This study is about implementing an job matching web service system based on the Job seeker’s company assessment model proposed by the researchers. Basically, the Job seekers’ company assessment model is based on the concept that each job seeker can evaluate the recruitment company candidates using job seekers’s own major consideration factors. Using the implemented information system, each job seeker’s main considerations in job searching process are evaluated and stored and compared to those of other job seekers’ or groups’ characterized by sex, job experience residential area and etc. by finding out and listing up the companies in the order of the preference of job seeker own or belonging groups, job seekers can be helped to find suitable companies which fit well to themselves.
This study is conducted to suggest ways to mitigate the mismatch phenomenon between job seekers who want to find right company for themselves and companies looking for appropriate new employees. For this purpose, this study improves the company assessment framework reflecting job seekers interests by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The improved evaluation framework is a three-level hierarchical structure, where there are 4 groups at the top level, 12 factors at the intermediate level and 36 indexes at the bottom level. For the empirical analysis of the applicants preferences based on the improved model, a survey for F-AHP analysis is carried out to university students and then priorities of components in the evaluation model are calculated. Moreover, the differences of priority of the company assessment framework are analyzed for different genders, college years, and major divisions. The results show that job seekers’ most concerning factors are wages, stability, working environments, and labor deal, which are ranked highly in this order and the differences in preferences for each type of job seekers (genders, college years, and major divisions) are obvious. The results also show that the male prefers wages to environment, on the other hand female does working environment to wages.
Recently, the breakdown of online banking servers and the leakage of customer information give rise to much concern about the security of information systems in financial and banking companies in Korea. The enforcement of security for information system becomes much more important issue than earlier. However, the security reinforcement of information system is restricted by a budget. In addition, the activities' cost to secure information system from threatening are under uncertain circumstances and should be established by a human decision maker who is basically uncertain and vague. Thus, making the budget for information system is exposed to any extent of the risk for these reasons. First, we introduce brief fuzzy set theory and fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology. Then, the cost elements that comprise yearly budget are presented and the priorities among the cost elements are calculated by fuzzy AHP. The cost elements that are exposed to risk are evaluated from the both perspectives of the risk impact and risk occurrence possibility which are expressed as linguistic terms. To get information on the risk profiles-pessimistic, most likely, and optimistic-for each cost element, the evaluation is accomplished and the result is presented. At last, the budget ranges-minimum, mode, maximum-for each cost element are estimated with the consideration of the risk profiles.
In general, reliability of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) depends on pairwise comparison of evaluators. In addition, human judgment on the importance of alternatives or criteria is always imprecise and vague. To cope with these shortcomings, Fuzzy AHP
본 연구는 해양사고 피해규모에 의해 우리나라 수색·구조 구역의 위험수준을 평가하였다. 위험수준 평가를 위해서 전문가 지식에 기반한 퍼지로직, 퍼지측도 및 t-준노름 퍼지적분법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 퍼지로직은 퍼지 확장원리에 의한 최대최소화 합성이고, 비퍼지화는 무게중심법을 이용하였고, 최종 평가는 t-준노름 퍼지적분법을 이용하였다. 그 결과 목포, 통영, 여수 수색·구조 구역의 위험수준이 가장 높은 것으로 평가되어, 향후 위험수준을 경감하기 위해 많은 구조선과 구조장비가 필요 할 것으로 판단된다.
This paper aims to construct an effective decision making model on selection of product design in product development using fuzzy AHP technique. It is expected that this paper contributes to enhancement of company's market competitiveness by shortening the lead time to develop a new product and minimize initial investment. The proposed model using fuzzy AHP enables quick decision making by integrating and analyzing all customer requirements related to a product. In addition, it can deal with vagueness and uncertainty of decision making process using fuzzy set theory. Decision making processes for evaluating the best selection of product design are also constructed to describe the exact concept of development. A tennis racket is shown as an example. The proposed model is expected to be applied in various fields of managerial decision making processes as well as of product development process.
본 연구는 퍼지 TOPSIS법과 AHP법을 이용하여 IMO 정보관리시스템의 예비과제 우선순위를 평가하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 평가를 위해 먼저 24개의 예비과제를 추출하여 FSM법을 이용하여 대체안을 구조화하였고, 최종 4개의 주요 예비과제를 도출한다. 또한 평가항목간의 가중치는 의사결정자의 일관성을 유지하면서 평가가 가능한 AHP법을 이용한다. 그러나 AHP법은 비교대상의 수가 증가하면 쌍대비교의 횟수가 증가하고, 평가에는 수많은 애매성이 존재하기 때문에 최종 우선순위 선정에는 TOPSIS에 퍼지이론을 도입한 퍼지 TOPSIS법을 이용한다. 그 결과 IMO 기준정보관리, IMO 정보기준전달, IMO 통합데이터베이스, IMO 지식허브 순으로 구축되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다.
