As the results of study, void ratio of composite decrease as binder/agg. ratio was increased. And compressive strength increase as binder/agg. ratio was increased. When considering the void ratio, compressive strength and skid resistance of composite for protecting cover plate of roadside tree, the proper content of biner/agg. ratio are thought to be 2.0~2.5%
Structure analysis and field instrumentation were carried out to understand the cause of crack taken place on a cover plate of a lower flange in plate-girder bridge.
A cause of the crack turn out to be fatigue stress so that the bridge is in need of repair and reinforcement such as surface grinding, rewelding after gouging and reinforcement for a part of welding on a cover plate.
Damage of pavement over corrugated steel plate culvert with shallow cover was analyzed by filed investigation and numerical analysis. Field measurement showed that the flexible culvert was within the deformation limit and was structurally stable. Numerical analysis showed that deformation of culvert at the crest during the passage of heavy vehicle was about 2.72mm while the thrust and moment within the structure was far below the allowable value. It is concluded that the pavement was damaged by the cyclic deformation of culvert by the heavy vehicle.
본 연구는 다단계 온도프리스트레싱 공법으로 보강된 합성보의 하중재하 실험 및 구조해석을 통하여 온도프리스트레싱 공법의 프리스트레스 도입효과와 단면증가효과를 평가하였다. 연구결과 온도프리스트레싱을 이용한 합성보의 보강공법은 온도프리스트레싱에 의한 프리스트레스 도입 뿐 아니라 커버플레이트의 설치에 의한 단면증가로 합성보의 처짐 또한 감소시킬 수 있으므로 합성보의 효율적인 보강공법으로 적용이 가능할 것이다.
