막대한 예산이 투입되는 국가연구를 기획·관리·확산하는 연구관리 담당자들은 매우 중요한 인력이나, 역할에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 연구관리 전문기관 담당자에게 필요한 역량요소를 도출하고 역량의 중요도를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 4가 지 주요요인과 16개의 하위요인을 도출하였고, AHP 기법을 기반으로 설문조사(연구관리 담 당자와 연구자 90명 대상)를 추진하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 전체 응답자 기준으로 역량의 중요도는 협력적 태도, 소통능력, 연구지식, 목표관리능력과 신의성실 순으로 확인되었으나, 담당자의 경우, 업무와 관련한 역량(규정지식, 판단능력, 정책지식)이 중요하다고 보는 반면, 연구자들의 경우 자신들을 보다 더 지원해 줄 수 있는 역량(협력적 태도, 소통능력)을 보다 더 중시하는 시각차를 볼 수 있었다. 이번 연구는 전문기관 연구관리 담당자의 채용과 역량 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Recently, the outboard engine system of internal combustion engine is widely used in the field of small ship propulsion. However, the internal combustion engine has serious problems of energy depletion and environmental problems, so electric propulsion methods are being studied. In this paper, we have developed important motors and controllers of electric propulsion system for small marine outboard motors. The motor design was performed through the motor characteristics analysis method, and the 30Kw system was developed through the BEMF processing circuit and the power conversion circuit by the embedded microprocessor. This study was carried out through government supported projects and achieved quantitative targets through accredited institutions.

The planing hull is characterized by a large change in the posture according to the speed, and the shape of the propeller varies, so that the hull resistance varies greatly depending on the propeller used. Especially, the Savitsky system, which is widely used for estimating the resistance of planing hull, does not consider the characteristics of these propeller and ship bottom spray rails. In this paper, in order to investigate the difference in resistance characteristics between the propeller and the bottom of the propeller of 6m and 12m class propeller using propeller such as outboard or stern drive, A comparative test was conducted on resistance and attitude posture changes in the Circulating Water Channel of Institute of Medium & Small Shipbuilding. As a result of comparison test, it was confirmed that there is a clear difference in the attitude change due to the presence of the bottom floor spray rail and the change in resistance characteristics due to the installation of the propeller. However, attitude change with the propeller was found to be insignificant.

Domestic fishing villages' net profit has consistently dropped down in recently, and currently it is down to 16.4%.This paper develop and increase fishing profit as this project will decrease 20% of the operation cost and eventually vitalize the fishing villages' economy. Especially, it could be an alternative solution to the constant requests of WTO (World Trade Organization) and UN ECOSOC (UN Economic and Social Council) to stop cross subsidization of marine products. IMO (International Maritime Organization) is concerned about air pollution caused by carbon dioxide production, and it strongly suggests on decreasing carbon dioxide discharge level. This paper will help protect ocean ecology as it will not only decrease various types of oil usage but also promote alternative technology solution. Also Increase business' profit by selling ocean and other related business parts and factors. Low speed electric car applies high performance level of motor and motor control devices. Among those, about 20% is the original cost of motor and motor control devices. Therefor entering low speed electric car market, parts sales and sales will increase.

본 연구는 모기업의 해외 자회사에 대한 경영 통제(management control) 방식이 해외 자회사의 분권화(decentralization) 수준에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 2013년 현재 해외에 진출하여 경영활동을 수행하고 있는 국내 다국적기업의 해외 자회사 143개를 대상으로 조직의 분권화 수준을 종속변수로 하여 실증분석을 수행한 결과, 본사가 해외 자회사에 대해 비전의 공유와 같은 집단적 유대관계 형성을 통한 사회화(socialization)에 기반한 통제 수준을 높일수록 해외 자회사의 분권화 수준은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 본 연구의 이론적 예측과는 달리, 본사가 해외 자회사의 부문별 경영 활동에 대해 직접적으로 관여하는 공식화(formalization)에 기반한 통제 수준을 높일 경우에도 분권화 수준이 높아질 가능성을 시사하는 결과가 도출되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 해외 자회사의 역량 창출자로서의 역할이 중요해지는 최근 글로벌 경쟁에 있어 한국 다국적 기업의 해외 자회사 운영 설계에 있어 의미 있는 시사점을 제공한다.

본 논문은 해외자회사의 현지인 CEO 임명에 영향을 미치는 해외자회사 수준과 모기업 수준의 요인들을 밝혀 보고자 하였다. 2012년 현재 미국에 자회사를 보유한 245개의 한국 제조업 기업을 대상으로 현지인 CEO 임명 여부를 종속변수로 하여 실증분석을 수행한 결과, 자회사 수준의 변수들 중에서는 진입형태가 단독진입일 경우 현지인 CEO임명 가능성이 낮아지는 경향이 있으며, 현지인 고용비율이 높을수록 현지인 CEO 임명 가능성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 모기업 수준의 요인들 중에서는, 모기업이 기업집단 소속일 경우, 그리고 자본규모가 클수록 현지인 CEO 임명 가능성이 높아지는 경향이 있으며, 부채규모가 커질수록 현지인 CEO 임명 가능성이 낮아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
