Safety management was divided by the competent authorities supplier, and customer with responsibility and authority. Gas accident were caused by treatment problem on the supplier and user, on technical and use management mater, on facilities and goods, and included problem with gas safety connection system. Especially, the big accident of the inside and outside of the country occurred during recent year was newly recognized with the whole society about safety. This study is present standard application plan of each department to use planning gas technical standard and gas utilization standard of introduction model than statute for change of self-regulation management system and complicated regulation of examination center and order.
The modem industrial society is developing while growing more diverse and gigantic. Accordingly, occupational injuries or accidents can be caused in various situations, not just in the limited range of workplaces but also in the surroundings, and interest has increased in the prevention of occupational accidents with respect to occupational health and safety, and environment. Thus, this thesis will consider 4MlE (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment) as the fundamental causes of accidents and introduce a model of system in which the output of the process control system is replaced by accidents with its input by 4M1E. Furthermore, it will demonstrate how occupational hazardousness can be measured, whereby it can also be rated, by examining the relationship between 4M1E and types of accident in terms of the categories of severity, frequency, and detectability, based on the application of the model to the framework of FMEA.
We achieved a Quantitative economic growth through rapid developed in 1970' and 1980'. It was confronted after IMF crisis that we needed to improve the past economic policy and the industrial structure. In line of that, the problem of the industrial structure like huge accidents of 1990' converted the recognition of safety. And to improve the conversion, the research of a safety management was needed. In this paper, we thought 4M1E(Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment) as the cause of accident using the principal of process, assuming that output is accident. Applying 4M1E to the structure of QFD(Quality Function Deployment), we propose the safety function deployment, which has the flow line as followed; demand safety, safety characteristic, direct cause, 4M1E and safety management.
The processes of manufacturing FRP sewage disposal tanks are very dangerous and hazardous jobs for workers because of large size and heavy weight of the tank, toxic fiberglass dust, nasty smell, and dangerous tools such as hand-grinders. This paper introduces an automatic manufacturing system of the FRP sewage disposal tank to enhance the safety of workers. The system consists of 3 components: the FRP body rotation jig, the automatic manhole cutting machine, the automatic sanding processing machine. The safety of workers and working environment are greatly improved, because the dangerous jobs are automatized and the toxic fiberglass dust is automatically collected. Also, the productivity is greatly improved and the cost is reduced.
Industrial facilities are becoming more complex and various with rapidly developing technologies. A number of installations and equipments are increased to improve productivity, and they are operated under the condition of high temperature and pressure. They are continuously repaired, replaced or abolished because of the deterioration with time, but their repair and replacement are not easy for economical and environmental concerns. If possible, the deteriorating equipments should be inspected and repaired effectively considering the state of maintenance and preservation, economic efficiency, and safety. That's where RBI(Risk Based Inspection) fits in. Even if RBI technology has been known among specialists, there were no tools readily available and it was hard to practice and apply RBI in industrial inspection and safety management. In the development of the qualitative RBI, the overall algorithm adopted API-581 BRD. The qualitative RBI program was developed to search the appling process.

Globalization of Economic activities have increased Company's interests about International Logistics Management. Expansion of International trade depends on International Logistics which can overcome distance and time. In In-cheon, There are many small scale and minor Freight Forwarders take advantage of being linked with a port, an airport but their inefficient paper works cause raising of Logistics costs and losing of competitive power. In this study, we design a web based ocean forwarder information system for freight forwarder to solve these problems. So, this system will provide decreasing operation time, human resources, and accessing easily because of web based system, and finally decrease logistics cost and improve national competitive power.
This Study will introduce the concept of A TP(A vailable To Promise) and CTP(Capable to Promise) through the existing study, the process analysis of CTP, the modeling of algorithm and the embodiment of system. This research considers the environment of using Job-Shop method. The CTP algorithm models using LPST(Latest Possible Start Time) and EPST(Earliest Possible Start Time) method especially. It is important part of executing CTP systems. The CTP modeling and implementing develops to system which is capable to implement in the various business environment through additional and continuous research.

Greeting the globalization and information period of 21C, the improvement of the distributional system structure and modernization of publishing distribution are the seriously required periodic assignments for the publishing industry that is a national knowledge and culture industry to be equipped with the core competitiveness. First, it is to found a large distributional organization that is able to provide total logistics services in time that is essential to the publishing company and bookstore. Second, it is to have a logistics service to act up to the variable requirements of customers such as publishing companies and bookstores under the rapidly changing distribution environment. Third, it is to provide the standardized information of publishing distribution. It is needed to establish a total distributional center in collaboration to satisfy the requirements of publishing industry as above. By doing this work, structure of the publishing distribution system can be improved and its constitution can be strengthen, and it is possible not only to construct a stable supply system but also to realize an information-based system in the publishing industry with the construction of information system and its utilization. The goal of this paper is to offer a quantitative decision model using Quality Function Deployment(QFD). We consider the factors outsourcing that affect the benefits of the organization and the fifth alternatives that were selected to be considered for outsourcing as customer requirements and technical attributes in QFD. For selecting the outsourcing system, we compute the priority considering interdependencies among alternatives. Thus this paper propose a decision model, which uses the quality function deployment to help practitioners set priority and users in structuring the outsourcing problems.

The production using U-shaped line is studied. This research presents the relationship among machining time, cycle time and production rate in a U-shaped line. The U-shaped line produces shafts by automated machines. In this paper when any production rate is given the U-shaped line always satisfies the production rate. An algorithm is developed for the determination of cycle time, the number of machines and workers of the U-shaped line in order to minimize the total machine capacity and the number of workers for any given production rate. The U-shaped line was successfully designed by applying the proposed algorithm.
To suggest a more efficient way of delivering information for process control under computerized environment, population stereotypes of colors were tested with 57 Korean subjects. The subjects were asked to associate 11 colors salient at electronic video displays with 55 pairs of adjectives that might be used when they explain the current state of process. The levels of association were evaluated with semantic differential methods by 7 point scales. Based on the multivariate analyses, the 55 pairs of adjectives were grouped into three distinct dimensions. The emotional maps of the 11 colors with respect to each dimension were presented. The Quantitative relationships between the colors and subjective impressions were also calculated by quantification theory I. On the basis of these color associations, it was suggested a general guideline for color coding when delivering process information
