본 연구에서는 준 회분식 교반조를 사용하여 polybutene (PB)와 polyisobutylene (PIB)고분자를 용해한 벤젠 용액을 연속상, 물을 불연속상으로 구성한 w/o 에멀션액막에 CO2을 흡수시켜 흡수속도를 측정하였다. 점탄성을 나타내는 Deborah 수를 사용하여 점탄성 비뉴튼액체에서 구한 부피물질전달계수 (kLa)를 고찰하고, 수용액에 첨가한 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol(AMP)와 CO2의 반응 메카니즘을 해석하였다.

Thermolysis of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O impregnated activated carbon fiber (ACF) was studied by means of XRD analysis to obtain Cu-impregnated ACF. Cu(NO3)2·3H2O was converted into Cu2O around 230℃. The Cu2O was reduced to Cu at 400℃, resulting in ACF-C(Cu). Some Cu particles have a tendency to aggregate through the heat treatment, resulting in the ununiform distribution in ACF. Catalytic decomposition of NO gas has been performed by Cu-impregnated ACF in a column reactor at 400℃. Initial NO concentration was 1300 ppm diluted in helium gas. NO gas was effectively decomposed by 5~10 wt% Cu-impregnated ACF at 400℃. The concentration of NO was maintained less than 200 ppm for 6 hours in this system. The ACF-C(Cu) deoxidized NO to N2 and was reduced to ACF-C(Cu2O) in the initial stage. The ACF-C(Cu2O) also deoxidized NO to N2 and reduced to ACF-C(CuO). This ACF-C(CuO) was converted again into ACF-C(Cu) by heating. There was no consumption of ACF in mass during thermolysis and catalytic decomposition of NO to N2 by copper. The catalytic decomposition was accelerated with increase of the reaction temperature.

The present study was performed to investigate the effects of in vitro maturation (IVM) and in vitro fertilization (IVF) duration on the development of Korean Native Cattle embryos. The time of blastocyst formation and the quality of blastocysts based on cell numbers were examined. The cleavage rate increased with the length of IVF duration in the groups of 18-hr IVM, but was constant in the groups of 24-hr IVM. The development rate to the 8-cell stage was significantly higher in the IVM 18: IVF 20 group than in the IVM 24: IVF 24 group. The development rate to the blastocyst stage was highest in the IVM 18: IVF 20 group, significantly different from that of the IVM 18: IVF 16, IVM 24: IVF 20 and IVM 24: IVF 24 group. The time of blastocysts formation tended to be shorter when IVM and IVF duration were decreased. The number of inner cell mass, trophoblast and the total cells were significantly higher in the IVM 18: IVF 16 group than in the IVM 24: IVF 24 group (P<0.05). These results demonstrated that the IVM and IVF duration should be adequate for the efficient production of bovine embryos, and it might particularly be essential to determine the proper combination of IVM and IVF duration.

파일럿 규모의 유리화플랜트에서 일련의 시험을 통해 고온 세라믹 캔들 필터 시스템의 주요 운전 변수 및 성능을 평가하였다. 실증 시험결과 매 시험초기에는 필터 표면 먼지층(Dust cake)의 생성으로 인해 필터 매질에 걸리는 차압이 급격히 상승하였다. 그런 다음 차압은 곧 일정한 범위에서 안정되었고, 표면유속(Face velocity)에 비례하여 계속적으로 변화하였다. 이와 반대로, 필터 투과율(Permeability)은 매시험 초기에 급격히 감소하였다. 필터표면 먼지의 역세정은 공기압 3～5 bar범위 일때 효율적이었다. 필터 입구 및 출구에서 동시에 등속으로 채취한 먼지농도를 바탕으로 필터의 먼지 포집율(Dust collection efficiency)을 평가한 결과 필터 성능은 설계값인 99.9%과 같은 것으로 나타났다. 100시간의 장기시험을 포함한 일련의 실증시험을 수행하는 동안 고온 필터 시스템의 성능에 영향을 주는 특별한 문제점은 발견되지 않았다.

A BMAP/SM/1 queueing system with Markovian arrival input of disasters is considered. After a disaster arrival all customers leave the system instantaneously and a server is recovered during a random period of time. We consider both variants of accumulating and losing the customers arriving during a recovery period. Numerically stable algorithm for calculation of the stationary state distribution of embedded Markov chain is presented.

This study was carried out to find out the changes on serum concentrations of estradiol-17β, progesterone in primiparous Duroc, Landrace and Yorkshire sows weaned at 7 or 21 days. Also, we compared the litter size at birth and weaning among the breeds weaned after lactation for 7 or 21 days. The estradiol-17β concentrations among the breeds were 6.9∼8.8 pg/ml and 6.4∼8.8 pg/ml after lactation for 7 or 21 days, respectively. The progesterone concentrations ranged from 0.3 ng/ml to 1.6 ng/ml. Duroc sow showed higher progesterone concentration compared with Landrace and Yorkshire sows weaned after lactation for 7 or 21 days. Also, we found out that litter size at birth and weaning, respectively, did not show any differences between day 7 and day 21 of lactation. From the facts mentioned above, it was suggested that very early weaning systems could work with no apparent adverse effect on prolificacy.

이 연구의 목적은 뇌성마비 아동에게 앉은 자세에서 현수를 이용하여 체중지지를 해주었을 때 상지기능에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상자는 뇌성마비 아동 5명과 뇌종양 아동 1명이었다. 연구대상자에게 harness를 착용하여 부분적 체중지지를 하기 전과 착용한 상태에서 손 뻗기 동작을 3차원 동작분석기를 이용하여 어깨관절과 손뻗기 동작에 걸린 시간을 측정하였고, Box and Block 검사를 실시하여 체중지지 전과 착용 시 상지 기능을
