As far as recent investment in railway, disused railway yards is increased in each line and region. As a result, related local government and agencies has been increased interest for utilization of disused railway yard. In this study, we investigated the status of the disused railway yards and conducted legal review on the use of disused railway yards. In addition, we analyze the disused railway yards use practices through case analysis and suggest plans to diversify ways to use.

With the advent of Internet era, e-commerce has become the focus of human's life. It leads a new direction of social development . As the representative of traditional industry, shipping industry is confronted with a series of difficulties, which have to break through the traditional and existing model to make their business for survival. With the increasing pricking up of market competition, shipping industry is now facing development bottle neck, but e-commerce provides a new way to solve the problem. This paper firstly describes the existing forms of the e-commerce shipping platform. Secondly analyzes the data for the situation of shipping industry in China, the data for expected functions of an e-commerce shipping platform and the data for how to choose a specific e-commerce shipping platform. Thirdly analyzes the potential risks of establishing e-commerce shipping platform in China. Based on the above researched, the paper provides a suggested model of the shipping e-commerce shipping platform in China.

세계적으로 해양산업은 크루즈산업에 많은 관심과 연구가 대폭적으로 이루어지고 있고 우리나라도 미래의 잠재력 있는 국가동력 산업의 하나로 인식하고는 있으나 크루즈산업의 연구동향 분석 연구는 국내외에 활발히 이루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서 우선 세계 크루즈산업 을 연구하고 이해하기 위해서는 최근에 다양한 산업에 대한 연구동향을 분석한 방법을 활용하여 크루즈산업에도 적용할 필요가 있다. 본 논 문의 목적은 외국 유명저널에 발표된 크루즈산업과 관련된 학술논문에서 제시하고 있는 키워드와 논문을 매개로 한 키워드 네트워크를 구축 하여 복잡계의 네트워크 분석에서 사용하는 연결 중심성과 매개 중심성 분석방법으로 시대별로 나누어 시각화하여 살펴봄으로써 세계 크루 즈산업의 연구동향을 심층적으로 관찰하여 논의하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시된 키워드 빈도는 Zipf의 법칙을 따르고 노드의 연결정도는 멱 함수 분포를 보여주고 있어 언어네트워크에서 분석하는 키워드 네트워크와 동일함을 관찰한다. 연구방법론으로는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 위 하여 사회연결망 프로그램인 넷마이너 4.0을 사용하여 여러 가지 중심성 측정방법 중 키워드 상위 20개의 빈도순위를 비교하여 빈도순위와 가장 가까운 중심성 측정방법을 선택하여 크루즈산업의 연구동향을 분석한다. 특히 크루즈산업의 연구동향이 연도 기간별로 어떠한 변화를 가져왔는지를 살펴보기 위해 2000년 이전과 2000년 이후로 크게 대별하여 나누고 2000년 이후에는 5년 주기로 각 기간별 공통적으로 나타나 는 연결 중심성이 높은 최상위의 키워드인 cruise와 tourism 노드를 중심으로 매개 중심성이 높은 것들의 키워드 네트워크를 시각화하여 논 의한다. 연구결과에서 흥미롭게도 2010-2014의 기간에 새로운 노드로 China가 등장하여 최상위의 키워드들을 연결하고 있는 것은 최근 급성 장하고 있는 중국의 크루즈산업의 발전 양상을 보여준다. 그러므로 본 연구에서 사용하는 키워드 네트워크 분석은 각 연도 기간별 네트워크 의 다른 종류의 숫자와 크고 작은 중심축 군집 네트워크의 숫자의 증감뿐 아니라 중심축 군집 네트워크의 중심에 있는 키워드 간의 연결 분 석을 용이하게 해주어 기간별 연구동향을 파악하는데 유용한 방법임을 확인할 수 있었다.

Ningbo Port develops quickly in recent years and with the combination of Ningbo Port and Zhoushan Port, it becomes another important port in the Shanghai International Shipping center. Competition between the two biggest ports in this area can't be avoided. The goal of this paper is investigating the competence of port from two angles, which are spatial structure of the ports cluster and neighboring ports' attraction to cargoes at conjunct hinterlands. The paper firstly uses the HHI index model and shift-share method to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the data of container throughputs of ports in the shipping center, in order that investigates the spatial structure of ports cluster. Basing on above researches, the paper employs the location quotient to study Shanghai port and Ningbo port's hinterland distributions at Zhejiang province. The conclusion of this study:(I)the ports cluster of the Shanghai International Shipping Center is highly centralized, and undergoes a porcess of first centralization then decentralization since the mid of 90s, last century. (2)Hinterlands of Shanghai port includes: Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Huzhou and Quzhou districts; Hinterlands of Ningbo port includes: Ningbo, Taizhou and Zhoushan districts.

This paper is a study of the relationships between trade and transshipment in Korea. Through the analysis of the data collected, a comprehensive model has been developed to analyze and predict relationships between trade and transshipment. By using analyses of port and trade evolution in Asia, the model identifies some important results. An application of the model to forecast developments in selected regions in China is also included in this paper. The paper provides a basis for shipping companies to decide on appropriate transshipment port strategies, and provides important theoretical references for Korean ports' development Supported by Shanghai leading Academic Discipline Project, project Number: T0602.

컨테이너 처리량(CHC)은 항만의 능력을 나타내는 중요한 지표다. 그러나 중국항만의 컨테이너 처리능력에 대한 연구는 부족하며, 연구결과 또한 예측치와 실제치와의 차이가 크다. 이는 컨테이너처리량이 다양한 경제적인 측면을 내포하고 있고 예측모델의 선택이 매우 어렵다는데 기인한다. 대체로 지금까지 사용되어왔던 회귀분석, 신경망분석 등은 과거행태모델을 벗어나지 못하고 있어 경제체제나 항만물동량의 동태적변화에 대한 고려가 결여되어 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 동태적 보정인과모델을 사용한 동태적 예측법을 사용해 보았고 그 결과 보다 신뢰성이 높고 현실성이 있는 연구결과를 도출할 수 있었다.
