        식물성 단백질의 주요 급원이며 isoflavone계의 우수한 생리 활성 물질을 함유하고 있는 대두를 첨가해서 소비자의 기호성 및 기능성을 갖춘 대두 혼합 식빵의 개발을 시도하였다. 대두는 증자하여 열풍 건조하고 분쇄한 후 분말로 만들어서 소맥분에 0, 5, 10, 20, 30% 되게 각각 첨가하여 반죽을 제조하여 제빵 특성을 조사하였다. 제빵 실험 결과에서 대두분을 10% 까지 첨가해도 좋을 것으로 판단되었다. 파리노그래프의 결과에서 보면 대두분

        Waste paper cup was sulfonated to be used as ion exchanger. Removal characteristic of copper and lead ion by prepared ion exchanger was investigated. The sulfonation was conformed by the high intensity band of SO3H group around 1100~1160cm-1. The synthesized ion exchanger had greater removal ability for copper and lead ion than the original waste paper cup. Ion exchange system reached the final equilibrium plateau within 30min. The maximum removal capacities (qmax) were calculated as 9.79mg/g for copper and 15.95mg/g for lead, respectively. The affinity of lead based on a weight was higher than that of copper. The ion exchange phenomena appeared to follow a typical Freundlich isotherm.

        Nanosized titania sol has been produced by the controlled hydrolysis of titanium tetraisopropoxide(TTIP) in sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate(AOT) reverse micelles. The physical properties, such as crystallite size and crystallinity according to R ratio have been investigated by FT-IR, XRD and UV-DRS. In addition, the photocatalytic degradation of bromate has been studied by using batch reactor in the presence of UV light in order to compare the photocatalytic activity of prepared nanosized titania. It is shown that the anatase structure appears in the 300~600℃ calcination temperature range and the formation of anatase into rutile starts above 700℃. The crystallite size increases with increasing R ratio. In the photocatalytic degradation of bromate, the photocatalytic decomposition of bromate shows the decomposition rate increases with decreasing initial concentration of bromate and with increasing intensity of light.

        전통메주의 과다건조로 인한 품질저하 및 유해 곰팡이 오염으로 인한 위생적 문제를 개선하기 위하여 백국균(Roligosporus)을 종국 제조에 이용하여 "캡슐형 메주"를 착안하고 그 품질특성을 조사하였다. R oligosporus을 0.5, 1, 2% (w/w) 비율로 첨가하여 캡슐형 메주와 종국을 넣지 않고 성형한 대조구 I,II형을 10~15에서 3일간의 자연 건조하였다. 27일간 실외에서 발효한 대조구 I형이라 하고, 대조구 II형과 캡슐

        The developement of insecticidal soaps made by various fatty acids and organic control for insect by using of insecticidal soap(fatty acid salts) were empolyed. And the results were as follows: 1. To determine the input volume of potassium hydroxide for saponification of fatty acids, there were compared to individual acid value of fatty acids. in case of coconut fatty acids for saponification was 266.3 mg of potassium hydroxide(266g/1kg of fatty acid) was calculated. 2. To make the 25% soap content by coconut fatty acids, there was required for the 266g of potassium hydroxide and 3,459 liter of soft water. Then the liquor of soap was 4,644 liter. 3. The progress of insecticidal soap made by fatty acids was accomplished indirect heating and stirring reactor (1)to make the volume of potassium hydroxide solution and warming up(90℃) (2)input volume of individual fatty acid (3)more than 30 min stirring reaction (4)cooling progress. 4. Insecticidal value of insecticidal soap was observed more than 92% the dilution of 50 dilution solution in consecutive 5 days of 2 treatments of the 25% soap made by coconut fatty acids on the red pepper. And insecticidal value of insecticidal soap was observed more than 94% the 100 dilution solution in consecutive 5 days of 3 treatments of the 25% soap made by coconut fatty acids on red pepper and cabbage. 5. The treatment of two times of 25% soap made by coconut fatty acids at the 50 dilution solution and 100 dilution solution in spider mite on red bean has 100% insecticidal value. 6. There was no observation phytotoxic sypmtons on red pepper in field, except for 25% soap made by carprylic acid. 7. Over the two times over 0.1% in addition of isopropyl alcohol was to improvement the insecticidal effect, but there was no effect in addition of diatomaceous earth.
