One species of the genus Calamotropha Zeller (Lepidoptera, Crambinae), Calamotropha yamanakai Inoue, 1958 is reported for the first time from Korea. The description, image of the adult, male, and female genitalia are provided in this paper. Also, checklist of the genus Calamotropha from Korea is provided.
