Purpose: The research was to investigate the effect of line dance programs on oxygen saturation level and happiness of elderlies. Methods: Researchers had conducted a series of test to measure peripheral blood vessel oxygen saturation level, pulse and happiness level of 47 elderlies from the D district of G city. Collected data were analyzed with -test and independent t-test, equipped with SPSS WIN 17.0. Results: As a result of serial tests, Pre-test and Post-test of line dance performance showed that oxygen saturation of the Experimental group had significant increase following the program and happiness of the Experimental group also had significant increase following the program. Conclusion: In conclusion, with many advantages such as its easiness to access and emulate as well as its ubiquitousness as an aerobic exercise, line dance cannot only be very beneficial to cardiovascular function and relation of elderlies, but also to emotional and psychological effect, considered as a great breakthrough to improve comprehensive well-being in both physical and mental aspects.

In 1957, the first magnetic disk drive compatible with a movable head was introduced as an external file memory device for computer system. Since then, magnetic disks have been improved by increasing the recording density, which has brought about the development of a high performance thin film magnetic head. The thin film magnetic head has a magnetic circuit on a ceramic substrate using IC technology. The physical property of the substrate material is very important because it influences the tribology of head/disk interface and also manufacturing process of the head. -TiC ceramics, so called ALTIC, is known to be one of the best substrate materials which satisfies this property requirement. Even though the head is not in direct contact with the disk, frequent instantaneous contacts are unavoidable due to its high rotating speed and the close gap between them. This may cause damage in the magnetic recording media and, thus, it is very important that the magnetic head has a good wear resistance. -TiC ceramics has an excellent tribological property in head/disk interface. Manufacturing process of thin film head is similar to that of IC, which requires extremely smooth and flat surface of the substrate. The substrate must be readily sliced into the heads without chipping. -TiC ceramics has excellent machineability and mechanical properties. -TiC ceramics was first developed at Nippon Tungsten Co. as cutting tool materials in 1968, which was further developed to be used as the substrate materials for thin film head in collaboration with Sumitomo Special Metals Co., Ltd. in 1981. Today, we supply more than 60% of the substrates for thin film head market in the world. In this paper, we would like to present the sintering process of -TiC ceramics and its property in detail.

The growth process of solid grains in a liquid matrix is usually explained in tem1S of Ostwald ripening. The variation of growth (dissolution) rate as a function of grain size during Ostwald ripening predicted that the dissolution rate becomes very large as grain size decreases but the growth rate of a large grain is rather limited. Therefore. a rather uniform size distribution of grain size is maintained once after the quasi-equilibrium state is reached. Quite frequently, however, the exaggerated grain growth (EGG) is observed to occur: only a limited number of grains grow exceptionally. From the observation that the EGG occurs only for the faceted grains with apparently straight solid-liquid interfaces, the EGG is suggested to be the consequence of growth process controlled by 2-dimensional nucleation. In this study, the result by computer calculation on the grain growth process controlled by various mechanisms will be given.
