        In order to enhance competitiveness in the industry, financial companies are building a high level of customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by further strengthening not only the technical quality of the platform business but also the customer-oriented service quality. Theoretically, it is time for a theoretical review of whether the expansion of service quality using platform business in the financial industry is directly linked to the performance of financial companies, such as satisfaction and repurchase intention of existing customers. Based on the rapid growth of mobile and the main activities of financial platform companies above, This study attempted to test a significant impact on customer satisfaction and reuse intention on information services and system services, which are service quality of mobile financial platforms. Even if a number of financial companies compete with each other, they could survive by dividing the market, In the digital environment, customers have free access, so the winner can monopolize the market. It is an environment in which customers can move to platform companies that provide better services. The contents presented through the results in this study will be able to be used strategically in terms of the implementation and operation of the financial platform. In addition, it served as an opportunity to find independent variables that affect customer satisfaction and reuse intention, which are financial platform service quality, and suggested the possibility of continuous development of the platform in the future. In summary, the service quality of financial platforms can further expand users by emphasizing user visibility in terms of information services and utilizing user-centered financial platforms that increase customer satisfaction and reliability by strengthening the responsiveness and ease of system services. This study is of important value and is believed to have laid an important foundation for future research.

        As platforms become primary decision making tools, platforms for decision have been introduced to improve quality of decision results. Because, decision platforms applied augmented decision-making process which uses experiences and feedback of users. This process creates a variety of alternatives tailored for users’ abilities and characteristics. However, platform users choose alternatives before considering significant quality factors based on securing decision quality. In real world, platform managers use an algorithm that distorts appropriate alternatives for their commercial benefits. For improving quality of decision-making, preceding researches approach trying to increase rational decision -making ability based on experiences and feedback. In order to overcome bounded rationality, users interact with the machine to approach the optional situation. Differentiated from previous studies, our study focused more on characteristics of users while they use decision platforms. This study investigated the impact of quality factors on decision-making using platforms, the dimensions of systematic factors and user characteristics. Systematic factors such as platform reliability, data quality, and user characteristics such as user abilities and biases were selected, and measuring variables which trust, satisfaction, and loyalty of decision platforms were selected. Based on these quality factors, a structural equation research model was created. A survey was conducted with 391 participants using a 7-point Likert scale. The hypothesis that quality factors affect trust was proved to be valid through path analysis of the structural equation model. The key findings indicate that platform reliability, data quality, user abilities, and biases affect the trust, satisfaction and loyalty. Among the quality factors, group bias of users affects significantly trust of decision platforms. We suggest that quality factors of decision platform consist of experience-based and feedback-based decision-making with the platform's network effect. Through this study, the theories of decision-making are empirically tested and the academic scope of platform-based decision-making has been further developed.

        This study aims to integrate the protection motivation theory (PMT) model and attitude to explore the factors influencing consumers’ usage behavior toward online food delivery platform services (OFDPSs) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The utilitarian value and hedonic value of OFDPSs, which may influence consumers’ attitude, were also included in the integrated research model.         The purposes of the study are threefold: (1) develop key successful factors of blockchain platform for micro-enterprises based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC), (2) find out the correlation between the key successful factors of blockchain platform for micro-enterprises, and (3) understand the perception of micro-enterprise blockchain and the difference between theoretical guidance and practical application. This study combines Interpretative Structural Modeling Method, (ISM) and Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) to analyze the causal relationships and hierarchical structures of the 12 key successful factors of blockchain platform for micro-enterprises and understand the correlation between factors. The 12 key successful factors developed based on the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, and the questionnaire designs based on the concept of DEMATEL, and then analyzed data by DEMATEL and ISM methods to understand the correlation between key factors. The research results show that the key successful factors of blockchain platform for microenterprises include "brand equity", "security and anti-counterfeiting", "sales growth", "transparency and clear", "trust", "consensus mechanism", "traceability", "consistency", "tracking", "innovation management", "international", "organizational adaptation", in which consumer "trust" plays an important role. Micro-enterprises can use blockchain to expand the market, provide customers with better service quality, and bring sales growth to micro-enterprises.

        IT기술 진보로 인하여 국내 복화운송(Street Turn) 시스템도 많은 발전을 거듭하고 있지만 복화운송 물량의 증가로 귀결되지 않고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 기존 복화운송 시스템을 사용하고 있는 사용자 입장에서 시스템을 이용하게 하는 의사결정 요인을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 퍼지계층분석(Fuzzy-AHP)을 이용하여 국내 복화운송을 사용한 경험이 있거나 해운기업에 종사하고 있 는 경력자를 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 총 5개의 대요인과 17개 세부 요인을 추출하였으며, 연구결과 대요인으로 적시성 요인이 가장 중요한 요인이며 그중 정보제공 시기(0.207)가 가장 중요한 요인으로 선정되었으며, 다음으로 플렛폼 이용 프로세스(0.079), 참여 화주의 수 (0.074)가 뒤를 이었다.

        본 연구는 도시의 범죄취약지역에서 거주자(주민) 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 계획요인을 규명하고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구의 주요 차별성은 서비스디자인방법론과 통계방법론을 혼합한 새로운 방법론적 플랫폼을 통하여 기존 연구들이 가지는 방법론적 한계점을 극복할 수 있다는 점과 이를 통해 시민의식기반의 영향요인을 좀 더 세밀하게 규명할 수 있다는 점이다. 서비스디자인방법론인 이용자여정지도(User Journey Map)와 표적집단면접법(Focus Group Interview)을 통한 목표 계층 거주자의 심층인터뷰 등의 기법과 기존의 전통적 통계방법이 가지는 문제점을 개선한 PLS-회귀분석을 혼합하였으며, 이를 통하여 범죄취약지역에서의 주민들이 원하는 핵심적인 요구사항을 명확하게 도출하고 개선사업을 위한 우선순위를 밝힐 수 있었다. 범죄발생 및 두려움에 대한 취약성 요인은 범죄유형 특성과 인구·사회적 특성, 물리적 환경특성, 심리·행태적 특성 등으로 나누어 고찰하였다. 분석결과, CCTV와 가로등의 사각지대와 막다른 길과 공간, 야간 누군가 튀어나올 것 같은 걱정(두려움), 야간 골목길의 전반적인 어두움, 열악한 보행환경, 산책 및 주민소통 공간의 부족 등이 해당 대상지역의 주민 만족도를 제고시킬 수 있는 핵심 요인으로 도출되었으며, 지역의 인구·사회적 특성요인인 외국인 근로자에 대한 걱정(두려움)요인은 예상과는 달리 거의 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 본 사업대상지역에서의 막다른 길과 공간요인은 CPTED의 디자인기법으로 활용되어온 Cul-de-sac 설계개념과는 다르게 위험한 환경특성 요인으로 인식되었다. 따라서 향후 이에 대한 지역특성을 고려하여 새로운 디자인 기회요소로서의 인식과 세부 계획요인을 발굴할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.
