The Joint South Korea and United States Jeju 4.3 Task Force on Social Healing Through Justice, proposed here, focuses on potential next steps in view of the strong sense of many that 4.3 reconciliation is "unfinished business." It proposes a creative yet practical way for the United States, South Korea and Jeju people to engage in collaborative 4.3 social healing. Together as Part of the proposed Joint Task Force, they might more fully implement past recommendations and chart and oversee next steps toward comprehensive and enduring social healing “by doing justice." ’This proposal is based on the National Committee’s now-translated Report and the insights of scholars and the work of many of you here, along with others deeply interested in social justice. Those of us not from Jeju, or South Korea, who appreciate your invitation to participate, humbly and respectfully offer this proposal for your consideration with justice in mind.

본 연구에서는 세 단계의 각성 수준이 3-back 과제 수행능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 관찰하고자 하였다. 10명의 남자(평균 25.7±1.5세) 대학생과 10명의 여자(평균 24.5±1.8세) 대학생이 본 실험에 참여하였다. 집단검사를 통해 추출된 사진을 이용하여 세 단계의 각성 수준 즉, 긴장, 중립, 이완감성을 유발하였다. 모든 피험자는 각 각성 수준에 대해 한 번씩, 총 3번의 실험에 참여하였다. 안정1(2분), 각성유발사진제시1(2분), 3-back 과 제1(2분), 각성유발사진제시2(2분), 3-back 과제2(2분), 안정2(2분)의 6단계로 실험이 진행되었고, 전 단계에서 피부전도수준(skin conductance level: SCL)도 함께 측정하였다. 3-back 과제의 정답률은 중립 조건일 때 가장컸고, 이완, 긴장 조건 순서였다. 반응시간은 세 조건 간의 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 모든 구간에서 측정된 피부전도수준은 긴장 조건일 때 가장 컸고, 중립, 이완 순서로 나타남으로써, 사용된 각성유발사진이 적절한 각성수준을 유발하였음을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과로부터 인지 처리와 무관하게 유발된 긴장도의 증가나 감소는 과제 수행능력을 감소시킬 수 있다는 사실을 유추할 수 있다.

In order to examine universal design, 1 have developed two analytical methodologies based on 3P(point) task analysis: structured task analysis and task matrix analysis. I also extracted nine universal design items, namely (1) adjustment, (2) redundancy, (3) specification and function transparency, (4) feedback and (5) error tolerance, (6) effective acquisition of information, (7) ease of understanding and judgment, (8) comfortable operation, and (9) continuity of information and operation. Structured task analysis is used to uncover problems in each of the tasks constituting a job for each functionally challenged condition of users, and solutions to the extracted problems are examined in terms of the above-mentioned nine universal design items. Task matrix analysis calls for the production of a table for each task in a job. In each table, nine items form the columns, and the horizontal rows list all disability types. Then, solutions are formulated for each cell formed by the intersecting columns and rows. Using these two analysis methods, 1 have conducted a verification experiment for the universal design of a public bus. The results of the research have enabled me to propose various ,solutions from a system-based perspective, instead of coming up with the superficial and isolated solutions which are normally produced when conventional analytical methods are used.
