대부분의 국가들이 노선버스의 운영을 공공부문에서 담당하고 있으나 우리나라를 비롯한 일부에서만 민간이 운영하고 있어 시민들을 위한 공익성만을 추구 할 수는 없는 입장이며 노선의 선정 또한 사업자와 공공이 협의하여 시행할 수밖에 없다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 버스노선 개편, 공동배차제 등 개선방안을 많은 지자체에서 시행하였지만 시민업체공공부문에서의 합의 도출은 지난한 상황이며 실행력이 없는 계획이 되고 있음을 여러 사례에서 볼 수 있다. Internet등 통신기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 통신을 통한 의사표출이 자유롭고 용이해지면서 일반지자체의 경우에 전체 민원 중 교통부문이 차지하는 민원이 를 상회하고 있으며, 교통민원 중 45.3%가 노선버스의 정시성 확보 및 운전기사의 불친절, 무정차 통과 등에 관한 것으로써 시민들이 가장 알고싶어 하는 사항이 버스의 실시간 운행상황임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실시간 버스정보제공을 통해 노선버스 이용자들의 대기시간 감소 및 이용편의를 증진시키고, 이를 통해 승용차 이용자를 대중교통수단으로 유도하여 대중교통을 활성화시키는 버스정보시스템(BIS ; Bus Information System)을 정립하며, 충주시 교통여건을 감안한 버스정보시스템 도입전략을 수립하고, 도입에 따른 기대효과를 분석하여 합리적이고 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 지방자치단체 특히 충주시의 지능형 교통정보 시스템을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다.

It is important part of executing CTP. This research develops the system which can be implemented in the various business environment through additional and continuous research.

본 연구는 재생골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 강도 및 파괴특성을 고찰하므로써 콘크리트 포장체에 적용성 여부를 검토하기 위해 수행하였다. 재생콘크리트의 초기강도는 낮았으나 재령 증가에 따라 기준콘크리트와 거의 유사한 값을 나타내었으며. 탄성계수는 골재 강성 차이로 인하여 낮게 나타났다. 또한 고로슬래그 미분말을 혼합한 재생콘크리트의 강도개선효과를 확인할 수 있었다. TPFM에 의한 파괴에너지는 초기재령에서 재생콘크리트의 파괴특성이 우수한 것으로 나타났으나, 재령증가에 따라 기준콘크리트와 유사한 값으로 나타났다. 또한 P-CMOD 측정결과로부터 이론적으로 구한 탄성계수 및 인장강도와 실험으로 구한 탄성계수 및 쪼갬인장 강도사이의 상관성은 매우 높은 결과를 나타내어 시험방법의 신뢰성을 확인할 수 있었다.

As we understand it, Process Capability indices are intended to provide single-number assessments of ability to meet specification limits on quality characteristics of interest. As a consequence of the varied ways in which PCIs are used, there have been two natural lines of research work: ① studies on the properties of PCIs and their estimators in many different environments; ② construction of new PCIs purporting to have better properties in certain circumstances. The most of existing process capability indices are concerned with the single variable. But, in many cases, a quality characteristic is composed with several factors. In that case, we want to know the integrated process capability of a quality characteristic not those of each factor. In this paper, we proposed a new multivariate system process capability index called MSPCI:SCpsk which is the geometric mean of performance measure Cpsk'S, and will be used as the criterion to assess multiple response process designs. Numerical illustration is done for SCpsk, Cp(f), Cp, Cpk, Cpm, and Cpsk.
