        The interface area of the face sheet and core of the sandwich composite is seen as a weakness due to its low de-bonding toughness. To overcome this concern, it is critical to develop a suitable modification strategy to enhance the de-bonding toughness of the face sheet/core interface. In the present study, the corrugated core reinforced sandwich composite was prepared through co-curing and secondary bonding approaches. The MWCNTs reinforced adhesive was induced in the face sheet/core interface in different weight concentrations. The MWCNT-reinforced adhesive was prepared using the sonication technique, and its dispersion was examined using atomic force microscopy (AFM). The three-point bending test revealed that sandwich composite prepared using the co-cure method has higher flexural strength than secondary bonded samples due to better bonding face sheet and corrugated core. Compared with MWCNT-free corrugated core reinforced co-cured sandwich composites (CCSC), the flexural strength of 1 wt.% MWWCNT-induced sandwich composite was increased by 101.28%. The microstructural study showed that secondary bonded samples had extensive fibre breakage at the face plate due to early de-bonding of the face sheet and corrugated core. Furthermore, the free vibrational analysis was performed to evaluate the natural frequency and damping values of the corrugated core reinforced sandwich composite. The modal test results indicated that inducing 1wt.% MWCNTs in the face sheet/core interface had enhanced the natural frequencies of co-cured sandwich composites. The present study provides a suitable method to address the weaker de-bonding toughness concerns of face sheet/core interface region of sandwich structures.

        Most of speakers, the con-paper (con shape) or vibration plate generate the sound by reciprocating motion which is received vibrating signal from voice coil. On the other hand, the vibration speaker that reproduces sound by attaching a vibration head to some materials such as wood, plastic, glass plate, etc. instead of cone paper or vibration plate generates different sound timbres depending on the attached materials with vibration head. so we can hear a variety of timbres than ordinary speakers. In this study, the characteristics of vibration and sound propagation according to various materials attached to the vibration head of the vibration speaker were experimentally investigated and this sound propagation characteristics were compare with woofer speaker and micro speaker. As a result of sound propagation characteristics of vibration speaker, the reproduction ability of low frequency band wes inferior to compared than woofer speaker and micro speaker. This is judged to be due to the material characteristics of glass and wood which are source of the sound propagation. As compare with 1kHz sine tone, the woofer speaker has not generated the high order harmonic component, but the glass plate and wood plate used with the vibration speaker head have generated the high order harmonic component at a level that can not be ignored. According to above results, the vibration speaker will be had a low articulation of sound because the higher volume to generate the high distortion.

        The vibration of wheel is mainly affected by a fault on a wheel contacting with railway when average speed is over 60km/h. When the wheel vibration caused by wheel scratch increase more than a certain criterion, the wheel is shaved to reduce the vibration. This criterion of shaving is determined from the acceleration signal measured from the sensor mounted on the railway. In this study, vibration characteristics of the rolling wheels having a fault is analyzed with experimental approach to verify the acceleration criterion for shaving wheel.

        전해환원공정의 금속전환체로부터 우라늄을 회수하는 전해정련공정의 수율을 높이기 위해 고수율 전해정련장치가 개발되 었다. 전해정련장치의 수율을 증대시키기 위해서는 고체음극에 전착되는 우라늄 덴드라이트를 음극 표면으로부터 효율적 으로 회수할 수 있어야 한다. 철강 재료의 음극을 고체음극으로 사용하면, 우라늄 덴드라이트가 전착되어 쉽게 떨어지고 않 고 고착 되어 점착계수(sticking coefficient)가 높아진다. 본 연구에서는 효율적으로 고체음극의 점착계수를 낮출 수 있는 진 동 탈리법을 개발하였고 이를 적용하였다. 고체음극에 진동을 가함으로써 고체 표면에서 우라늄 전착물이 흑연음극의 자발 특성과 유사하게 효율적으로 탈리됨을 확인하였다. 이러한 진동모드에 의한 고체음극에서의 전착물의 탈리 특성을, 고수율 전해정련장치 개념으로 개발한 흑연음극의 자발탈리 특성과 비교 검토하였다. 그리고 우라늄 덴드라이트의 진동 탈리에 대 한 인가전류밀도와 진동 스트로크에 의한 영향 등을 고찰하였다.

        Instruments for surgical and dental application based on oscillatory mechanics submit unwanted vibrations to the surgeon's and dentist's hands. frequently the weight of the instrument's body is increased to dampen its vibration. Because medical devices to contact with human body directly are sterilized before use, conventional damping method and damper are not good for medical use. For dissipation of vibration, based on recent research regarding the optimization of particle damping, we made a prototype particle damper that dissipate the vibration of oscillatory saw and tested for validation of particle damping. As a result we found that particle damper operate more efficiently than solid mass damper if the geometry of the damper is optimized with respect to the specific amplitude of the vibration.

        본 연구에서는 실선에 적용된 알루미늄 하니콤 샌드위치 판 (AHSP)을 저자가 제안한 심재의 형상이 피라미드인 알루미늄 샌드위치 판의 구조적 특성 및 진동특성을 검토해 보았다. 알루미늄 피라미드 샌드위치 판(APSP)의 기초 자료로 쓰일 수 있게 심재의 각도변화, 높이변화 및 면재와 심재의 두께변화에 따른 구조적 특성을 검토한 결과 APSP가 강도 및 강성에서 우수함을 보였으며, 질량대비 큰 강성 때문에 고유진동수도 다소 크게 평가되었다.

        본 논문에서는, 고속철도용 슬래브 궤도의 동특성을 파악하여 소음.진동 대책을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하기 위해 차륜과 레일의 상호작용을 고려한 슬래브 궤도의 진동해석을 수행하였다. 해석시 열차의 스프링아래 질량은 Hertzian스프링을 통해 레일과 접촉하는 것으로 가정하였으며, 궤도는 2중 탄성지지보로 모델링 하였다. 연구결과 궤도지지계의 탄성, 질량 및 강성 등을 적절히 조절하므로서 궤도에 발생하는 진동 및 하부구조물로 전달되는 분포력을 감소시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
