        본 연구의 목적은 비선형 동적해석을 통한 국내 비보강 조적조의 내진성능을 평가하는데 있다. 보다 정밀한 내진성능 평가를 위해 조적벽체의 파괴모드를 고려한 비선형 이력모델을 이용하고자 하나, 선행연구의 비선형 이력모델은 정적반복가력해석에 대한 검증만이 수행 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 진동대실험과 동적해석 결과를 비교하여 제안한 비보강 조적조 비선형 해석모델의 신뢰성을 검증한 다음, 국내 비 보강 조적조 건축물의 비선형 동적해석을 수행하고 결과를 분석하여 내진성능을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 1층의 조적조 건축물의 경우 개구부율 에 관계없이 비교적 지진피해가 작은 반면, 2층 이상의 국내 비보강 조적조 건축물의 대부분이 국내에 발생가능한 지진에 취약하였다.

        In this study, the heat insulating performance increase the indoor temperature of the building is applied to the concrete was compared with plain concrete. As a result, the indoor surface at the outside temperature of 10.4 ~ 22.4 ℃ temperature conditions showed a difference of up to 0.6 ℃, the lowest 0.6 ℃, indoor temperature is up to 0.2 ℃, 0.2 ℃ lower results showed a minimum.

        최근 국내 대표적인 플로팅건축물인 세빛섬의 운영 정상화로 플로팅건축물에 대한 이미지가 매우 긍정적인 방향으로 개선되었다. 플로팅건축의 특장점은 특별한 공간체험(29.9%) > 랜드마크(27.6%) > 수해양문화 향유(21.5%) > 관광 및 개발의 거점(16.0%) > 지구온난화 에 대비하는 친환경성(4.8%) 순으로 나타났다. 플로팅건축물은 일반인들에게 특별한 공간체험을 제공하며 차별화된 이미지를 가지고 있다. 따라서 플로팅건축물의 공간디자인마케팅은 특별한 공간을 매개로 지자체나 기업이 주민이나 고객들과 아이덴티티와 이미지를 교환하는 형 태로 일어난다. 이때, 건축물이 지닌 기본적인 공간 속성에 방문객들의 공간수요를 반영한 프로그램 선정과 사업주체 및 운영주체의 일원화가 중요하다. 플로팅건축의 프로그램은 상업시설이나 문화시설, 친수공간 확보 조건을 활용한 마리나시설이 적절하며, 향후 플로팅건축 시장도 활성화될 것으로 전망된다.

        With the increase in the frequency of the seismic activity in the territory of Korean Peninsula, the demand for seismic performance evaluation of existing buildings has appeared as well. In this research, a public building built in 1970s is evaluated by the Korea Infrastructure Safety Corporation guideline. As a result, this existing public building is evaluated to satisfy the life safety (LS) and the collapse prevention(CP) performance level that the KBC2009 demands for.

        Railroad sites are exposed to noise and vibration problem due to train operation. This train-induced noise and vibration transferred from the ground to the near existing building. It is possible to cause a vibration in the building. Evermore, the tenant in the building enable to feel such train-induced noise and vibration. Based on that, a device, termed anti-vibration device, to reduce noise and vibration in the building was needed and was invented through this study.

        The budget for public buildings is expected to increase to their maintenance, and the systematic maintenance and sufficient budget are recognized as the important factors for building maintenance. In Korea, buildings are not systematically maintained due to the lack of manpower, expertise and basis of maintenance budget estimates. Compared with Australia where the facility maintenance is optimized through asset management, Korea has only passive maintenance systems that focus on regulations. The introduction of the systematic asset management is required to ensure the advanced building maintenance in Korea. In this study, the asset management processes for social infrastructure facilities in and out of Korea were analyzed, and the asset management framework for public buildings were established. The asset management procedure consisted of ordinary asset management procedure, selective asset value assessment. The framework in this study was developed focusing on the asset management task for public buildings and presented the detailed contents of each step. The application of this framework to the actual work will enable the systematic management of building’s value and performance, and the efficient appropriation of the maintenance budget.
