        Methanol and hot water extracts of Daedalea bien-nis were investigated for its antioxidant activity, poly- phenol content and tyrosinase inhibitory effect. The antioxidant activity was evaluated using 1, 1-diphenyl -2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging assay. The antioxidant activities of hot water and 80% methanol extracts of Daedalea biennis fruiting body were 52.06%. and 92.62% at 1.5mg/ml concentration. Total polyphenol content of hot water and 80% methanol extracts were 12.26㎍ GAEs/mg and 13.69㎍ GAEs/mg. Tyrosinase inhibitory activity of water extract was 19.70% while 80% methanol extract was 15.75% at 1mg/ml concentration.

        Methanol and hot water extracts of Suillus granulatus were investigated for its antioxidant activity, polyphenol content and tyrosinase inhibitory effect. The antioxidant activity was evaluated using 1, 1- dipheny l-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging assay. The antioxidant activities of hot water and 80% methanol extracts of Suillus granulatus fruiting body were 51.49%. and 90.58% at 1.5mg/ml concentration. Total polyphenol content of hot water and 80% methanol extracts were 33.21㎍ GAEs/mg and 27.97㎍ GAEs/mg. Tyrosinase inhibitory activity of water extract was 7.8% while 80% methanol extract was 20.88% at 1mg/ml concentration.

        수평 배향 액정 모드는 양의 유전율 이방성과 음의 유전융 이방성 액정을 사용한 프린지 필드 스위칭과 양의 유전율 이방성 액정을 사용한 인플래인 스위칭 모드가 대표적이다 . 이 대표적인 세 구동 방식의 화질 특성을 비교하기 위하여 각각의 최척화된 위상지연 값 조건하에서 밝기, 명암대비율과 색 특성을 조사하였다. 그 결과 양액정과 음액정을 사용한 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드가 밝기와 명암대비율 면에 있어서 인플래인 스위칭 모드보다 우수한 특성을 보인다. 또한 양액정을 사용한 프린지 필드 스위 칭 모드는 시야각 방향에서 적은 색 변이 특성을 보인다.

        Ultrastructural studies on oocyte differentiation and vitellogenesis in the oocytes of female Kareius bicoloratus were investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The Golgi complex in the cytoplasm is involved in the formation of yolk vesicles that contain yolk carbohydrates in the yolk vesicle of oocytes in the early vitellogenic phase. In this phase, many pinocytotic vesicles (PVs), which are formed by pinocytosis, contain yolk precursors (exogenous substances). These substances are associated with exogenous heterosynthetic vitellogenesis. In yolked oocytes in the late vitellogenic phase, two morphologically different bodies, which formed by modified mitochondria, appear in oocytes. One is a multivesicular body (synthesized by autosynthetic vitellogenesis), and the other is a yolk precursor (an exogenous substance formed by heterosynthetic vitellogenesis). The multivesicular bodies (MVB) are taken into the yolk precursors (YP) and are transformed into primary yolk globules. However, after the YP mix with exogenous PVs near the zona pellucida, they are transformed into primary yolk globules. Vitellogenesis of this species occurs via endogenous autosynthesis and exogenous heterogenesis. Vitellogenesis occurs through endogenous autosynthesis, which involves the combined activity of the Golgi complex, mitochondria and MVB formed by modified mitochondria. However, heterosynthesis involves pinocytotic incorporation of extraovarian precursors (such as vitellogenin in the liver) into the zona pellucida (via granulosa cells and thecal cells) of the yolked oocyte.

        We present simulations of the optical-band images of high-redshift galaxies utilizing 845 near-ultraviolet (NUV) images of nearby galaxies obtained through the Galaxy Evolution Explorer (GALEX). We compute the concentration (C), asymmetry (A), Gini (G), and M20 parameters of the GALEX NUV/Sloan Digital Sky Survey r-band images at z ~ 0 and their artificially redshifted optical images at z = 0.9 and 1.6 in order to quantify the morphology of galaxies at local and high redshifts. The morphological properties of nearby galaxies in the NUV are presented using a combination of morphological parameters, in which early- type galaxies are well separated from late-type galaxies in the G–M20, C–M20, A–C, and A–M20 planes. Based on the distribution of galaxies in the A–C and G–M20 planes, we examine the morphological K-correction (i.e., cosmological distance effect and bandshift effect). The cosmological distance effect on the quantitative morphological parameters is found to be significant for early-type galaxies, while late-type galaxies are more greatly affected by the bandshift effect. Knowledge of the morphological K-correction will set the foundation for forthcoming studies on understanding the quantitative assessment of galaxy evolution.

        본 연구는 공원자산을 활용한 공원재정비에 의한 공간구성의 변화가 이용형태 및 이용만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 향후 한국의 도시공원의 재정비사업의 계획론적인 관점에서의 방향성을 제시하기 위해, 요코하마시 카나자와구의 토미오카 no.5 공원의 재정비사례를 대상으로 2회의 걸친 공원 이용자 설문지 조사와 지역주민, 행정 담당자, 재정비공원 설계자를 대상으로 청취 조사를 실시하였다. 조사를 통해 확인 된 결과를 분석하여 향후 한국의 도시공원 재정비사업의 방향성에 대해 다음과 같이 제시할 수 있다.첫째, 향후 공원재정비 사업의 적극적인 추진이 예측되는 한국에 있어서 공원자산에 관한 이용자의 인식도조사를 통해 파악된 공원자산을, 적극적으로 보존 및 활용한 재정비 수법은 공원의 평가와 만족도향상에 유효하며, 공원 자산을 파악하기 위해 이용자에 대한 인식도 조사가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 재정비를 위한 주민설명회에서 확인 된 공원에 대한 지역주민의 요구와 지자체의 공원재정비의 목적과 과제의 파악을 통해, 이에 맞춰 명확한 설계의도를 설정하는 것은 이용자 만족도 향상에 효과적인 재정비 사업의 프로세스라고 볼 수 있으며, 재정비를 포함한 도시공원정비 사업추진에 시민참여가 활발히 이루어지고 있는 한국에 시사하는 바가 크다고 볼 수 있다.

        Green roof policies has helped to advance urban greening by creating green spaces on previously unused rooftops. However, there are no requirements covering matters such as greening methods, operation and maintenance obligations and many problems for sustainability and functioning of green roof and green space have been pointed out. This research is intended to clarify the contents and criteria of green roof policies currently implemented in Korea, Japan and other countries, compare them with the evaluation criteria for sustainable and public benefit rating systems and propose comprehensive indices for evaluating the multidimensional functions of green roof from the perspective of urban open space. As a result, it is found that obligation, grant, reimbursement, density bonus and tax credit are frequently used as green roof policies and 41 criteria including percentage of greening area, percentage of trees or shrubs, reduction of heat island effect, open space, landscape, and promotion of biodiversity are identified as criteria applicable to evaluating the multidimensional functions of green roof from the perspective of urban open space, respectively.
