본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사의 직무스트레스, 업무만족, 경력개발지원 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 그 사이에서 직무스트레스와 경력개발지원의 상 호작용을 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법은 SPSS 30.0 프로그램을 활용해 주요 변수의 기술통계, 변수 간 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석, 경력개발 지원의 조절효과 일변량 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 직무스트 레스와 경력개발지원, 업무만족의 음의 상관관계를 확인했고, 경력개발지 원과 업무만족의 정의 상관관계를 확인했다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 높을 수록 업무만족이 낮아짐을 확인했다(β=-.653, p<.001). 셋째, 경력개발지 원이 높을수록 업무만족이 높아짐을 확인했다(β=.348, p<.001). 마지막으 로, 직무스트레스와 경력개발지원의 상호작용이 업무만족에 유의미한 영 향을 미침을 검증했다(β=.104, p<.001). 이에 따른 결과적 함의로 사회복 지사의 직무스트레스, 업무만족, 경력개발 지원을 위한 정책 및 실천적 함의를 제시했다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction, and career development support of social workers, and to confirm the interaction between job stress and career development support. For the research method, using the SPSS 30.0 program, technical statistics of major variables, correlation analysis between variables, multiple regression analysis, and univariate analysis of the moderating effect of career development support applying average centralization were conducted. As a result of the study, first, negative correlations between job stress, career development support, and job satisfaction were confirmed, and positive correlations between career development support and job satisfaction were confirmed. Second, it was confirmed that the higher the job stress, the lower the job satisfaction (β=-.653, p<.001). Third, it was confirmed that the higher the career development support, the higher the job satisfaction (β=.348, p<.001). Finally, it was verified that the interaction between job stress and career development support had a significant effect on job satisfaction (β=.104, p<.001). As the resulting implications, policy and practical implications for supporting job stress, work satisfaction, and career development of social workers were presented.
