본 연구는 현대 사회에서 보편적 문제로 자리 잡은 직무 스트레스의 해소를 위해 직무 컨설 팅과 상담적 해결방안의 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 서울 및 수도권에 거주하는 다양한 산업에 종사하는 100명의 직장인으로, 직무 스트레스를 경험하고 있는 직장인들을 중 심으로 선정하였다. 연구 방법으로는 양적 연구 방법과 질적 연구 방법을 병행하였으며, 설문 조사와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 직무 컨설팅과 상담적 해결방안 모두 직무 스트레스 해소에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 직무 컨설팅을 받은 그룹과 상담적 해결 방안을 받은 그룹 모두에서 스트레스 수준이 유의하게 감소하였으며, 이는 직무 스트레스 해소 에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 조직과 개인이 직무 스트레스를 효과적으로 관리하고 해소하는 데 있어 직무 컨설팅과 상담적 해결방안이 중요한 방법론임을 시사한다. 더욱이, 본 연구는 직무 스트레스 해소를 위한 상담 요구와 관련된 실질적인 정보를 제공하며, 향후 상담 프로그램의 설계와 실행에 있어 중요한 지침을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 중국인 골프 참여자를 대상으로 과시적 여가소비가 스트레스 해소, 자아존중감과 심 리적 웰빙에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 이들 변수 간의 관계에서 스트레스 해소와 자아존중감의 매개효과를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 중국 북경시, 심천시, 연태시, 연길시의 4개 대도시를 중심 으로 골프 활동에 참여하는 중국인을 대상으로 743부의 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료처리 한 결과는 다음 과 같다. 골프 참여자의 과시적 여가소비는 스트레스 해소, 자아존중감, 심리적 웰빙에 직접적인 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났으며, 골프 참여자의 스트레스 해소, 자아존중감은 심리적 웰빙에 직접적인 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 스트레스 해소와 자아존중감이 과시적 여가소비와 심리적 웰빙을 매개하는 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타나 모든 가설이 채택되었으며, 스트레스 해소와 자아존중감은 과시적 여가소 비를 부분매개(Partial mediation)로 심리적 웰빙에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에 서는 골프 여가활동을 통한 다양한 사회심리학적 요소들과 소비심리와의 관계에 관한 연구도 이루어진다 면 관련 분야의 학문적 발전에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to make sure what the stress causes of women's EMTs within the firehouse are, and is to suggest ideas (plans) that are possible to resolve this problem. The reasons are because of difficulties such as not only the overwork at one's tasks, the uncomfortable working environment and circumstances, women's pregnancy, but also shift work or the shift system. It's own ideas about the way to resolve these difficulties are as follows: a separate operation of first-aid department, environmental improvement within a fire house (fire station) via remodeling, activation of substitute man power, alterating women's EMT services into daywork system, mutual encouragement and solicitude among co-workers, reinforcement of the number of the working force to be mobilized, and adoption about the rest year system in employment.

The numerous Korean church today embraces the technical goal of the invention building the paradigm of the new mission about the Chinese student studying abroads flowed in into the righteousness, to pay attention to the interior of a country China student studying abroads to the oversea missionary work resource voluntarily, the interior of a country. In this condition, when the church community sets the mission direction and strategy, the many-sided effort for the stress relaxation according to the cultural adaptation of the Chinese student studying abroads is required. the strategic access about how approaching from the position in which the Social Support for canceling the stress required for the cultural adaptation for Korean Chinese college life is needed is required. It has the values, of the church the world view and existing paradigm so far, it is not easy to propagate the Chinese student studying abroads. The strategic access to the new paradigm which can be managed with the form of ‘the come mission’ in ‘it visits mission’ paradigm which the church and missionary group had been providing is desperately required. Therefore the mission resource in which many churches can distinguish the various obstacle according toes the Chinese student studying abroad mission and which can overcome this has to be communally created.
