본 시험은 조생종으로써 과실이 크고, 소비자 기호도가 좋은 ‘녹수’ 품종 과실의 과피색을 향상시키기 위해 투광률이 다른 봉지를 씌워 과피색 발현과 과실 특성을 평가하였다. 1. 녹색 과피 품종으로 선발된 ‘녹수’의 특성을 가장 잘 발현시킬 수 있는 봉지는 투광률 42.2%인 백색봉지로 과실의 4. 만개 후 120일부터 3일 간격으로 수확한 과실의 환원당 변화를 살펴본 결과, sucrose 는 만개 후 129 ~ 132일 까지 증가, sorbitol 은 서서히 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 5. 봉지 투광률과 상관없이 과중, 경도, 당도 등 과실의 품질은 차이가 없었다.로로필 함량도 황색봉지나 이중 착색봉지보다 많았다. 2. 과육이 성숙되기 전에도 과피색이 황화 되는 경향을 보인 것은 투광량 0.7%인 이중착색 봉지였다. 3. 이처럼 투광률이 다른 백색봉지, 황색봉지, 이중착색봉지등을 유과기에 씌우면 성숙기에 도달했을 때 과피색이 각각 녹색, 녹황색, 황색으로 다르게 발현되었다. 4. 만개 후 120일부터 3일 간격으로 수확한 과실의 환원당 변화를 살펴본 결과, sucrose 는 만개 후 129 ~ 132일 까지 증가, sorbitol 은 서서히 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 5. 봉지 투광률과 상관없이 과중, 경도, 당도 등 과실의 품질은 차이가 없었다.
In order to choose a suitable fruit paper bag for ‘Noksu’ pear, which is early matured with green skin color, among three kinds of commercial paper bags – double layered white paper bag (WPB), double layered yellow paper bag (YPB) and double layered grey paper bag (GPB) with the black colored inside of outer layer and blue color of inner layer – having different light transmittance ratio (LTR), fruit traits including green color expression were evaluated according to picking days. As 42.2% LTR of WPB showed much higher than YPB(36.2% LTR) and GPB (0.7%, LTR), WPB induced strong green coloration of ‘Noksu’ fruit. Compared to WPB, GPB and YPB stimulated chlorophyll degradation and their colors became yellowish-green and yellow, respectively. Among reducing sugars, sucrose content of ‘Noksu’ fruit had been increased from 129th to 132th days after full bloom (DAFB). Whereas sorbitol content was slowly decreased during same period. Fruit characteristics of weight, hardness, sugar contents, and titratable acidity were not significantly different between each paper bag.
