정부와 안전보건공단에서는 건설현장의 안전사고를 줄이기 위하여 감독․점검, 기술지도, 재정지원 등의 산업재해예방 활동을 지속적으로 수행하여 왔다. 하지만, 전체 산업의 사고사망만인율과 재해율이 전반적으로 감소 추세에 있는 반면에, 건설업의 사고사망만인율 및 재해율은 2014년 이후 오히려 증가 추세에 있다. 특히, 2016년 재해통계를 기준으로 전체 건설업 재해자의 약 70%가 공사금액 20억 미만의 소규모 건설현장에서 발생하였다. 이러한 소규모 건설현장의 재해를 줄이기 위해서는 현재의 산업안전보건법 상의 소규모 건설현장 산업안전보건관리체제와 고용노동부 및 안전보건공단에서 수행하고 있는 소규모 건설현장재해예방 사업에 대한 실효성을 파악하고 개선할 필요가 있다. 현 산업안전보건관리체제에서는 건축공사 기준으로 120억 이상인 공사인 경우 안전관리자를 의무 선임하도록 되어 있으며 3억에서 120억 미만 공사의 경우 재해예방지도기관의 기술지도를 받도록 되어 있다. 또한, 안전보건공단에서는 민간위탁기관을 지정하여 3억 미만 건설공사의 안전관리를 지원하고 있으며, 클린사업장 조성지원사업을 통해 20억 미만 소규모 건설현장의 추락재해예방을 위해 시스템 비계, 사다리형 작업발판 및 안전방망 등의 설치 비용을 지원하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공사금액별 재해통계 및 안전관리자 선임관련 제도를 분석하여 안전관리자 선임 대상을 현행 건축공사 120억 이상인 공사에서 단계적으로 50억까지 확대할 것을 제안한다. 설문조사와 전문가 의견을 수렴하여 재해예방지도기관의 기술지도 영역을 조정하고 실효성을 강화하기 위한 방안을 수립하고, 클린사업장 조성지원사업의 사업 확대 요구 및 개선사항을 도출한다.

최근에는 노후된 터널의 개수가 증가함에 따라 터널의 안전성 문제가 부각되고 있으며, 특히 안전사고가 발생하였을 때 신속하게 붕괴지점을 파악하고 붕괴된 지점에 매몰된 사람 및 장비등을 찾는 문제가 쟁점화 되고 있다. 터널의 안전성 문제를 계측하기 위한 시스템으로서 종래 기술은 주로 터널 공사 현장에서 작업자의 위치 계측이나, 공사의 진행 상황을 확인하기 위한 네트워크에 관한 것에 한정되었다. 또한 터널 안전과 관련된 시스템은 장기간 유지되어야하며 유지보수 기간이 길어야하는 특징이 있지만 기존 기술들은 배터리 소모 문제, 설치 비용 문제로 운용에 어려움이 많았다. 본 논문에서는 터널과 같은 폐쇄 구조물이 붕괴사고가 발생하였을 때 붕괴지점을 정확히 파악하고, 매몰된 사람 또는 장비등을 찾을 수 있는 모니터링 시스템을 제안하였다. 센서를 통해 터널 붕괴 지점을 인지하고, 붕괴 시점 및 붕괴 사고를 탐지하고, 사람이나 장비등의 위치 정보를 통해 정확한 매몰 위치 파악이 가능하게 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 센서로부터 오는 정보를 수집하고, 기계학습 기반으로 분석하여 붕괴 사고의 징후를 예측할 수 있는 지능형 터널 붕괴 모니터링 시스템을 제안하였다.

This study examines whether or not the national technical qualification provides value to the examinee despite the environmental change through the KANO's dual questionnaire method for applicants who apply for the national technical qualification. So, We analyze the three functions of qualification and the incentive function, which is the characteristic of customer value, and evaluate what is the shortest part of the value of the qualification that the current customer feels and present the improvement plan. In general, the survey method has structural analysis and probabilistic analysis on the process and the result, but it does not exclude the convenience of the questionnaire itself. This study aims to demonstrate the difference between the results of the survey and the results of general surveys based on the potential weight of the subjects. This study aims to provide a real-time information to the driver by effectively operating the advanced safety device attached to the freight vehicle, thereby minimizing insecure behavior of the driver such as speeding, rapid acceleration, sudden braking, And improve driving habits to prevent accidents and save energy. Advanced safety equipment is a device that warns the driver that the vehicle leaves the driving lane regardless of the intention of the driver and reduces the risk of traffic accidents by mitigating or avoiding collision by detecting a frontal collision during driving.The main contents of this report are as follows: In case of installing a warning device on a lane departing vehicle (excluding a light vehicle) and a lorry or special vehicle with a total weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes, the driver must continue to operate unless the driver releases the function.In addition, when the automatic emergency braking system is installed, the structure should be such that the braking device is operated automatically after warning the driver when the risk of collision with the running or stopped vehicle in the same direction is detected in front of the driving lane.

In the event of an outbreak of fire in an underground subway station, the speed of movement slows down as many people try to evacuate at once and bottlenecks might begin to occur in some locations, potentially resulting in catastrophic accidents. This study aims to analyze egress routes depending on, among other factors that influence evacuation in the event of an outbreak of fire, the characteristics of occupants and the initial points of fire using the GongEgress simulation program. The simulation result shows that the evacuation time of the vulnerable users is found to take 18% longer than that of ordinary people, and the transfer passageways have lower survival probability compared to that of the platforms. Through the analysis of the results, the structural features of the underground subway station and the points of fire are proved to be the major factors that determine the survival probability of the occupants. Therefore, safety training for passengers through conducting fire drills at the station or fire accident simulations can be established in the evacuation route and plan for reaction at the station or fire accident simulations.
