        The molybdenum cup and molybdenum pin, which are the main materials of the molybdenum electrode used for the LCD BLU CCFL electrode, have not been developed in Japan and all of them are imported and used from Japan, is giving a competitive burden. In this research, the CCFL electrode of LCD BLU is used to develop the manufacturing technology of molybdenum pin. The development of linear processing technology is used to that. The development of molybdenum wire surface treatment technology is used to that. The development of wire cutting technology is ued to that. The design and fabrication of JIG and Fixture for inspection is used to that. The molybdenum pin prototyping and analysis is used to that and finally, the development of 100% molybdenum pin inspection technology is used to that. In this paper, especially, research on design technology of wire cutting is treated.

        Transparent conducting electrodes are essential components in various optoelectrical devices. Although indium tin oxide thin films have been widely used for transparent conducting electrodes, silver nanowire network is a promising alternative to indium tin oxide thin films owing to its lower processing cost and greater suitability for flexible device application. In order to widen the application of silver nanowire network, the electrical conductance has to be improved while maintaining high optical transparency. In this study, we report the enhancement of the electrical conductance of silver nanowire network transparent electrodes by copper electrodeposition on the silver nanowire networks. The electrodeposited copper lowered the sheet resistance of the silver nanowire networks from 21.9 Ω/□ to 12.6 Ω/□. We perform detailed X-ray diffraction analysis revealing the effect of the amount of electrodeposited copper-shell on the sheet resistance of the core-shell(silver/copper) nanowire network transparent electrodes. From the relationship between the cross-sectional area of the copper-shell and the sheet resistance of the transparent electrodes, we deduce the electrical resistivity of electrodeposited copper to be approximately 4.5 times that of copper bulk.

        We report on stretchable electrochromic films of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) fabricated on silver nanowire (AgNW) electrodes. AgNWs electrodes are prepared on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrates using a spray coater for stretchable electrochromic applications. On top of the AgNW electrode, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is introduced to ensure a stable resistance over the electrode under broad strain range by effectively suppressing the protrusion of AgNWs from PDMS. This bilayer electrode exhibits a high performance as a stretchable substrate in terms of sheet resistance increment by a factor of 1.6, tensile strain change to 40%, and stretching cycles to 100 cycles. Furthermore, P3HT film spin-coated on the bilayer electrode shows a stable electrochromic coloration within an applied voltage, with a color contrast of 28.6%, response time of 4-5 sec, and a coloration efficiency of 91.0 cm2/C. These findings indicate that AgNWs/PEDOT:PSS bilayer on PDMS substrate electrode is highly suitable for transparent and stretchable electrochromic devices.

        본 연구에서는 각기 다른 두 제조사의 AgNW를 활용하여 스핀코팅 속도, 열처리 온도 및 방법 그리고 PDMS코팅 속도에 따른 AgNW/PDMS composite공정 연구를 실시하였다. 실험결과 peel off 특성에 영향을 미치는 인자로 건조방식이 주요하게 작용하며 공정온도 또한 전극 특성에 영향을 주었다. 핫플레이트를 사용한 건조방식은 한방향 열전달로 인해 PDMS를 충분히 건조시키지 못하였지만 오븐 건조를 통해 그 결점을 보완할 수 있었다. 또한, PDMS 코팅속도가 증가함에 따라 스트레처블 특성이 향상되었고 GF는 0.03에서 0.07로 약 100정도 향상되었다.

        The purpose of this study is to determine more variables in welding characteristics of ATOS(steel for automobile structure) 80 high tensile steel available in market, and in terms of welding using GMAW(gas metal arc welding), this study seeks to examine how welding characteristics of ATOS 80 may vary depending on protrusion length of wire electrode. The major characteristics of this study can be summed up as follows, this study analyzed welding characteristics of ATOS 80 by changing the protrusion length of wire electrode (10㎜, 15㎜ and 20㎜) in welding section, and also used visual inspection and radiograph test to examine observations of major defects on welding section.
