본 연구의 목적은 댄스스포츠 파트너십에 대한 심층적인 정보를 얻는 것이다. 연구참여자는 우수 댄스스포츠 고교 선수 6명, 프로 선수 4명 및 우수 댄스스포츠 지도자 2명이며 이들에게 댄스스포츠 파트너십의 시점, 장소, 대상, 내용, 방법 그리고 파트너십의 강조 이유 등(5w1h) 6개의 개방형질문을 제시했다. 심층면접에서는 개방형 질문외에 경기력과 파트너십의 관계 및 이상적인 파트너상에 대해 질문을 실시했다. 개방형 질문과 심층면접의 결과는 귀납적 내용분석을 통해서 실시했다. 개방형 질문에 대한 325개의 원자료가 확보되었고 이를 다시 29개의 세부영역과 6개의 일반영역으로 구분했다. 심층면접의 결과, 댄스스포츠 파트너십은 시간과 장소에 제한되지 않고 생활 전반에 걸쳐서 모두 나타났다. 선수들은 자신의 파트너뿐만 아니라 관중의 호응과 지도자의 피드백 그리고 경쟁상대의 분위기 등을 통해서 파트너십이 표현되는 것으로 진술했다. 또한 파트너십을 배려, 매너, 헌신성으로 간주했지만 왜 파트너십이 중요한가에 대해서 대부분의 연구참여자들이 경기결과와 밀접한 관련이 있기 때문이라고 답변했다. 이상적인 파트너는 상대에 대한 배려나 연습의 몰입, 우수한 운동수행 능력과 더불어서 외모나 경제적 여유가 있는 파트너가 뽑혔다. 연구결과와 관련된 특징과 요인에 대해서 논의했으며, 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 했다.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate the in-depth information of Dancesports Partnership. Open-ended question, 5w-1h, was asked 6 elite high school athletes, 4 professional athletes and 2 professional coaches. and then we conducted in-depth interview added in question about relationship between partnership and performance, ideal dancesports Partnership. data for open-ended questionnaire and in-depth interview were collected and then their contents were analyzed inductively. According to the suggestion of validity committee, 325 adopted raw data were categorized into 29 specific domains and 6 general domains. The results of in-depth interview showed that dancesports partnership always expressed; no limitation of when, where. Dancesports partnership expressed by partner, audience, peer-group, parents, coaches, and their counter-partner. They considered that partnership is a great manners, consideration, self-sacrifice. But they thought that Winning is the ultimate goal of their partnership. They preferred consideration, commitment, superior performance, appearance, physique and financial states for ideal partnership. we discussed the traits and factor according to the results on dacnesports partnership. Finally we are suggested the limitation and direction of future research.
