The monthly variations of blood characteristics and RNA/DNA of black sea bream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, habituated in Geojae costal area were analysed to determine health condition of natural stocks in terms of gonad maturation and spawning season from March 2010 to February 2011. Spawning season determinated by gonadosomatic index is from June to August. RNA/DNA ratio of black sea bream muscle was strongly correlated with spawning season. During the gonad maturation RNA/DNA ratio in dorsal muscle tissue was decreased contrast to rapid increase during spawning season. Blood composition factors increased in terms of gonad maturation are aspartate aminotransferase, cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, glucose, globulin, alkaline phosphatase and inorganic phosphate. Other blood factors increased during spawning season are alanine aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid and lactate dehydrogenase.

본 연구에서는 하천 범람에 따른 도시지역 내 홍수흐름의 특성을 수치적으로 모의하고 이에 대한 결과를 분석하였다. 적용된 수치모형은 well-balanced HLLC 기법에 근간을 둔 2차원 유한체적모형이다. 대상영역은 경상남도 거제시에 위치한 고현천 주변의 도시지역으로 2003년 9월에 발생한 태풍 “매미” 기간 동안 집중호우로 인해 하천이 범람되어 피해가 발생되었다. 본 연구에서는 도시지역 내 범람에 대한 홍수흔적 자료를 이용하여 수치모형을 검증하였으며, 향후 발생 가능한 집중호우의 강도의 증가 또는 감소에 의한 유입량의 변화에 따른 도시지역 내에서의 홍수흐름의 특성에 대한 모의 및 분석을 수행하였다.

The analysis of groundwater quality in Kyungnam Province was conducted using monitoring results obtained during 1994. According to the analysis, most heavy metals and pesticides listed in Korean drinking water standards were not detected in Kyungnam Province groundwater, but arsenic and volatile organics such as TCE and PCE were detected. Four inorganic contaminants were detected and frequency of violating the standards was in order of NO_3-N, F^+, As, NH_3-N. Of organics, TCE and PCE were the only contaminants detected. TCE more frequently violated the standards than PCE. Correlation was investigated among contaminants detected in Kyungnam Province groundwater. The correlation results showed that high correlation existed among dissolved solids, hardness, and SO_4^2-.

This paper is focused on the desirable improvement schemes of the local network of information and telecommunication network. In this study, we examined whether polices of information and telecommunication of government have been carried out a desirable programme to meet the public interest, found out several problems in the these policies. Such problems as follows : (1) a system of local information & telecommunication is developing by a Model of Top-Down. In the present management system, an interest of the public of local society about the local telecommunication network is a much lower level, (2) there is no general controlling roll of the local information & telecommunication, (3) there is no service controlling system of local telecommuni-cation, and (4) there is no organic coordinating system of inter-departments in the central government level. In order to resolve these problems, this study suggests a few desirable sxhemes for the local telecommunication : (1) an establishment of middle-long range planning for the integrated future network of info-telecommunication, (2) an organizing of telecommunication network being suitable for the local characteristics toward B-ISDN.

경남 하동군 일대에 분포하고 있는 화강암질 암체내에서는 대규모의 Ti광체가 부존되어 있으며, 특히 옥종면 정수리 일대에서는 회유금속원소(REE)를 함유하는 갈렴석 결정들이 다수 발견되었다. 본 연구에서는 갈렴석에 대해 광학적연구, 전자현미분석, 원자흡수분광분석, X선회절분석, 적외선흡수분광분석, 비중 및 미경도 측정을 실시하였다. 갈렴석은 최대 크기 3×6cm 정도의 괴상형태로 산출되며 석영, 녹염석, 저어콘, 흑운모, 백운모 등과 공존한다. 갈렴석의 연마면 관찰로는 누대구조가 관찰되는데 이것은 자철석이 산점상으로 분포하기 때문이다. Th으로부터 방출되는 α-입자의 존재가 방사능사진법에 의해 확인이 되었음에도 불구하고 메타믹트상태의 정도가 뚜렷하지 않다. 이 갈렴석내에는 ΣREE가 19.88-23.99%정도로 높은 편이며 CaO함량이 8.35-10.29wt%로 적은 편이다. 갈렴석의 성인에 대해서는 아직 확실하게 규명되지 않았으나 TiO2의 함량(0.89-1.13wt%)이 높은 것과 저어콘과 같은 광물과 공존하고 있는 것으로 보아 마그마와 관련된 REE와 Ti성분이 풍부한 용액으로부터 정출된 것으로 추축된다.
