이 연구는 블루베리 즙을 첨가하여 젤리의 제조조건을 최적화하고자 하였다. 16개의 블루베리 즙을 이용한 젤 시료는 Design Expert 프로그램을 이용하여 제조하였으며, 최적화를 위해 블루베리 즙(100～200 g), 설탕(40～160 g), 젤라틴(8～20 g)의 양을 독립변수로, 텍스처, pH, 관능평가 항목을 종속변수로 각각 선정하였다. 반응표면 분석법을 사용하기 위한 실험설계로 중심합성계획을 이용하였다. 각 항목별 최적조건은 Canonical 모형의 수치 최적화(numerical optimization)과 모형적 최적화(graphical optimization)를 통하여 선정하였으며, 그 중 가장 높은 desirability를 갖는 최적점을 선택하여 지점 예측(point prediction)을 통해 도출한 결과, 각 독립변수의 예측된 블루베리 즙을 첨가한 젤리의 최적값은 블루베리 주스 133.63 g, 설탕 160.0 g, 젤라틴은 12.78 g이었다.

The purpose of this thesis addresses a development of an expert system to support a decision making of the vender selection. The researches related to the vender selection problems have been studied and they provide 23 criteria to select proper venders. In this thesis, 8 criteria have been used to construct a knowledge base of the expert system. The system in this thesis consists of 6 steps in its procedure. Step 1 decides a specification that satisfies customer's needs and Step 2 chooses a part supplied by a vender. The type of an outside order is decided in Step 3 and some venders satisfying the customer's needs are selected in Step 4. Some of the venders chosen from step 4 which do not satisfy the fatal cirteria(that is Quality, Delivery, Price) can be deleted in Step 5. In the last step, 8 cirteria is used to select 3 venders according to their ranking. Consequently, this program provides for a man, who does not have the experiances, an efficient way to select appropriate venders in the vender selection problems.

본 연구에서는 건물의 완성에 커다란 영향을 주게되는 건물의 예비설계분야에 전문가 시스템의 기법을 이용한 설계지원시스템을 개발하기 위한 모델을 구축하였다. 이러한 시스템은 기존의 수치해석용 프로그램으로 수행되던 구조부재의 물량에 의한 경제성이외에도 건물의 안정성, 시공성, 그리고 건축공간성등의 경험적 영역까지를 고려한 많은 대안을 사전에 검토해봄으로서 더욱 효율적인 설계를 가능하게 하고, 또한 구조설계의 오류를 초기에 방지할 수 있게 한다.

최근 다양한 매체의 등장으로 제품을 소비자에게 각인시키고 제품 판매를 촉진하기 위한 기업들의 다양한 광고와 판촉, 이 벤트 활동 등이 전개되고 있다. 이러한 제품을 구입하는 장소에서 이루어지는 POP광고물은 소비자들의 구매활동에 많은 영향을 미친다고 하겠다. 대기업에서 운영하는 규모가 큰 매장에서는 디자인 전문 인력에 의해서 POP광고물을 계획적으로 제작하고 설치하지만, 소규모 매장에서는 점주가 개별적으로 POP광고물을 제작하기에는 전문적인 지식과 역량이 부족하 다는 현실적인 어려움이 있는 실정이다. 이에 소규모 개별매장에서 점주의 요구에 따라서 가격표나 포스터, 모빌류, 사인류 등의 POP광고물을 제작하는 수기 POP광고물 제작 전문가들의 역량은 POP광고물과 광고효과에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 컴퓨터로 편집되고 인쇄된 광고물보다 사람의 손으로 작성되고 만들어진 POP광고물은 소비자의 이목을 집중시키고 감성 을 자극하여 제품판매를 촉진하는 효과가 있다. 이러한 수기 POP광고물의 중요한 표현요소중 하나인 서체표현은 POP 전 문가들의 개인적인 개성과 역량에 따라서 각기 다르게 표현되고 있지만 일반적인 현황 분석과 효과적인 서체표현에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 전국의 10년 이상 수기 POP전문가 50인의 기본서체(10종)를 표현요소(크기, 기 울기, 기본구조)별로 분석하여 수기 POP서체의 일반적인 표현방법을 도출하고 수기 POP서체의 특징을 파악하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

As a method to reduce collision accidents of ships at sea, this paper suggests an expert system for collision avoidance and navigation (hereafter "ESCAN"). The ESCAN is designed and developed by using the theory and technology of expert system and based on the information provided by AIS and RADAR/ARPA system. In this paper the ESCAN is composed of four(4) components; Facts/Data Base in charge of preserving data from navigational equipment, Knowledge Base storing production rules of the ESCAN, Inference Engine deciding which rules are satisfied by facts or objects, User System Interface for communication between users and ESCAN. The ESCAN has the function of real--time analysis and judgment of various encountering situations between own ship and targets, and is to provide navigators with appropriate plans of collision avoidance and additional advice and recommendation This paper, as a basic study, is to introduce the basic design and function of ESCAN.
