If cultural Heritageis located in the downtown, conservation areas was developed or is being developed In most cases Therefore, in this case, the relative height of the building during construction than the regulatory limit is reasonable, is emerging need to be objectified. This study was utilizes GIS analysis techniques for 'View Corridor' and building height standards were determined. First, 'View Corridor' set and building height restrictions for the analysis of urban environmental factors were analyzed in. In particular, the topography and urban planning, and existing buildings, including the distribution of the physical urban environment, with detailed analysis on the major historical and cultural assets with a combination of a review of the impact factor for the formation of the urban landscape recognize the scope has been expanded. Second, the key selection criteria for View point largely focused on cultural Heritageand the surrounding communicative point of view and, consequently, connectivity, and symbolism, accessibility, analysis, factors such as Prospect, setting the standards by applying a detailed assessment of each item the main view point were derived. Third, the derived key View point on the terrain and landscape characteristics simulation analysis carried out by considering together the main axis, and this suggests a reasonable height for the proposed standards.
This research is focus on the analysis of bridge image and preference. In this study, 3 types of bridge with arch bridge, cable stayed bridge, and suspension bridge, 4 prospect points named A, B, C, and D will be simulated in one scene for final analysis of bridge image and preference. On prospect point A, higher evaluation is received among the arch bridge. In addition, for cable stayed bridge and suspension bridge, the Higher evaluation is received among the most at the arch bridge on prospect point B. At the on prospect point C, higher evaluation is received among the most cable stayed bridge and suspension bridge compared with arch bridge. At the on prospect point D, lower evaluation is received among the cable stayed bridge and suspension bridge compared with arch bridge. The highest average total preference is received for cable stayed bridge. And, The lowest average total preference is received for arch bridge. Cable stayed bridge is suitable for the Baegya Bridge than arch bridge in the Landscape point. In conclusion, the preference for one bridge is not the same at different prospect points through above research.
The pine trees have been existing in Korean Peninsula since about 7,000 years ago. It is the tree which has been always present in Korean's life and it is the tree which has a potential to become a true identity of Korea's Nature. In This study, the characteristics of pine(Pinus densiflora Sieb. et Zucc.) forest in the "True-View landscape paintings" during the late chosun dynasty were investigated according to the 9-categorization. The result of the study are as follows: 1452 pine tree forests samples are collected from 179 "True-View landscape paintings". The 9 classifications are following; Mountain top, saddle os mountain, foot of hill, Ridge, Valley, Slope, Rock, Soil, Waterside. In the case of the topography, 64.3% of the pine forests are drawn in the ridges. The forests are mainly located on the tops and the saddles of mountains. The current ecological findings also show that the ridges are the most suitable sites for pine trees. the pine forests drawn in the valley are frequently in the foot of mountains and the rock. The slopes(135) and the valleys(267) are mainly located foot of hill.
