보육교사의 전문성이 영유아와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 영유 아와의 상호작용의 질을 높이는 방안을 모색하며, 이를 바탕으로 보육교사의 전 문성을 높이고, 영유아와의 상호작용을 증진하여 양질의 보육서비스를 제공하는 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구변인 간 상관성을 확인한 결과, 보육교사의 전문 성, 상호작용, 인성, 효능감 간에 유의한 상관관계를 보였고, 확인적 요인분석 결과 요인 적재값이 모두 유의하게 나타나 관측변인들은 해당 잠재변인을 잘 반영하는 것으로 검증되었다. 또한, 구조모형을 통해 연구변인 간 영향 관계를 검증한 결과, 보육교사 전문성은 인성, 효능감, 영유아와의 상호작용에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤고, 보육교사의 인성과 효능감은 영유아와의 상호작용에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤으며, 보육교사의 전문성과 영유아와의 상호작용 사이에서 인성과 효능감은 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 보육 교사 전문성은 인성과 효능감을 매개하여 영유아와의 상호작용에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 상호작용을 높일 수 있는 인성과 효능감이 매개 역할을 하는지 살펴봄으로써 영유아의 성장발달에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인 인 보육교사의 역할이 전문성을 통해 영유아들에게 질 높은 보육서비스를 제공 하고 상호작용을 높일 수 있는 기초자료를 제시했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

We examine the effect of childcare teachers' expertise on interactions with infants and toddlers, and seek ways to improve the quality of interactions with young children. We would like to suggest a direction for providing childcare services. As a result of confirming the correlation between the research variables, there was a significant correlation between the professionalism, interaction, personality, and efficacy of childcare teachers. has been verified as In addition, as a result of examining the relationship between the research variables through the structural model, the professionalism of childcare teachers had a significant positive (+) effect on personality, sense of efficacy, and interaction with infants. It was verified that personality and efficacy play a mediating role between the childcare teacher's professionalism and the interaction with infants and toddlers. Therefore, it has been verified that the professionalism of childcare teachers indirectly affects the interaction with infants and young children by mediating personality and sense of efficacy. Based on these research results, we examine whether personality and a sense of efficacy that can enhance interaction play a mediating role. It is meaningful in that it presents basic data that can enhance the interaction with the participants.
