        Purpose: This quasi-experimental study used a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design to understand the effects of intradermal injection practice education. Practical augmented reality (AR) based educational interventions were conducted on clinical competence, self-efficacy, and educational satisfaction in nursing students. Method: Participants were nursing students at “S” university. There were 37 students in the experimental group and 36 students in the control group, for a total of 73 students. The measurement scales were clinical competence, self-efficacy, and educational satisfaction questionnaires. The intervention in the experimental group was conducted using AR with smart glasses; the intervention in the control group was conducted using a tablet PC. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, χ2-test, and ANCOVA using the SPSS 25 program. Results: Clinical competence was significantly higher in the experimental group (90.99±0.23) than in the control group (70.43±0.23; F=3745.89, p<.001). Self-efficacy was significantly higher in the experimental group (55.56±1.32) than in the control group (42.50±1.32; F=46.15, p<.001). Educational satisfaction was statistically significantly higher in the experimental group (40.81±6.58) than in the control group (32.56±7.74; t=4.52, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study can be utilized to develop effective nursing competency teaching strategies and as basic data for improving learning and nursing education.

        This study analyzed the relationship between the community structure of benthic macroinvertebrates and habitat changes in open estuaries among the sites included in the national estuary monitoring program. The estuary survey was conducted under the “Guidelines for Investigation and Evaluation of Biometric Networks” and classified by sea area, 80 places in the East Sea, 102 places in the South Sea, and 19 places in the West Sea were investigated. In a total of 201 open estuaries, benthic macroinvertebrates were identified with 4 phyla, 9 classes, 41 orders, 139 families, 269 species and 196 species in the East Sea, 182 species in the South Sea, and 90 species in the West Sea. The highest population densities were Insecta in the East Sea, the Malacostraca in the South Sea, and the Annelida in the West Sea. Through SIMPER analysis, species contributing to the similarity of benthic macroinvertebrates communities in each sea area were identified. Some species greatly influenced the similarity of clusters. The benthic community in the East Sea was affected by the salinity, so the contribution rate of freshwater species was high. On the other hand, the benthic communities of the South and West Seas showed species compositions are influenced by the substrate composition. As results, the benthic macroinvertebrate community in Korean estuaries was impacted by salinity and substrate simultaneously, and the close relationship with geographical distance was not observed. The result of this study is expected to be used to respond to environmental changes by identifying and predicting changes in the diversity and distribution of benthic macroinvertebrates in Korea estuaries.

        Purpose: This study aimed to understand the effect of extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) preparation education implemented with smart glasses in augmented reality on the performance ability, performance confidence, and educational satisfaction of clinical nurses. Method: The participants were clinical nurses at B hospital—27 in the experimental group and 25 in the control group. The measurement tools were performance ability (24 items), performance confidence (11 items), and educational satisfaction (9 items). The experimental group intervention used augmented reality with smart glasses, and the control group used video resources. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, x2-test, and ANCOVA using the SPSS Statistics for Windows, version 25.0. Results: The performance was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (F = 104.83, p < .001). Performance confidence was considerably higher in the experimental group than in the control group (F = 2.09, p = .041). Finally, educational satisfaction was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (F = 4.52, p < .001). Conclusion: It was confirmed that ECMO education implementing augmented reality with smart glasses is an effective method for improving performance ability, performance confidence, and educational satisfaction among clinical nurses.

        Purpose: This study was conducted to confirm the effects of self-directed practice using augmented reality simulation on nursing students' confidence in nursing skills, ability to apply them, and satisfaction with self-study. Method: This was a quasi-experimental study with a non-synchronized pretest/posttest nonequivalent control group design. The study participants were 58 second-grade nursing students (29 in the experimental group and 29 in the control group) from Y city. The questionnaire was used to evaluate the confidence in nursing skills (16 questions), performance ability (23 questions), and satisfaction with self-practice (17 questions). The experimental group intervention was an autonomous practice using augmented reality simulation, and the control intervention was an autonomous practice using video-based interventions. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, x2-test, and ANCOVA (Analysis of Covariance) using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: The experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of nursing skill confidence (F=25.79, p<.001), nursing skill performance ability (F=67.10, p<.001), and self-study satisfaction (F=14.10, p=.001). Conclusion: Self-directed practice using augmented reality simulation was confirmed to be an effective method to increase confidence, ability and practice satisfaction in nursing skills.

        Purpose: This is a group pretest-posttest design study that aim to examine the effect of smart problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method using flipped learning to meta-cognition, academic self-efficacy, and satisfaction level of nursing students. Method: The subjects were 76 students who took basic nursing practice, which is a major subject, from August 29 to December 13, 2018. A questionnaire was used to measure meta-cognition in web-based self-directed learning. The self-efficacy measurement used a scale consisting of self-regulating efficacy, task difficulty preference, and confidence. The measurement of practical satisfaction is a 5-point Likert scale that employs a questionnaire. Flipped learning uploaded a 10-minute lecture video, and the subjects learned through PC or smartphone. PBL teaching was developed in two modules: gavage and indwelling urinary tract. Results: Result showed a significant improvement of meta-cognition after education than before education (t=3.21, p=.043). Academic self-efficacy was not significantly changed before and after education. Practice satisfaction was significantly improved after training than before training (t=-2.19, p=.032). Conclusion: The smart PBL teaching method using flipped learning is an effective teaching and learning strategy for nursing majors. Nursing students with high meta-cognition will be able to perform well in their learning outcomes; therefore, this positive performance experience will enhance self-efficacy.

        하이브리드 감압 열펌프 건조기의 효과를 파악하기 위하여 건조된 굴 제품을 8주간 저장하면서 일반 성분의 변화와 글리코겐 함량의 변화 등을 조사하였다. 일반세균의 변화는 18~19×103 CFU/g으로 기존제품의 27~30×103 CFU/g 보다 안전하였다. 주요 지방산의 함유량은 건조기에서 건조한 시료의 DHA 및 EPA 함량은 L1-1, L1-3 및 R2-2에서 각각 17.87% 및 14.80%, 17.46% 및 14.38%, 17.89% 및 14.99%이었고, 반면 CD-1은 각각 15.41% 및 13.20%로 약간의 차이를 보였다. 각 시료의 유리아미노산 함량에는 큰 차이를 보이지 않아 1325.2~1360.4 mg/100 g으로 나타났다. 그리고 선도를 나타내는 K 값에서는 하이브리드 건조기에서 건조한 시료가 저장기간 동안 매우 우수한 신선도를 나타낸 반면, 시판 굴의 시료에서는 34.0~42.1%로 나타났다.

        We investigate the reduction of SnO2 and the generation of syngas(H2, CO) using methane(CH4) and hydrogen(H2) or a mixed gas of methane and hydrogen as a reducing gas. When methane is used as a reducing gas, carbon is formed by the decomposition of methane on the reduced Sn surface, and the amount of generated carbon increases as the amount and time of the supply of methane increases. However, when hydrogen is used as a reducing gas, carbon is not generated. High purity Sn of 99.8 % and a high recovery rate of Sn of 93 % are obtained under all conditions. The effects of reducing gas species and the gas mixing ratio on the purity and recovery of Sn are not significantly different, but hydrogen is somewhat more effective in increasing the purity and recovery rate of Sn than methane. When 1 mole of methane and 1 mole of hydrogen are mixed, a product gas with an H2/CO value of 2, which is known to be most useful as syngas, is obtained.

        작물 재배시에 질소비료와 유기물인 헤어리베치 그리고 LCU효과지연성 복합비료 등 질소공급원별로 토양에 시용하여 N2O 배출에 영향을 주는 요인들의 특성을 조사하였다. 그리고 그 요인들이 N2O 배출에 얼마나 영향을 주는지를 정량적으로 밝히고 온실가스 배출의 영향 인자들에 대해 온실가스 감축 효과를 종합적으로 평가하였다. N2O 배출에 영향을 미치는 요인은 토양온도, 토양수분과 무기태질소 등이다. 이 세 가지 요인 중 N2O 배출에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요인은 무기태질소 (콩 65.5%, 51.2%)>토양수분함량 (콩 19.2%, 고추 28.8%)>토양온도 (콩 15.2%, 고추 22.0%) 순으로 나타났다. 수량과 비료이용효율은 LCU 효과지연성 복합비료 처리에서 가장 높았다. N2O 배출량은 LCU효과지연성 복합비료와 NPK+헤어리베치 처리에서 차이를 보이지 않아 종합적인 결과는 수량과 비료이용효율 그리고 낮은 N2O 배출량을 보인 LCU효과지연성 복합비료 처리가 가장 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 N2O 배출을 저감할 수 있는 토양 양분관리 기술 개발 연구가 확대되면 온실가스 배출저감 대책에 도움이 될 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

        벼재배 논에서 온실가스 측정을 위해 사용되는 closed 챔버법은 시·공간적으로 변동 폭이 큰 메탄 플럭스를 측정하는 데는 한계가 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 메탄플럭스 측정에 있어 에디공분산을 기반으로 하는 open-path 방법과 closed 챔버법을 비교분석하였다. 벼 재배 기간 중 메탄 플럭스 변동은 두 방법 모두 비슷한 경향을 보였고 closed 챔버를 이용한 메탄 측정 시간대의 값은 open-path 측정에 의한 값과 고도로 유의한 상관을 보였다. 다만 총배출량에 있어서 두 측정 방법 간에 나타난 약 31%의 차이가 발생했는데 이는 closed 챔버법에 따른 과다측정과 open-path에 의한 과소측정으로 생각해 볼 수 있다. 정확한 원인 분석을 위해서 향후에도 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

        Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate differences in nursing performance of nursing college students following simulator training or video-based training for patients with respiratory distress. Methods: The study used a two-group post-intervention design. The simulator group was trained using a high-fidelity simulator and the video group with a best practices video. Nursing ability was evaluated by video recording participants during a dyspnea simulation exercise. The collected data was analyzed with a t-test using SPSS 21. Results: The simulator group showed lower scores than the video group in the preparation (t = -4.60, p < .001) and nursing intervention (t = -2.41, p = .033) categories. Conclusion: Video training is effective for simulation education in cases of dyspnea.

        최근 정보통신기술(IT) 기반의 새로운 산업시대를 대표하는 4차 산업혁명이 대두됨에 따라 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 미래 ICT 산업발전의 분수령이 될 중요한 산업 분야로 인식되며 클라우드의 중요성이 더욱 부상하고 있다. 이미 주요 선진국들은 클라우드 산업 주도권 확보를 위해 국가 차원의 프로젝트 및 정책을 적극적으로 추진 중에 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 2009년 이후 발표된 클라우드 활성화 추진계획이 최근의 IT 패러다임 변화에 대응하면서 클라우드 산업의 글로벌 경쟁력과 신성장 동력을 확보하고 있는지를 살펴보기 위해 국내 클라우드 정책과 해외 진출 전략을 중심으로 주요정책 내용을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 우선 클라우드산업의 패러다임 변화와 클라우드 산업의 현 위치를 살펴보고, 국내 클라우드 정책 중 해외 진출 관련 클라우드 정책 방안을 도출하였다.

        Importance of climate change and its impact on agriculture and environment has increased with the rise in the levels of Green House Gases (GHGs) in the atmosphere. To slow down the speed of climate change, numerous efforts have been applied in industrial sectors to reduce GHGs emission and to enhance carbon storage. In the agricultural sector, several types of research have been performed with emphasis on GHGs emission reduction; however, only a few work has been done in understanding the role of carbon sink on reduction in GHGs emission. In this study, we investigated ecosystem carbon balance and soil carbon storage in an agricultural paddy field. The results obtained were as follows: 1) Evaluation of soil C sequestration in paddy field was average 3.88 Mg CO2 ha-1 following NPK+rice straw compost treatment, average 3.22 Mg C ha-1 following NPK+hairy vetch treatment, and average 1.97 Mg CO2 ha-1 following NPK treatment; and 2) Net ecosystem production (NEP) during the paddy growing season was average 14.01 Mg C ha-1 following NPK+hairy vetch treatment, average 12.60 Mg CO2 ha-1 following NPK+rice straw compost treatment, and average 11.31 Mg CO2 ha-1 following NPK treatment. Therefore, it is proposed that organic matter treatment can lead to an increase in soil organic carbon accumulation and carbon sock of crop ecosystem in fields compared to chemical fertilizers.

        This study investigated the substitution of beet powder for rice flour in julpyun recipes with amounts of 0, 1, 3, and 5%. The beet powder had a moisture content, crude protein content, crude fat content, crude ash content, crude dietary fiber content, DPPH radical scavenging activity and total phenol content of 18.90, 1.37, 0.17, 0.91, 3.65, 12.03%, and 87.63 mg, respectively. The moisture content decreased with increasing beet powder content. The pH, DPPH and total phenol content increased with increasing beet powder content. The chromaticity measurement result showed that the ‘L’ and ‘b’ of julpyun decreased with increasing beet powder content, but ‘a’ increased. The texture measurement result showed that the hardness, cohesiveness and chewiness of julpyun increased with increasing beet powder content, but the springiness decreased. The adhesiveness was similar regardless of the beet powder content. The overall preference scores showed a high overall acceptability for julpyun made with 3% beet powder.

        Objective of this study was to evaluate the carbon budget on 40 years old pear orchard at Naju. For carbon budget assessment, we measured the soil respiration, net ecosystem productivity of herbs, pear biomass and net ecosystem exchange. In 2015, pear orchard released about 25.6 ton CO2 ha-1 by soil respiration. And 27.9 ton CO2 ha-1 was sequestrated by biomass growth. Also about 12.6 ton CO2 ha-1 was stored at pruning branches and about 5.2 ton CO2 ha-1 for photosynthesis of herbs. As a result, 25.6 ton of CO2 per ha is annually released to atmosphere. At the same time about 45.7 ton of CO2 was sequestrated from atmosphere. When it sum up the amount of CO2 release and sequestration, approximately 20.1 ton CO2 ha-1 was sequestrated by pear orchard in 2015, and it showed no significant differences with net ecosystem exchanges (17.8 ton CO2 ha-1 yr-1) by eddy covariance method with the same period. Continuous research using various techniques will help the understanding of CO2 dynamics in agroecosystem and it can be able to present a new methodology for assessment of carbon budget in woody crop field. Futhermore, it is expected that the this study can be used as the basic data to be recognized as a carbon sink.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a faculty development program for nursing simulation educators. Methods: This study developed one-day education program based on the ADDIE model. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires to investigate learners’ needs and participants’ evaluation of the pilot program. The data were analyzed using EXCEL with descriptive statistics. Results: The participants’ satisfaction with the program showed an overall high level of satisfaction. Two types of faculty development were developed based on the needs assessment. In addition, a review of the existing programs, namely, basic and advanced courses, were conducted based on the learning needs hierarchy. Conclusion: The development and pilot testing of a faculty development program for nursing simulation educators are feasible. Further research should focus on the short- or long-term evaluation of the program using the experimental research design.

        This study investigated grape powder substituted for wheat flour in muffin recipes with the amounts of 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20%. Grape powder consisted of 6.76% of moisture content, 4.63% of crude protein, 4.82% of crude fat and 4.16% of crude ash. DPPH radical scavenging activity is 68.79%, total phenol content is 205.79. Specific loaf volume have decreased as the grape powder content increased. Baking loss have increased as the grape powder content increased. Moisture and brix have increased as the grape powder content increased. pH have increased as the grape powder content decreased. Chromaticity measurement result showed that the ‘L’ and ‘b’ value of muffins decreased as grape powder content increased, whereas ‘a’ value increased. The texture measurement result showed that the hardness, gumminess and chewiness of muffins increased as the grape powder content increased, whereas springiness decreased. Cohesiveness did not show any considerable differences between muffins. Overall preference scores showed high overall acceptability for the muffins made with 10% grape powder

        At the SBSTA 42 (The 42th Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice), there was rich exchange of views on the topics of in-session workshop among the Parties. And draft conclusion (FCCC/SBSTA/2015/L.2) was adopted through the contact group meetings. Agriculture is a distinctive area of issues on food security and economies of most countries, in particular developing countries, as it has suffered from undesirable negative climate change impacts. Early warning systems (EWS) are essential to ensure the sustainability of agricultural systems, safeguarding the food production capacity and welfare of people related to agriculture directly or indirectly. Hence, it is the key component of any adaptation strategy. EWS should be integrated into information and communication technology (ICT) affordable and appropriate to local situation. The UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) should promote, in collaboration with relevant international organizations, measures to support adaptation of agro-ecosystems to the adverse effects of climate change. Korea had submitted its opinion on the development of early warning systems in relation to extreme weather events. The SBSTA 42 took note of the views submitted by Parties during the two insession workshop held at this session, and agree to consider the reports on those workshops at SBSTA 43. Also, it will continue its works referred to in paragraphs 87 ~ 89 of document FCCC/SBSTA/2014/2.

        This study investigates the current states and strategies to promote simulation based nursing education. The subjects of study were 118 domestic four-year college samples, the survey was used a self-report questionnaire from October 2015 to February, 2016. The result of this study was that Simulation training course was composed of 'credits' (82.5%), practice personnel for simulation training course was mean 11.6 persons per practice group, and simulation training course consisted of almost six placement, and there were mean 3.08 simulation models. And Charge instructors for simulation practice were a assistant professor(28.9%), professor(26.3%), and dedicated personnel was mean 1.7 persons. Instructors were received education an average of 4.40 times, they learned the most common from institutions and medical device company(30.4%), The result was revealed that "Critical thinking skills" (23.7%) of the goal of simulation nursing education was the most common, and the contents of evaluation contents was problem-solving skills (20.9%). Most majors to conjugate simulation nursing education were an average of 2.54 credits/3.14 hours as an adult nursing, 1.55 credits/1.60 hrs as an pediatric nursing, 1.50 credits/3.00 hrs as fundamentals of nursing, and 1.25 credits/2.63 hrs as an maternal nursing, respectively. Most scenarios that were dyspnea care (67.5%) %), cardiovascular care (50.0%), maternal child-related care (47.5%), and hypoglycemia nursing care(37.5%), and others(67.5%). In conclusion, it is necessary to establish the standard for simulation nursing education and it is expected to reflect in the policies of educational accreditation.

        This study was investigated cranberry powder substituted for flour in pound cake recipes with the amounts of 0, 4, 7, 10, and 13%. Cranberry powder have of 6.47% of moisture content, 3.38% of crude protein, 4.92% of crude fat and 0.43% of crude ash. No significant difference in weight was found from increased cranberry powder concentration. Volume and specific loaf volume have decreased as the cranberry powder content increased. No significant difference in moisture and brix was found from increased cranberry powder concentration. pH have decreased as the cranberry powder content increased. ‘L’ and ‘b’ decreased with an increase in the cranberry powder concentration, but ‘a’ increased. The texture measurement result showed that the hardness and chewiness of cake have decreased as the cranberry powder content increased. springiness, cohesiveness and adhesiveness showed no significant difference with the increasing amount of caked cranberry. Overall preference scores showed a high overall acceptability for the cake made with 7% cranberry powder

        본 연구는 IPCC (2006)의 농업분야 온실가스 배출권 측정의 새로운 지침에 의거하여 과수와 토양, 대기 간의 탄소수지 산정 방법론을 제시하고자 전남 나주시의 배 재배농가를 대상으로 토양 호흡량과 초본류, 그리고 과수의 생태계 순생산량을 측정하였다. 토양 호흡량 및 초본류 생태계 순생산량은 Closed Dynamic Chamber (CDC) 방법으로 측정하였고, 배 과수의 생태계 순생산량은 EddyPro 5.2.1 프로그램을 이용하여 공분산법으로 측정하였다. 배 과수원의 토양 호흡량으로 연간 429.1 mg CO2m-2 h-1이 배출되었으며, 토양온도민감도 (Q10)는 2.3으로 나타났다. 초본류의 경우 측정기간 동안 호흡이 광합성보다 우세하게 나타났다. 2015년 6월 20일부터 24일까지 초본류의 광합성 또는 호흡을 통해 흡수 및 배출된 CO2의 총합은 156.1 mg CO2m-2 h-1으로 상대적으로 호흡이 더 많았던 것으로 나타났다. 배 과수의 광합성 또는 호흡에 의한 CO2 총합은 - 680.1 mg CO2m-2 h-1로 광합성에 의해 CO2가 흡수되었다. 배 과원 단위의 토양 호흡량과 초본류 및 배 과수의 광합성 및 호흡량의 총합은 - 0.04 ton CO2ha-1로 CO2의 흡수원이었다. 결론적으로 배 과원에서의 다양한 접근방법을 통한 향후 다년생 목본 작물 재배지에서의 탄소수지 산정 방법론 제시에 꼭 필요하다고 판단된다.
