A Study on the Development of NCS-based Chinese Tourism Services Subjects
본 연구는 4년제 대학 중국어 전공자들을 위한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 관광서비스 분야 교과목 개발 모색을 목표로 하였다. 4차 산업혁명에 따른 일자리 변화와 중국과의 관계를 고려할 때, 서비스산업의 성장과 중국어 필요성의 요구는 관광서비스 분야의 교과목 도출로 이어지며 나아가 맞춤형 인재양성의 교육목표에도 부합된다. NCS기반 관광서비스 분야 교과목 개발 첫 단계에서는 관광산업전망 동향과 부산 지역 대학교의 교과목 현황을 분석하였다. 다음으로, NCS 분류에서 관련된 직무와 능력단위를 도출하여 부산 지역적 특성을 고 려한 맞춤형 교과목을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 NCS 능력단위요소에 따른 수행준거 및 지식, 기술, 태도를 바탕으로 각각의 교과목 프로파일을 작성하였다.
The study aims to developed the NCS-based Chinese tourism service course for university students. Considering the job changes of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its relationship with China, Chinese education and service industry will grow together. In addition, it will be consistent with the training of each profession and educational goals. The first step in the development of the curriculum was to select jobs in the tourism service sector according to the NCS classification, then to review the tourism industry trends, and to analyze the current status of the subjects in Busan area universities. Secondly, the ability units by NCS were selected and ‘Travel Tourism Chinese 1’, ‘Travel Tourism Chinese 2’ and ‘Ocean Leisure Tourism Chinese’ were derived as subjects. Travel Tourism Chinese 1 aims to provide travel counseling services for sales of customized products to Chinese tourists. Travel Tourism Chinese 2 aims to plan and develop Chinese travel products for domestic travelers. The Ocean Leisure Tourism Chinese is a combination of local characteristic of Busan and it is created by applying the NCS job of ‘entertainment facility operation management’. Finally, summary of subjects, educational objectives, and elements of the ability units were arranged, and knowledge, skills and attitudes appropriate to the performance criteria were written into the subject profile.
