuous maintenance tasks were derived. Among the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, the dimensions that are recognized as important by all field managers and field workers and have high performance are the automatic risk displacement measurement system, smart environmental sensor system, and heavy equipment seizure prevention system. However, areas that were perceived as having high importance but low performance were worker location tracking systems, smart safety helmet chin muscles, and smart safety ring fastening. Among the smart construction safety management systems perceived by field managers, areas for key improvement with high importance and low performance included worker location tracking system and smart safety ring fastening. Among the smart construction safety management systems perceived by field workers, the area for key improvement with high importance and low performance was the automatic risk displacement measurement system.
The use of Project Management Information System (PMIS) is increasing in project management industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development, telecommunication, etc. It is generally known that PMIS helps to improve the quality of decision making in project management, and consequently improves the project performance. However, how much and which parts of project management performance are affected by PMIS still need to be studied further. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of PMIS quality on project management performance. We collected data from various project based industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development and telecommunication by using survey questionnaire. PMIS quality was measured in three dimensions. They are system quality, information quality and service quality. Project management performance was measured in nine variables such as time reduction, work accuracy, cost management, etc. Statistical analyses such as multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that PMIS quality had significant impacts on the project management performance and user satisfaction. It was notable that only two dimensions out of the three PMIS quality dimensions, system quality and information quality, affected the project management performance. Also, it was found that PM performance played a mediating role between PMIS and user satisfaction, and between PMIS and reuse intention. The contribution of this research is that it helps to clarify what aspects of PMIS affect the project management performance and user satisfaction.
This study focuses on the case of FIRA(Korea Fisheries Resources Agency) and analysis the introduction effect of BSC(Balanced Score card) implementation. So it will set forth the improvement method and the implications for Quasi-governmental organizations which are trying to introduce or are operating the BSC system. This study suggests how to improve the problems of BSC as below : ① Building of reasonable and balanced evaluation index system ② Acquiring of comparability and equality through adjustments of group evaluated ③ Enhancing of competence and professionalism of evaluating group ④ Alleviating of difference gap of performance incentives and promoting of non-money incentives ⑤ Enhancing of positive acceptance and recognition for BSC.

본 연구는 대구경북의 중소기업을 대상으로 전략유형과 성과관리시스템이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 통해 중소기업에 적합한 전략유형을 알아보고 그에 맞는 성과관리시스템의 설계를 통해 기업의 경영성과를 개선하고자 하였다. 연구결과 전략유형 중에서 기술혁신형과 생산중점형은 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 성과관리시스템은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전략유형과 성과관리시스템의 상호작용은 기술혁신형 기업의 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 중소기업들이 전략유형에 맞는 성과관리시스템의 구축을 통해 경영성과를 향상 시킬 수 있음을 지지하고, 이를 통해 기업들은 자원의 제약과 무한 경쟁을 이겨내고 지속적인 성장을 할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
Many companies have endeavored to build a quality cost management system in order to be more productive business organization. This study shows the detail procedures of constructing a quality cost management system which is believed to be appropriate for their business system. That is, the method to calculate the quality cost and the linking logic between the quality improvement and its financial impact are explained based on a particular industry case. In this sense, the changes of business performance measures such as market share, customer satisfaction, etc. were analyzed in the longitudinal perspective for the consecutive 4 years (2003~2006). As the quantitative results of this study, the improvement activities based on the quality cost management system resulted in the 32% reduction of quality cost and the 121% increase of business profit, compared 2005 with 2006. In the qualitative perspective, the successive practice of quality cost reduction and the job information sharing in business unit were obtained by providing the best practices and bench-marking cases. Finally, the customer satisfaction has increased so that the customer-friendly management system has been accomplished. With these efforts, the 3.4% increase of the market share and the 3% increase of the customer satisfaction were obtained in 2005. As the future study, the current study can be extended to the concept of COPQ (cost of poor quality) which focuses on the hidden quality cost of the whole business activities. Such extension of analysis will help us understand the wider role of a quality cost management system in the business.
대규모 국방획득사업의 성공측도는 사업 일정과 비용을 효과적으로 관라하여 작전요구성능을 만족하는 것이며,사업의 효과적 일정 및 비용 관리를 위하여 사업성과관리체계(EVMS,eartned value management system)가 도입되었다. 사업성과관리체계(EVMS)는 실비용(AC, actual cost)의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 기업의 경영정보시스템(MIS, management information system)으로부터 원가정보블 제공받도록 발전하였으며,사업성과관리체계의 축적된 실비용 정보를 원가정산시 훨용하고자 하는 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 기업의 경영정보시스템내 원가정보의 강제적 제출은 영업비밀에 속하는 지적재산권 분쟁의 소지가 있다. 본 논문은 사엽성과관리체계와 원가정산 사스템 통합에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 지적재산권음 고려하여 분석하였다.
Survival and development of manufacturing business depends on how the companies make competitive product and put out on the market. It requires to manage the IS performance and understand quality of information systems for obtaining the competitive power of the enterprise through IS. Six Sigma is widely recognized today as a process improvement methodology that can cut costs and eliminate defects in information industry as well as manufacturing processes. This study provides a framework for managing performance of information systems which are used to obtain competitive advantage.
