우리나라는 1953년 창경호(사망 300여명)을 시작으로 1970년 남영호(사망 326명), 1993년 서해훼리호(292명), 2014년 세월호(사망 295명, 실종 9명) 사고가 발생했다. 반복되는 대형 해양사고에도 불구하고 정부나 국민의 안전의식은 여전히 저조한 실정이다. 이 연구는 국민들의 안전의식 고취를 위해 해양안전체험장의 도입과 대형 해양사고 발생 시 수색ㆍ구조 기관에 신속히 자문해 줄 수 있는 안전연구센터의 설립의 필요성에 대해 제안한다.
In this study, actual status of safety management for the objects of 173 university, government research institution, and corporate affiliated research center was carried out through questionnaires. For unexpected accident status according to kinds, scale, and types of laboratories, frequency analysis using cross analysis and multiple replies analysis was used. The result of this study is judged to be used for laboratory safety education prevention programs, laboratory environment improvement, investment or improvement of laboratories through the actual safety management status of laboratories such as vulnerable works for generation of unexpected sudden accidents according to kind, scale, and type of laboratories, period of occurrence, prevention education, necessity for preliminary test, and cause of laboratory accidents.
The study on semiconductor industrial accident in korea has been focused on frequencies of each type, employee, characteristics, cause and un-safety condition, behaviour and so on. Those attributes of semiconductor industrial accidents were usually analyzed independently, so that it was hard to provides a well-process and systematic guide lines for efficient safety management. There fore, there were a few studies based on comprehensive survey in terms of sharp-type of safe management. The questionnaire survey carried out for the workers(284) who were responsible for safety management in to center with corporate company with semiconductor industry the factor analysis showed that there were three factor of safety management. They were 1) Investment and operation and management for accident prevention, 2) Unsafe, safety management 3) General human error and behavior the industries of respondents were correlative with three group. Three Groups showed a statistically significant differences on the number of cases. Actually, the group with the larger investment and the better unsafe cause, human error a of accident prevention had a smaller cause of accident cases.
한국건설기술연구원 내의 지진안전연구센터는 2018년 4월 지진 연구 특화부서로 출범하여 현재 박사급 인력 16명을 포함 하여 총 19명의 지진 관련 연구원이 근무하고 있다. 비교적 짧은 연혁에도 불구하고 교량의 내진 장치 연구, 액상화 연구, 환경 시설물의 내진 연구 등 다양한 내진 연구를 수행하고 있다. 향후 산업 시설, 문화재 내진 연구, 활성 단층 조사 결과의 체계적 활용 분야, 노후 인프라의 내진성능 및 리질리언스 향상 분야로 연구 부분을 확장하고자 한다.
