In order to overcome the small scale of Korea waterworks and to achieve comprehensive improvement and innovation transformation, the waterworks integration was reviewed. The effect of consolidation was confirmed by the integration of the water supply business in the southern Gangwon region and the western Gyeongnam region in Korea, such as an increase in the flow rate and a decrease in the production unit cost. After facing management and service limitations overseas, more than 1,000 small-scale waterworks projects in the UK were integrated into 27 waterworks providers, and Japan also revised the Waterworks Act in December 2019 and is in the process of integrating waterworks. It is considered appropriate to promote the integration of waterworks projects in Korea by respecting the autonomy of local governments, but using a participatory method, a win-win method, and a linkage method. For the integration of waterworks projects, three strategies are proposed: First creating a national foundation for integration (revision of the Waterworks Act), Second establishing a waterworks integration strategy led by local governments, Third forming an external consensus and providing incentives for participation.

As globalization has been progressed, companies faced a situation in which it was difficult to secure global competitiveness only with their internal management systems. To overcome this, Supply Chain Management (SCM) emerged, which optimizes the whole supply chain process from suppliers to demand companies. In this study, it was analyzed that the effects of customer integration among the integration factors of SCM, and market orientation among the strategic orientations on management performances such as non-financial performance and financial performance through a mediating role of flexibility. At this time, it was analyzed whether CEO's support has a moderating effect on the influence of the market orientation. As a result of analysis, the customer integration was found to have an indirect effect on the non-financial performance and the financial performance through the flexibility. The market orientation was found to have a direct effect on the non-financial performance and at the same time, indirectly affected it through the flexibility. In addition, it was shown that more the level of CEO's support, higher the influence of the market orientation. This moderating effect had an indirect effect on the financial performance. Based on the above findings, various implications for improving management performance were proposed. This study suggests that investments in computerization such as ERP and smart factories can improve supply chain management performance and ultimately improve customer satisfaction and financial performance.

공동체정원은 급격한 산업화와 도시화로 상실되었던 공동체성을 회복하기 위한 생활형 녹색복지이며, 기후변화에 대응한 그린인프라의 재생과 국민들의 사회적 요구 증대에 의해 발전하고 있다. 이는 정부차원의 정원 산업과 정원문화, 교육의 다양화와 전문화로 이어지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 실정에 맞는 실천적 공동체정원의 유형별 모델정원을 계획 및 조성함으로써 정원조성의 과정을 실증적으로 설명하고 있다. 첫째, 공동체정원의 정의와 효과, 개괄적인 내용, 기본적인 준비과정과 고려사항을 제시한다. 둘째, 모델정원의 조성과 정원별 상세 자료를 제공함으로써 장소 선정부터 참여를 통한 계획부터 설계, 시공과 관리까지의 전 과정을 설명하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 국민들이 기존의 정원조성자료와 함께 사회통합형 공동체정원 만들기의 기초자료로 활용하는 데 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 아시아, 유럽, 북미지역에서 두 국가간 자본시장과 금융, 자본재, 소비재, 도 ·소매서비스, 공공산업의 두 국가간 자본시장에서 국제차익거래가격결정 모형(IAPM)의 성립여부와 두 국가간 자본시장 통합여부의 결합가설을 검증하였다. 두 국가간 자본시장의 IAPM 성립여부는 요인분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 통합여부는 Chow검증으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역별, 산업별 두 국가간 자본시장이 통합되어있다는 가설을 기각할 수 없는 것으로 나와 지역별, 산업별 두 국가간 자본시장이 통합되어 있다고 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 지역별, 산업별로 통합된 두 국가 자본시장에서 국제분산투자를 실시함으로써 국내분산투자 보다 더 큰 분산투자효과를 얻을 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.
