        According to the World Competitiveness Yearbook(WCY), competitiveness of nations looks how nations create and maintain an environment which sustains the competitiveness of its enterprises. To develop economics and join the ranks of the advanced countries in the global market, Korea needs to consider the national competitiveness. Consequently, in this study, first, we try to know a concept of national competitiveness. Second, we also investigate models of national competitiveness. Finally, we suggest an improvement strategy, which is based on models, as compared with many countries of Europe.

        Recently, International Standardization is an important issue in competitive world market because of integration of standard, liberalization of international trade and globalization. Consequently, Korean companies need a strategy about corresponding to market circumstance and global standard. In this study, we examine Intellectual Property, Patent and Antitrust Law which are related to standardization. This study suggests company strategy and system integration model to dispose the global standard.

        Job characteristics have influence on the organizational effectiveness. The job characteristics are the core job dimension and organizational effectiveness. Aptitude and personality also act on job characteristics. In this study, we investigate chinese characters by province and city. The purpose of this study is to develop the job characteristics and organizational effectiveness model for chinese by province and city. Consequently, we suggest to be applied the model to korean finns strategically, which push into China, by view of improvement of organizational effectiveness and adaptation in China.

        Today, the size of a parcel delivery service market, which is a part of logistics, at home and abroad has been extended rapidly and its growth rate is expected to increase hereafter. At this point, when service is applied strategically in a parcel delivery service, we need to understand the feature of logistics service quality by view of customer differentiation. In this study, we try to constitute a model of the feature of logistics service, which is combined five features of service quality (Responsiveness, Empathy, Reliability, Accuracy and Tangibility) based on measuring model of SERVQUAL with logistics service, and to know the feature of logistics service from parcel delivery service by jobs with statistical tool.
