        As a new-fashioned tourism style, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health tourism has been going through a more and more rapid development in recent years. The development of TCM health tourism of Shandong Province mainly depends on the unique TCM resources and profound TCM cultures in different regions. The exploitation of TCM health tourism can not only protect the unique TCM resources and inherit TCM culture, but also promote the economic development of the province. Based on the analysis of the related resources, exploitation present conditions and the problems emerged in the development of TCM health tourism in Shandong Province, this article put forward a frame proposal of industry-based, industry-leaded and tourism idea-guided development mode for the TCM health tourism development in Shandong Province, in order to achieve the goals of integrated development between TCM and health tourism in Shandong Province. This will be of quite significant strategies and measurements to the TCM health tourism development in Shandong Province.

        The study attempts to estimate the recreational benefits of Chilgap multi-purpose reservoir using the on-site survey sample of 130 visitors. The individual travel cost method is used for measuring the recreational benefits of Chilgap multi-purpose reservoir and a zero-truncated negative binomial model is used to elicit the travel demand function. The price elasticities of visit demand are ranged from 0.29 to 0.39. Recreational benefits are ranged from 119 to 156 thousand won per visit and are ranged from 292 to 383 thousand won per annual. When the number of annual visitors to Chilgap reservoir is appled, then the recreational benefits are ranged from 2.7 to 3.6 billion won. This study could contribute to the advancement of post-construction evaluation in the public construction field similar to Chilgap reservoir.

        For the efficient control of atmospheric quality, it is so important to predict the influence accurately of which the air pollutant emitted into the atmosphere. Atmospheric dispersion model enables to simulate and grasp the atmospheric condition occurred due to the emission of pollutants. The result of model is largely affected by the amount of emission, the characteristics of physical and chemical process, meteorological input data, and the receptor which the concentration is calculated. The aim of this research, therefore, is to suggest more suitable model in Pusan area than other areas by performing TCM2, CDM2.0 and ISCLT2 models. As the basic work for executing the model, we computed the amount of emission of air pollutants in Pusan at 1992 and analyzed the occurrence frequency of atmospheric stability for recent decade(1985∼1994). CDM2.0 showed the similar result relatively with observed value in the case of full year(1992), fall and winter, and ISCLT2 brought more suitable result in spring for Pusan area. As the result of this research, in future, it is necessary for us to develop the numerical model considering the topographical characteristics, to select the proper observation site and to increase the observation site for Pusan.
