인적자본론에서 소득이나 재산에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인을 파악하는 것은 오래전부터 관심을 가져온 과제이다. 대체로 소득과 재산에 영향을 미치는 것으로서는 학력, 직업, 유산, 교육 등의 변수를 선택하고 있다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 한국적 특수성을 감안한 변수로서 기존 연구의 변수들과 아울러 명리학의 재물운을 변수로 선택하여 명리학의 재물운이 실제 개인의 소득과 재산형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 실증 분석하였다.
분석결과 개인소득에 대해서는 연령은 (-)의 영향을, 소득년수, 학력은 (+) 의 영향을, 직업별로는 자영업자, 전문직 종사자, 임금근로자, 노무직의 순서로 나타났다. 그리고 개인의 총재산에 대해서는 선택한 변수 모두 (+)의 영향 을 나타냄으로써 기존의 연구과 동일한 결과를 얻었다. 그리고 본 연구에서 선택한 명리학의 재물운이라는 변수는 개인의 소득과 재산형성에 대해 신왕 재왕 > 신약재왕 > 신왕재약 > 신약재약의 순서로 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 주고 있음이 나타났다. 그리고 재물운 만큼이나 학력과 직업도 소득이나 재산 형성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있어 선천적인 재물운 뿐만 아니라 후천적인 노력도 중요하다는 것이 밝혀졌다.
This research analyzes how property fortune of Sajoo affects income and property. For investigation, 599 persons were questioned by questionnaire. The property fortune was analyzed in the division of SinWangJaeWang(身旺財旺: both Sajoo and property fortune are strong), SinYakJaeWang(身弱財旺: Sajoo is weak, but property fortune is strong), SinWangJaeYak(身旺財弱: Sajoo is strong, but property fortune is weak) and SinYakJaeYak(身弱財旺: both Sajoo and property fortune are weak). In the model where monthly income is dependent variable, age shows (-) influence and income years, schooling and sex show (+) mark.
The occupations are in the order of self-employed business proprietor, professional workers, salary man and laborers. Analyzing by adding property fortune, all show (+) mark and the statistical significance was confirmed. The property fortune was in the order of SinWangJaeWang, SinYakJaeWang, SinWangJaeYak and SinYakJaeYak.
In the model where total property was dependent variable, all marks show (+). The property is more with more monthly income, longer income years, higher age, higher schooling and man. The occupations are in the order of professional workers, self-employed business proprietor, salary man and laborers. The property fortune was in the order of SinWangJaeWang, SinYakJaeWang, SinWangJaeYak and SinYakJaeYak.
