The purpose of this study is to develop the training programme for VTS operators in Korea. The methodology used are literature and questionnaire survey. The literature, proceedings of international symposia and letters from Canada, USA, Japan and other countries were properly used and analyzed in order to compare their contents. Through the results of this study, I proposed the basic training programme for VTS operators in Korea as followings. First, the number and level of Korean VTS should be properly decided. Second, the training organization and staff should be built and appointed. Third, the VTS trainee should selected, and the training level & period should be established according to their qualification and experience. Fourth, the training should be acted by the VTS training curriculum. Fifth, The VTS operator certificate should be issued through proper test. This paper concluded as followings through the analysis of the questionnaire regarding to VTS training programme in Korea. First, the proposed curriculum were properly constructed and the independence among them was existed through the reliability and correlation analysis. Second, the difference of the curriculum importance among the questionnaire group was nearly not found through the Analysis of Variance(ANOVA). Third, the required days per each curriculum was limited to maximum 5days.
This study investigated the effects of different sequence structures on the bilateral transfer of learning from one sequence to another. Subjects were asked to respond to visual stimulus of "x" mark appeared in a particular sequence on the CRT at one of four locations arranged horizontally. They were instructed to respond to the visual signal by pressing the corresponding keys with their four fingers. After practicing one serial pattern for a substantial period of time with one hand, the subjects were randomly assigned to one of two experimental conditions and a control condition [ hierarchy (n=6) , vs , linear (n=6) , control (n=6) ] . Reaction time and latency profile constituted the dependent variables and learning of the sequence was evaluated by measuring the amount of facilitation of the performance on the transfer tasks. The findings support the notion that the internal representation of a sequence organiges in hierarchically, rather than linearly and the executionin of movement sequence is controlled hieararchically even though different effector(different hand in this study) . In addition, the results provided strong evidence for the notion that the subunits of movement can be interchangeable once subjects establish interval structure of the sequence.
본 연구는 인간관계 교육 프로그램을 통하여 친화적인 아동들의 인간관계를 형성하여 비사회적 행동을 교정하고자 시도한 현장 실천 연구이다. 현대 산업 사회의 가속적인 발전과 인구의 도시 집중화로 인한 학급당 인구수의 증가, 시험 등은 지나친 경쟁심과 이기심을 불러 일으켰고 그 결과 인간의 존엄성을 상실하게 하였으며 교사와 학생의 관계는 물론 학생상호간의 관계 마저 저해하고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점으로 인하여 몇몇 어린이는 학교에서 즐겁고 재미있게 생활하지 못하고 지나치게 위축되어 있거나 고립되어 있다. 따라서 이와 같이 고립되어 있거나 위축되어 있는 어린이를 발견하고 친화적인 인간관계를 형성할 수 있는 분위기를 조성하여 비사회적인 아동들의 문제행동을 교정해서 그들로 하여금 즐겁고 보람된 나날을보낼 수 있도록 하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 본 연구를 추진하였으며 구체적인 목적은 다음과 같다.
