Slips and falls are associated with many occupational injuries in Korea. It is also estimated that slipping are major contributors to slip, trip and fall injury burden. So「LOCAL RULE ON OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDAR D」must be improved, especially article 3(prevention of slip, trip and fall). The primary purpose of the present study is to determine if , and to what extent, the standard could be improved in present environment. In order to fulfill our objective, the another regulation in Korea and foreign countries were investigated and reviewed. Many kind of standard, mandatory documents and guideline were also reviewed. And then, regulations, standard, guideline etc. reviewed were compared with each others. The article 3 was revised as below.
1. The floors of the traffic route in workplace shall have no hole or slope, or be uneven or slippery so as, in each case, to expose employees to slip, trip and fall risk, except if adequate measures have been taken to prevent a employees falling.
2. The employer shall design, install and fix the drain for effective drainage if fluid contaminants were frequently occurred. So far as is reasonably practicable, An employer shall keep the workplace clean, sanitary, and dry so that employees won't have any risk to tripping or slipping at the workplace.
3. To facilitate cleaning, every floor, workplace, and passageway shall be, so far as is reasonably practicable, kept free from protruding objects, splinters, holes, etc. Also, some criteria was developed in this study. Standard and criteria developed in this study will help to prevent slip, trip, and fall injuries.

Forklift truck is one of the dangerous machines which causes the fatal accidents most frequently. The causes of fatalities by forklift from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed. Crushing the operator when tipping over or falling off a truck were the major causes of death in this study. The purpose of this study is to show measures from the engineering point of view to prevent the forklift truck accidents. In order for that, the domestic requirement for forklift safety was compared with those of foreign and international standards. The manufacturers' opinion was also collected regarding to improve the forklift safety. Several measures were suggested in order to prevent fatalities caused by forklift.

It can be said that nowadays, customers don't recognize that only good quality products as selection attribute regarding products quality can satisfy them. The case in service industries is also the same. Service quality is most affected by the criteria that customers themselves evaluate. Customers who are not satisfied with services provided institutions will disregard them. In consequence, this will affect their profitability. Collected questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS v.15 for the concrete proof analysis and the results are as follows. First, Service quality works as an important factors on customer's behavior. Second, Relationship quality serves as a mediated role between service quality and customer's behavior.

In this Paper, We study on establish for unit of measure. Quality means abstract for customer needs. we surveyed unit of measurement of quality feature of Juran, Taguchi, 6 sigma method. We suggest unit of measurement of quality feature. Each enterprise can use defining own unit of measurement of quality feature. Effect is expected in enterprise that these proposals do quality control. There is meaning in direction that measuring mean of quality feature that propose in this treatise understands actuality to be deeply and reconcile exact point of theory.

공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management)의 목적은 공급사슬에서 발생하는 재고 및 운송에 관련한 비용을 최소화하는 것이다. 여기서 발생하는 비용은 여러 변수에 의해 결정되기 때문에 공급망 전체를 하나의 시스템으로 보고 모델링하여 분석할 필요성이 있다. 여러 구성요소들을 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 모습을 분석하기 위해 수학적 접근방법을 사용하는 것 보다 시뮬레이션 방법을 사용해 모델링하는 것이 더 효과적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중국의 H자동차의 조달물류의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위해 시뮬레이션 방법을 활용하여 조달물류의 최적 배송주기를 도출하고, 재고관리의 문제점을 개선 하고자 한다.

제주도 내 관광객수는 최근 5년간 꾸준히 증가했으며 2012년 12월을 기준으로 960만명을 돌파하였다. 서비스업의 전체 사업장 및 근로자 역시 최근 5년간 증가하였으며 서비스업 종사자의 경우 전체 근로자 173,996명의 47%를 차지하고 있다. 업무상질병자 중 근골격계질환자 수는 전체의 90%를 차지하고 있으며(2012년 12월 기준) 근로자의 신규유입이 적고 노령근로자가 많은 점을 감안하였을 때 업무상 질병 발생율은 향후 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 제주도 내 관광객 수 증가에 따른 서비스업 종사자의 근골격계질환 발생현황 분석으로 향후 제주도 내 발생되는 근골격계질환의 예방에 기여하고자 한다.
