국내에는 독자적으로 연구가 수행되어 개인적으로 보관 중인 지질 연구 자료가 다량 존재하는데, 이 자료에 대한 접근성이 떨어지기 때문에 다른 연구자들과의 공유가 용이하지 않다. 이런 자료에 대한 메타데이터를 체계적으로 구축하고 총괄적으로 관리하여 이 자료를 필요로 하는 연구자들이 효과적으로 연구를 수행할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 국내에서 연구된 약 1000여개의 지질 시료(900여개의 암석과 화석 시료, 100여개의 박편 시 료)를 수집하였고, 각 시료의 고화질 사진, 분류, 시료명, 보유기관, 산지, 좌표, 특징 등에 대한 메타데이터를 구축하였다. 암석과 화석 시료 100개에 대해 추가적으로 3D 모델링을 수행하였다. 이 연구를 통해 유실되거나 방치되는 중요한 지질 자료에 대한 연구자들의 접근성이 높아지고 자료의 공유가 가능해진다. 따라서 연구자들은 반복적인 연구 자료 수 집 작업으로 인한 시간과 비용의 낭비를 줄일 수 있고, 효율적인 연구를 수행하여 경쟁력을 갖춘 연구 결과를 획득할 수 있다. 또한 이미 확보된 시료에 대한 무분별한 반복 채집으로 인해 중요한, 그리고 피해에 취약한 자료가 훼손되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 향후 전국의 대학과 연구기관에서 보관중인 다양한 암석과 박편 시료에 대한 메타데이터를 추가로 구축하면 자료의 식별 및 진전된 연구가 가능하고, 더불어 전문적인 광물학 및 암석학의 기초 지식에 대한 비교와 분석을 기대할 수 있다.

원자력 사고 후 대기로 누출된 방사성물질이 지표 토양내 침적된 후 강우에 의하여 주변 환경으로 이동하여 지표수계를 오염시킨다. 지표 토양내 침적된 방사성핵종의 거동 평가를 위하여 수립된 지표 수계 및 토양 유실 모델의 주요 입력자료를 수 집하여 분석하였다. 월성 원전이 위치한 낙동강권역의 하천과 호수에서의 물리적 특성과 주요 생물상의 변화를 파악하기 위해서 원전 주변 수생 환경의 조사 및 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 국내 여러 기관에서 제공하는 수치지도, 수문자료, 수질 및 생태환경자료 등을 수집 분석하여 자료간 상호 연계성을 갖도록 체계적인 DB를 구축하였다. 구축된 수생환경 자료는 지표수계에 흡착된 방사성물질의 중장기 거동 평가를 위하여 수립된 지표수계 유동, 토사유실 및 생태계 모델의 기본 입력자 료로 제공되어 종합적인 방사선영향평가에 활용될 예정이다.

해충방제용 미생물 선발을 위해 2018년도에 공원·산림·유기농 근권 토양 87지점을 수집하여 갈색거저리를 이용한 insect-bait법 및 자연조건에서의 감염사충으로부터 곤충병원성 곰팡이를 132균주 분리하였다. 분리된 균주는 점박이응 애, 복숭아혹진딧물에 대한 살충활성 스크리닝을 통하여 각 해충별 살충활성을 보이는 56균주를 선발하였다. 선발된 균주들은 rDNA의 ITS영역을 이용하여 분류동정 하였다. 추가 적용범위 확대를 위해 무잎벌(종령 유충), 거세미나방류 (3~6령 유충)와 같은 지하부 이동성 해충의 방제 가능성을 탐색하기 위해 선발 곤층병원성 곰팡이의 포자 현탁액의 관주처리 방법으로 살충활성을 검정 중이다.

본 연구는 국내분포가 기록된 해충, 네눈쑥가지나방의 발생조사를 위해 실시되었다. 네눈쑥가지나방의 국내분포 발생조사를 실시하기 전 국내에 보고된 문헌과 각 연구기관의 네눈쑥가지나방 DB 및 표본을 확인하였다. 국내 발간된 문헌을 확인한 결과 한국경제곤충, 국립생물자원관에서 발간한 국가생물종목록집 및 다양한 논문과 연구보고서에서 네눈쑥가지나방의 기록을 확인할 수 있었다. DB 및 표본 확인결과 농촌진흥청에서 1924년부터 1996년까지 38건의 DB를 확인하였고, 온난화대응연구소에서 68점의 표본을 확인하였다. 또한 농림축산검역본부 제주지역본부에 서 네눈쑥가지나방의 DB와 186점의 표본을 확인하였다. 국립수목원에서는 1979년부터 2011년까지 183건의 DB를 확인하였고, 국립생물자원관에서는 408건의 DB를 확인하였다. 조사결과를 토대로 네눈쑥가지나방은 우리나라 전 지역에 분포하는 것으로 확인되었다.

The leafhopper family Cicadellidae (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha) is plant feeders, with mouthparts adapted for sucking. Almost of the them cause injuries of destruction to plants, including fruit trees and grain crops, and can be vectors of plant diseases. Therefor, Cicadellidae is one of the most important pests in the world. However, their identifications are very difficult because of small size and morphological similarities, and their exact biological information such as host plants, life cycle and distribution are not clear for most species. So, we provide and integrated biological database that present accurate diagnostic methods and ecological infromation.

근대 신문·잡지의 데이터베이스 축적은 연구자의 원서에 대한 손쉬운 접근과 용이한 데이터 추출을 가능하게 해주었고, 더불어 인문학과 문화예술을 포함한 다양한 전공분야의 연구성과로 이어지고 있다. 그러나 이 같은 성과가 연구 쪽으로만 한정되며, 대학교육과는 별도의 학문영역에서만 다루어지고 있는 것은 분명 아쉬운 부분이다. 대학한문교육에서 근대 신문매체를 활용한다면, 실생활의 한자어뿐만 아니라 관련 한자들이 출 현한 사회·문화적 배경을 학습하는 데에도 큰 도움을 준다. 또한 『황성신문』을 비롯한 당시의 근대 신문·잡지들이 통합검색이 가능한 데이터베이스로 제공되고 있어 자료의 접근성면에서도 편리함을 갖추고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 근대 신문을 활용한 수업모형(TBL)을 소개했으며, 교육방법론과 더불어 활용적 가치 및 효용성 등에 대해 검토하였다. 이 같은 신문매체와 데이터베이스를 활용한 교육설계는 현대학교육의 효용성이나 방법론적 고민을 조금이나마 줄여줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 비록 본 논문은 대학 한문교육을 중심으로 수업모형을 제시했지만, 그 교육적 가치는 인문학 전반을 아우를 수 있다.

Deltocephalinae (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha: Cicadellidae) is the largest subfamily of Cicadellidae, and caused direct damage on their host plants by feeding and spawning, or as vectors of plant pathogens such as viruses, phytoplasmas, and bacteria. It contains majority of cicadellid vector species of economically important plant disease. Despite of economical pests, Deltocephalinae is difficult to identify due to morphological similarities and variations, yet, their biological information like host plants and taxonomical characters has not been constructed for accurate diagnosis of species. In this study, we build a database of integrated biological information such as host plants, distributional records and dorsal habitus of specimens, male genitalia, and DNA barcoding data with illustrations and photographs.

The study on the database for the noise of the large machine and high power machine. The object of this project is to prepare the countermeasure of the health care according to investigate and database the basic information of the large machine and high power machine. To accomplish the object ; The dimension and noise of the large machine, which is mounted in the factory, was investigated. And the prediction and measurement method of the noise for the machine by manufacturers were investigated. The database of the noise by the machine type and power was built. The measurement and management methods for the machine noise were considered. The database of the noise was built from the measurement data. The major sound sources and frequency range for the large machine and the high power machine were investigated. The noise effect by the large machine and the high power machine was investigated. The application fields are; The setting of the management plan of the noise which generates from the large machine and the high power machine. The effective noise reduction for the major sound source with low cost. The application as the frequency transition considering the psycho-acoustics characteristics.

It is an irreplaceable important issue in the artificial intelligence (AI) development of the 21st century to establish a database, to recover the related memory, and even to extract big data from written texts in the Chinese characters cultural circle. Theories about the “transitional forms” and “intermediary graphs” of Chinese characters provide theoretical basis for the big data excavation of the written texts in Chinese characters cultural circle. Chinese characters have been deconstructed twice during its long-time development history from the Warring States period to the Six Dynasties period. Experts tend to focus on the first time which is known as “libian” (transformation of the graphic shapes of the zhuanshu into clerical script forms) so there are lots of investigation and research on it. Regard to the second time, as the cursive scripts prevailed, the components of a graph can be reorganized or distorted and some strokes’ order can change the direction in hand-writing process, making a new distinguishing mechanism to produce batches of “transitional forms”. A very few of the “transitional forms” were evolved into “fixed standard scripts”, and a bulk of them were conversely developed as “intermediary graphs” gradually. The first priority for establishing a database for the written texts in the Chinese characters cultural circle is to exclave massive amounts of related information based on big data construction. It is imperative to collect and sort the ancient written letters which are of great value in Japan, Korea and China. This database acts as not only the foundation of the research on history of Chinese writing systems and new historical data, but also the “firsthand data” for revealing the rules of the development of cognitive behavior and intellectual inheritance of human being.
