Purpose: This study aimed to explore nursing simulation training needs and the educational environment of instructors.
Method: This study was conducted according to the inductive method of qualitative content analysis. An online focus group interview was conducted with six instructors with experience operating a nursing simulation. Data were collected in July 2021.
Results: First, “nursing simulation practice operations” required simulation design elements, practical operations, and curriculum integration. Second, the “educational environment” showed a lack of human and physical resources, and there was a need for standard education reflecting the domestic nursing education environment. Third, for “instructor competencies”, the facilitator role, step-by-step education for strengthening instructor competencies, and cooperation with clinical experts were derived. Fourth, it was found that “learner competencies” should meet the nursing professionals’ needs; self-directed learning competency and unique human competency should also be strengthened.
Conclusion: This study is meaningful because it seeks to understand the instructor’s needs for nursing simulation training and the educational environment. Moreover, it identifies considerations for instructor and learner competencies in the nursing simulation operator training programs.
기능성 게임은 지적 장애인의 과제분석, 촉진, 반복을 주요 전략으로 사용하는 직무 훈련에 효과적 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기능성 게임과 장애인 직무 훈련의 공통점을 살펴보고, 기능성 게임이 왜 좋은 대안이 될 수 있는지를 고찰하였다. 그 구체적 예로 “직업 기능“ 교과서의 콘텐츠 중 가장 많은 부분을 차지하는 "음식 조리" 단원의 콘텐츠를 분석하여 적합한 게임의 구성과 형태를 연구하였다. 훈련 및 학습 효과의 최대화를 위해 장애인을 위한 기능성 게임은 기존의 엔터테인먼트 게임들과의 차이가 있어야 함을 설명하였으며, 지적 장애인 기능성 게임이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다.
The study examines the influence of individual characteristics, training content, and manager support on the effectiveness of on-the-job (OJT) training in the banking and finance industry. A simple random sampling technique was used to select the samples. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents in order to obtain the data. Using cross-sectional data obtained from 396 respondents in Bank A in Malaysia, the multiple regression results show that self-efficacy, motivation to learn, training content, and manager support have positive influence on OJT training effectiveness. Among all these factors, manager support is very highly correlated with OJT training effectiveness. The findings have given fruitful insight of the crucial roles of OJT training in the respective bank, particularly to bring forward the roles of systematic design and implementation of OJT training. This study is not only expanding knowledge in OJT and training, but offers managers practical insights in developing good OJT training program by considering employees need, capabilities, skills and job requirement. Furthermore, this study also provides a valuable framework in identifying the effectiveness of OJT training program for certain jobs. Further discussion of the research findings and its implications to theoretical knowledge of training and managers are promised at the end of the article.
본 논문에서는 효과적인 레이싱 드론 조종 훈련을 위한 VR 콘텐츠의 기획 및 제작에 대해 다루고자 한다. 실제 환경에서의 직접적인 레이싱 드론 조종 훈련은 공간적, 경제적 한계점이 분명한데, 이러한 한계점에 대한 해결책으로 VR 기반 드론 잠입액션 게임 <Drone S>의 제작을 통해 제시하고, 효과적인 드론 조종 능력 증진을 강구하고자 한다. 특히 FPV 고글과 HMD 기반 VR의 유사성을 활용하여 실제와 유사한 환경에서의 가상현실 콘텐츠를 기획하였으며, 레이싱 드론과 드론 레이싱에서 사용되는 구조물의 특징을 고려하여 가상 드론과 맵 및 장애물을 디자인하였다. 또한 점진적으로 증가하는 장애물의 난이도를 통해 사용자의 몰입도와 현존감을 높이고자 하였다.
