        Background: Problem-based learning (PBL) is presented as a superior teaching method compared to existing lecture-based learning. Objectives: To analyzed the effectiveness of creative problem-solving competency, class participation, and self-efficacy in physical therapy students after PBL. Design: Questionnaire design. Methods: This study involved 29 physical therapy students and analyzed changes in their creative problem-solving competency, class participation, and self-efficacy and the correlations between these measurement variables before and after PBL on the “Therapeutic Exercise & Practice” subject. Results: PBL in the musculoskeletal exercise therapy-related subject significantly improved class participation and self-efficacy (P<.05) compared to conventional lecture-based learning, but there was no significant difference in creative problem-solving competency. There was also a positive correlation between a higher level of class participation and higher self-efficacy (P<.05). Conclusions: PBL in the “Therapeutic Exercise & Practice” subject in the Department of Physical Therapy can be an effective educational strategy to increase students’ class participation and self-efficacy. Accordingly, instructors in this department should systematically construct the design of PBL curricula to improve the quality of educational content.

        Background: Junior colleges have been establishing plans for the development of start-up education for students and have been providing various educational programs to support students’ start-up businesses. Objectives: The effects of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on the start-up intention of college physical therapy students were analyzed. Design: Questionnaire design. Methods: Surveys on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and start-up intention were conducted with 269 college physical therapy students, and the levels of individual measurement variables, correlations, and variables affecting start-up intention were analyzed. Results: College physical therapy students showed differences in start-up intention between genders, and male students tended to have a higher startup intention (P<.001) than female students. The correlations among the major variables were analyzed. According to the results, all sub-factors of start-up intention had significant positive correlations with all sub-factors of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial self-efficacy (P<.05). In addition, multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify factors affecting start-up intention. Start-up education was shown to have no direct effect on start-up intention. Innovation (β=.238, P=.000), risk sensitivity (β=.228, P=.000), and initiative (β=.220, P=.001), which are sub-factors of entrepreneurship, were shown to have effects on start-up intention. Self-regulated efficacy (β=-.193, P=.039) and task challenge (β=.210, P=.004), which are sub-factors of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, were found to have effects on start-up intention. Conclusions: To boost the start-up intention of college physical therapy students and induce their start-ups, customized start-up education that considers entrepreneurship level and gender is necessary.

        본 연구는 학령기 비만아동의 생활습관, 식이자기효능감 및 운동자기효능감의 관계와 생활습관에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G광역시에 소재하는 3개 초등학교의 비만아동 85명이었고 2019년 7월 20일부터 8월 2일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 대상자의 생활습관에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위하여 다중회귀분석한 결과, 식이자기효능감(β=.406, p=.001)이 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났고, 운동자기효능감(β=.245, p=.038)이 그 다음 순서로 나타났다. 또한 추정된 회귀모형의 적합도에 대한 F통계량은 6.34(p<.001)로 유의하였고, 설명력은 24.2%였다. 따라서 비만아동의 생활습관을 향상시키기 위해서는 식이자기효능감과 운동자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 하며, 본 연구는 비만아동 생활습관 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

        목적 : 본 연구는 고객중심 여가활동이 뇌졸중 환자의 신체기능, 자기효능감, 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자 30명을 선정하여 무작위로 실험군 15명, 대조군 15명을 배정하였다. 연구 설계는 사전-사후 통제 집단설계(pretest-posttest control group design)를 적용하였다. 중재는 주 3회 60분씩, 9주, 총 24회기를 실시하였다. 중재 전과 후의 비교를 위해 신체기능은 버그균형검사 (Berg Balance Scale; BBS)와 상지기능 검사(Manual Function Test; MFT)를, 자기효능감은 자기효 능감 검사(Self-Efficacy Scale)를, 삶의 만족도는 삶의 만족도 척도(Life Satisfaction Index-Z; LSI-Z)를 사용하였다. 결과 : 고객중심 여가활동은 실험군의 균형, 자기효능감, 삶의 만족도를 향상시켰고 대조군과 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구의 고객중심 여가활동 프로그램은 뇌졸중 환자의 복합적인 기능장애를 자연스럽게 수용하고 자신의 기능, 역할, 가치를 재정립하는 기회를 제공하여 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있었기에 뇌졸중 환자를 위한 재활치료의 중재전략으로 제안하는 바이다.

        본 연구는 24주간의 축구영재 프로그램을 실시하여 초등학생(저학년, 고학년)의 신체조성, 기초 체력, 자기조절능력 및 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 남자 초등학생 80명을 대상으로 저학 년 40명, 고학년 40명으로 구분하여 실시하였다. 축구영재 프로그램은 주 1회, 24주간 실시되었으며, 측정된 자료의 그룹 내 변화는 대응표본 t-검정, 그룹 간 차이는 독립표본 t-검정을 이용하여 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 그룹과 시기간의 상호작용 효과 검증을 위하여 이원반복측정분산분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 신체조성 중 근육량은 두 그룹 모두 유의하게 증가하였고, 그룹 간 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 체지방량은 유의하게 감소하였다. 기초체력은 모든 변인에서 두 그룹 모두 유의하게 증가하였고, 심폐지구력, 근력, 순발력에 서 그룹 간 차이가 나타났다. 자기조절능력과 자기효능감은 두 그룹 모두 유의하게 증가하였으나, 그룹 간 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 축구영재 프로그램은 초등학교 남학생의 신체조성 및 기초체력 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기조절능력과 자기효능감을 높이는데 효과적인 것으로 사료된다.

        The main objective of this study was to investigate the effects of physical self-efficacy of adolescents who joined a school sports club on school violence bullying behaviors. For this purpose, the subjects in this study were 276 students in junior high schools and 154 students in high schools located in Cheonan-si and Gongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do in 2013. Questionnaires on physical self-efficacy factors used in studies by Moon Jin (2008), Seo Cha-Won (2012) and Park Yoon-Kee (2013) and on school violence bullying behavior factors by Do Gie-Bong (2007), Park Jae-Suk (2008), Kim Min-Jeong (2010) and Lee Se-Mi (2013) were used as a research tool with the addition of modification and supplement after verifying the suitability of the component content and items according to expert advice for the purposes of this study. The collected data were computerized using SPSS Statistics were analyzed by applying a descriptive statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis for analytical purposes. The following results were obtained: First, this study examined differences in the physical self-efficacy according to the demographic characteristics. In gender, female students showed a significantly higher physical self-presentation confidence, a sub-factor of the physical self-efficacy, than male students. However, there was no significant difference in perceived physical ability, another sub-factor. In school level, the junior high schools showed higher perceived physical ability and physical self-presentation confidence than the high schools, but they were not statistically significant. Both in perceived physical ability and physical self-presentation confidence, the physical self-efficacy according to the type of sports club was high in individual, interpersonal and group exercises, in descending order, but they were not statistically significant. Both in perceived physical ability and physical self-presentation confidence, the physical self-efficacy according to the physical education grade was high in lower, middle and upper classes, in descending order, but they were not statistically significant. Second, this study examined differences in the school violence bullying behaviors according to the demographic characteristics. In gender, male students showed a higher harassment, verbal-psychological abuse, and bullying, sub-factors of the school violence bullying behaviors. In particular, there were significant differences in the verbal-psychological abuse. In school level, the high schools showed higher harassment and verbal-psychological abuse than the junior high schools as a difference in other school violence bullying behaviors, but they were not statistically significant. The junior high schools showed higher harassment than the high schools, but this was also not statistically significant. Both in the harassment and verbal-psychological abuse, the differences in the school violence bullying behaviors according to the type of sports club were high in individual, interpersonal and group exercises, in descending order, but all of them were not statistically significant. In the harassment, the differences in the school violence bullying behaviors were high in upper, lower and middle classes, in descending order. In the verbal-psychological abuse, the differences in the school violence bullying behaviors were high in middle class and showed the same value in upper and lower classes, but all of them were not statistically significant. Third, this study examined the effects of the adolescent physical self-efficacy on the school violence bullying behaviors. The results showed that the physical self-representation confidence a sub-factor of the physical self-efficacy had a statistically significant effect on the harassment verbal-psychological abuse and bullying. Although the perceived physical ability as another factor had a significant effect on the harassment verbal-psychological abuse and bullying, it was not statistically significant. Based on the above conclusions, the gender showed significant differences in the adolescent physical self-efficacy and school violence bullying behaviors, and the school violence bullying behaviors also increased in the proportion of the physical self-presentation confidence, a sub-factor of the physical self-efficacy. It is considered that this has caused an unexpected negative result the school violence bullying behaviors due to the absence of the system that students can positively release their passionate energy in the current school system. Therefore, it is considered that schools and related organizations should make efforts from various perspectives so that adolescent passion strength and energy from the physical self-efficacy can be released not in the school violence bullying behaviors but in healthy and desirable physical activities and sports participation as a method to reduce the school violence bullying behaviors of adolescent students with high physical self-efficacy.

        The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of hotel employees’ physical attractiveness on person-job fit and to empirically analyze whether self-esteem and self-efficacy play a mediating role in the causality between an employee’s physical attractiveness and person-job fit. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 345 employees and the data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The primary results were as follows: Multiple regression analysis showed that hotel employee physical attractiveness had a positive significant influence on self-esteem (β=.504, p<.001) and self-efficacy (β=.441, p<.001). Also, employee selfesteem (β=.281, p<.001) and self-efficacy (β=.478, p<.001) each had a positive significant influence on person-job fit. As a result of analyzing the mediating role, the effect of hotel employees' physical attractiveness on person-job fit was partially mediated by self-esteem and self-efficacy.

        본 연구는 여대생을 대상으로 신체활동 수준에 따른 신체구성, 신체적 자기효능감 및 스트레스의 차이를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구 대상자들의 신체활동량, 신체적 자기효능감, 스트레스 수준을 분석하기 위한 자기기입식 설문지를 작성하였고, 신체활동 수준 분류는 국제신체활동설문(IPAQ)을 통해 신체활동량을 점수화하여 저활동군, 중활동군, 고활동군으로 분류하였다. 신체활동량 분석 결과, 본 연구의 대상자들 중 53.6%는 중활동군으로 분류되었고, 46.4%는 저활동군으로 분류되었다. 신체활동 수준에 따른 체중, 체질량지수, 체지방률은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났고, 신체적 자기효능감 점수는 중활동군이 저활동군보다 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, 스트레스 점수는 중활동군이 저활동군보다 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 신체활동 수준이 높을수록 신체적 자기효능감에 긍적적 영향을 주고, 스트레스 수준을 경감시키는 것으로 확인되었다.

        이 연구의 목적은 체육교사의 교수유형, 학습자의 학업적 자기효능감 및 체육교과태도에 대 한 인과 관계를 규명하는 것이며 이를 위해 J시 소재 중학교 남녀 총 358명의 자료를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 체육교사의 교수행동중 자율적 교수행동은 학업적 자 기효능감 하위요인인 자신감, 자기조절 효능감 및 과제난이도 선호에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났으며, 통제적교수 유형은 자신감 요인에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습자의 학업적 자기효능감 중 자신감과 자기조절 효능감 요인은 교과태도의 긍정적 정서에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 또한 자기조절 효능감은 능동적 참여 및 적극적 수행에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육교사 교수행동의 하위요인인 자율적 교수유형은 교과태도 의 하위요인인 긍정적 정서와 능동적 참여 및 적극적 수행에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. 이러한 결과를 통한 후속 연구에서는 변수간의 관계정립을 위해서 매개 변수를 지정해 서 연구결과를 살펴 볼 필요가 있으며 성차를 고려한 교과태도 연구를 진행할 필요가 있을 것 이다.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the differences among exercise self-schema, exercise imagery, exercise self efficacy and physical activity by gender, age, stages of changes and to identify structural relationship among exercise self-schema, exercise imagery, exercise self efficacy and physical activity of adults. Methods: Six hundred questionnaires were initially distributed to college students, company employees and sports center members. Among them, total 569 were finally used in this study(male: 288, female:281, Mage=38.36). Exercise self-schema inventory, exercise imagery inventory, exercise self-efficacy scale and weekly leisure-time exercise questionnaire were revised into Korean and applied in the study. Frequency analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were carried out to test the possible relationship among exercise self-schema, exercise imagery, exercise self efficacy and physical activity. All analyses were conducted by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18. Results: Results indicated that there was significant differences in exercise self-schema, exercise imagery, exercise self efficacy, and physical activity by gender, age, and the stages of exercise changes. And results indicated that there was positive relationship among exercise self-schema, exercise imagery, exercise self efficacy and physical activity of adults. Conclusion: This study suggests that cognitive intervention strategies aimed at exercise self-schema and exercise imagery could be significant to promote physical activity.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the association of physical activity with self-efficacy and the internet addiction in adolescents. Methods: A total of 387 middle school students(1st and 2nd grade; 197 males) completed questionnaires to assess the internet addiction, self-efficacy, physical activity intention, and physical activity. The data analysis was conducted using t-test and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20.0. Results: Results revealed that there was no significant difference in physical activity between the internet addicted group and non-addicted group, but physical activity intention was negatively correlated with the level of internet addiction and positively correlated with self-efficacy. Regression analysis showed that intention negatively predicted the internet addiction and self-efficacy moderated the effect of intention on the internet addiction. Conclusion: The results of the study suggest that physical activity may be helpful to improve problematic internet use in adolescents, and the strategy of enhancing physical activity intention and self-efficacy should be involved in an internet addiction prevention program for adolescents.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of stage of exercise behavior change and physical self-efficacy, gratitude, psychological well-being for young children’s parents. Methods: Using cluster sampling was adopted by the study participants who are 340 young children’s parents of kindergarten located in the P city. Frequence analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multivariate analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and structural equating model were conducted for this study. Results: First, the results of analysis of the physical self-efficacy, gratitude, psychological well-being according to stage of exercise change, showed a significant difference in the physical self-efficacy and gratitude, psychological well-being in only a sub-factors, self-acceptance and environmental mastery, there were significant differences. Second, the results of analysis causal relationship of the physical self-efficacy, gratitude and psychological well-being, physical self-efficacy to gratitude, gratitude to psychological well-bing, physical self-efficacy to psychological well-being affected all positively to each variables. And gratitude partially mediated the relationship of physical self-efficacy and psychological well-being. Conclusion: It is better for Physical Self-Efficacy, Gratitude, Psychological Well-being to be exercise more and these variables are related to each others positively.

        본 연구는 초등체육 맥락에서 자기효능감과 스트레스가 자아탄력성을 통해 초등학생의 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 검증하고, 성별 집단 간 구조모형의 경로계수 차이를 알아보았다. 연구대상은 초등학생 539명(남학생=288명, 여학생=251명)이며, 자료분석을 위해 구조방정식모형 분석과 다집단 분석이 실시되었다. 구조방정식모형 분석의 결과, 초등학생의 체육 자아탄력성은 자기효능감과 자아존중감과의 관계를 완전 매개하는 역할을 하고, 스트레스는 자아탄력성을 통해 자아존중감에 간접효과뿐 아니라 자아존중감에 직접효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 다집단분석의 결과 자기효능감과 스트레스, 자아탄력성이 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 방식은 남녀 초등학생에게 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 결과는 체육수업을 통해 초등학생들의 자아탄력성을 촉진시키는 것이 중요함을 시사하며, 그 교육적 시사점과 후속 연구방향에 대하여 논의되었다.

        본 연구는 운동 자기효능감과 여가제약 그리고 여가제약협상이 운동참여에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 매개분석과 조절분석 그리고 이들을 결합한 조절된 매개분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상자들은 충북지역 소재 대학의 대학생 242명이 연구대상자로 선정되었다. 운동 자기효능감과 여가제약 및 여가제약협상의 척도들은 Cronbach`s α값이 모두 .9를 상회하여 척도들의 신뢰성이 입증되었다. SPSS 15.0과 SPSS Macro 및 Amos 7.0을 이용하여 분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 운동 자기효능감이 여가제약을 매개하여 운동참여에 영향을 미치는 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 여가제약이 운동참여에 미치는 부적(-) 영향이 여가제약협상에 의하여 완화되는 조절효과가 확인되었다. 셋째, 운동 자기효능감이 운동참여에 미치는 영향에 대한 여가제약의 매개효과가 여가제약협상에 의하여 조절되는 조절된 매개효과가 존재하였다.
