        Recently, the outboard engine system of internal combustion engine is widely used in the field of small ship propulsion. However, the internal combustion engine has serious problems of energy depletion and environmental problems, so electric propulsion methods are being studied. In this paper, we have developed important motors and controllers of electric propulsion system for small marine outboard motors. The motor design was performed through the motor characteristics analysis method, and the 30Kw system was developed through the BEMF processing circuit and the power conversion circuit by the embedded microprocessor. This study was carried out through government supported projects and achieved quantitative targets through accredited institutions.

        The planing hull is characterized by a large change in the posture according to the speed, and the shape of the propeller varies, so that the hull resistance varies greatly depending on the propeller used. Especially, the Savitsky system, which is widely used for estimating the resistance of planing hull, does not consider the characteristics of these propeller and ship bottom spray rails. In this paper, in order to investigate the difference in resistance characteristics between the propeller and the bottom of the propeller of 6m and 12m class propeller using propeller such as outboard or stern drive, A comparative test was conducted on resistance and attitude posture changes in the Circulating Water Channel of Institute of Medium & Small Shipbuilding. As a result of comparison test, it was confirmed that there is a clear difference in the attitude change due to the presence of the bottom floor spray rail and the change in resistance characteristics due to the installation of the propeller. However, attitude change with the propeller was found to be insignificant.

        Domestic fishing villages' net profit has consistently dropped down in recently, and currently it is down to 16.4%.This paper develop and increase fishing profit as this project will decrease 20% of the operation cost and eventually vitalize the fishing villages' economy. IMO (International Maritime Organization) is concerned about air pollution caused by carbon dioxide production, and it strongly suggests on decreasing carbon dioxide discharge level. This paper will help protect ocean ecology as it will not only decrease various types of oil usage but also promote alternative technology solution. Also Increase business' profit by selling ocean and other related business parts and factors. Low speed electric car applies high performance level of motor and motor control devices. Among those, about 20% is the original cost of motor and motor control devices. Therefor entering low speed electric car market, parts sales and sales will increase.

        열화학적 IS 공정에서 요오드화수소의 분해에 적용하기 위하여 화학증착법(CVD)으로 제조된 silica 막의 안정성을 HI-H_2O 기상 혼합물에서 평가하였다. Si 원천으로 tetraethoxysilane을 사용하여 서로 다른 CVD 온도로 기공크기가 100 nm인 α-alumina를 처리하였다. CVD온도는 700^℃, 650^℃, 600^℃이었다. 600^℃에서 수행한 단일 성분의 투과 실험에서 측정한 막의 H_2/N_2 선택도는 CVD 온도 700^℃의 M1 막은 43.2, 650^℃의 M2 막은 12.6, 600^℃의 M3 막은 8.7을 나타내었다. HI-H_2O 기상 혼합물에서 안정성 실험은 450^℃에서 수행하였는데, CVD 온도 650^℃에서 처리된 막이 다른 온도에서 처리된 막보다 더 안정성이 더 좋은 결과를 얻었다.

        원자력 발전의 고온 가스로(high temperature gas-cooled reactor, HTGR)의 냉각제로 사용되는 He가스의 열에너지를 이용하여 물을 분해해서 수소를 생산하는 "열화학적 수소제조 IS프로세스"에 대해 설명하였다. 특히, 분리막 기술의 이용에 관한 연구를 중점으로 정리하였다. 고온 원자력 열에너지를 이용한 열화학적 수소 제조법은 실현 가능한 단계까지 왔다고 생각되며, 아직 연구 개발 과제가 많이 남아 있지만, 미래의 청정에너지 중의 하나인 수소를 대량 생산할 수 있는 가능성을 갖고 있다.

        To keep an enterprise's competitiveness on the condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only in production and maintenance but also in related industrial productivity.
