        Purpose: This study aimed to explore the meaning of simulation practice after experiencing virtual simulation for nursing students with clinical practice experience. We attempted to determine a nursing simulation strategy as an alternative to the clinical practice in the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The participants were seven nursing students who experienced clinical practice and completed alternative virtual simulation practice in the COVID-19 pandemic. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and analysed using the phenomenological methodology. The key question was “what is the meaning and nature of child health nursing practice using virtual simulation in the COVID-19 pandemic?” Results: The significant statements were categorized into 14 themes, 7 theme clusters, and 2 categories. The categories extracted were “a sense of difference between virtual and reality” and “experience systematic learning transfer.” Conclusion: Practical education through nursing simulation is important for students to experience a systematic and efficient learning. Additionally, simulation educators should produce various efforts to help students achieve the learning outcomes, such as scenarios, class environments, and instructor preparation, to reduce their sense of separation from practice.

        Purpose: This study was conducted to explore Virtual Reality (VR) utilization strategies in scenario-based nursing simulation training. Method: This was an integrative review for the identification of scenario-based VR simulation training applied to nursing undergraduates. The existing literature was searched in electronic databases using RISS, PubMed, and Pro-Quest and the key words were “Scenario based,” “Simulation,” “Virtual reality,” “Virtual training,” and “Nursing.” Finally, five studies were analyzed. Results: All the studies were conducted from 2016 to 2019. One RCT, two quasi-experimental studies, and two mixed method studies were identified. The topics of the scenarios were all different; acute myocardial infarction, management of respiratory system disease with hypoxia, postoperative nursing with appendicitis, teamwork and communication in outpatient and emergency situations, and disaster situation training . The outcome variables that were significant statistically were performance, self-confidence, and learning satisfaction. Conclusion: The findings suggest that virtual simulation in nursing education can potentially improve knowledge, performance, and learning confidence and can increase satisfaction with learning experience among nursing undergraduates. Multidisciplinary cooperation and investment are needed to develop diverse content applying VR in nursing simulation education. The review of the side effects also needs to be performed.

        고추는 한국의 식생활에서 필수적인 향신료로서 대부분 이 건조 보관되면서 소비되고 있으며 식품 제조용 및 조미료로써 광범위하게 활용되고 있다. 고추와 고추 재배 토양에서 미생물 오염도를 확인하고자 본 연구에서는 고추 재배 농가(I, II, III, IV, V)에서 시료를 채취하여 일반세균 수, 대장균군, 대장균은 정량적 분석을 수행하였고, Salmonella spp., E. coli O157:H7, L. monocytogenes, B. cereus는 정성적 분석을 수행하였다. 고추 63점과 재배 토 양 54점의 일반세균수는 각각 2.97~8.13 log CFU/g, 5.91~ 7.65 log CFU/g이었고 재배 토양이 고추보다 좀 더 높은 미생물 분포를 보였다. 대장균군은 고추에서, 그 범위가 1.87~6.71 log CFU/g 수준으로 나타났고 재배 토양에서, 그 범위는 0.67~6.16 log CFU/g 수준으로 나타났다. 대장균은 고추에서는 전혀 검출되지 않았고 토양 시료 54점 중3점 (6%)에서 0.83~4.36 log CFU/g 수준으로 검출되었다. 5개 농가의 고추, 재배 토양 시료에서 Salmonella spp., E. coli O157:H7, L. monocytogenes등은 검출되지 않았고, B. cereus는 고추 63점 중 3점(5%)에서 검출되었고 재배 토양 54점 중 53점(98%)에서 검출되었다. 농산물에서의 미생물 오염은 생산, 가공, 유통의 전 과정에서 일어날 수 있으므로 각 단계에서의 철저한 위생관리가 요구된다.

        Purpose: This research involved a review of studies that examined the effectiveness of simulation-based nursing for clinical nurses in Korea. Methods: This is a methodological study for the identification of the simulation based educational interventions applied to nurses. Existing literature on simulation-based nursing education was searched using KISS, RISS, and Google Scholar electronic data bases and the keywords were “simulation,” “nurse,” “debriefing,” and “effect.” A total of 6 studies were included in the analysis. Results: Identified studies were conducted between 2010 and January 2017. All of the studies were randomized controlled trials(RCT). Scenario subjects were “communication skill,” and “emergency care.” Information about debriefing was largely absent from the studies. Conclusion: The findings suggest that activation of simulation–based nurse education is required. This study proposed that choice of measurement variables considering objectivity is needed.

        목적: 4주 연속착용 소프트 콘택트렌즈를 착용하였을 때 누액침착에 따른 가시광선 투과율 및 굴절력의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: -1.00D, -3.00D, -7.00D의 굴절력을 가진 A社, C社, J社의 4주 연속착용 소프트콘택트 렌즈를 인공누액에 3일, 7일, 14일, 21일, 28일 배양 후 스펙트로 포토미터(7315, JENWAY, USA)를 이용하여 가시광선 투과율을 측정하였다. 굴절력의 측정은 수동렌즈미터(LM-8, TOPCON, Japan)를 이용하여 Wet Cell 방식으로 측정하였다. 결과: 굴절력의 측정결과 A社, C社, J社 4주 착용 콘택트렌즈 모두에서 굴절력의 변화는 거의 없었으며, 28일 배양 후 측정한 굴절력은 미미한 증가를 보였으나 유의성은 없는 것으로 나타 났다. 가시광선 투과율은 A社, C社, J社 4주 착용 콘택트렌즈 모두에서 인공누액 배양 기간에 따라 가시광선 투과율이 점차적으로 감소하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다(p<0.05). 배양 28일 경 과 후 A社의 경우, -1.00D 콘택트렌즈에서 97.31 ± 1.59%에서 93.94 ± 1.39%로 감소, -3.00D에서 97.23 ± 1.28%에서 93.62 ± 1.31%로 감소, -7.00D 렌즈에서 97.56 ± 1.69% 에서 93.3 ± 1.24%로 감소하였다. C社의 경우 -1.00D의 경우, 98.69 ± 0.92%에서 95.72 ± 0.99%로 감소, -3.00D는 98.4 ± 0.10%에서 95.62 ± 0.98%로 감소하였다. -7.00D의 경우 98.16 ± 0.88%에서 95.2 ± 0.72%로 감소하였으며 J社의 경우 –1.00D에서는 97.48 ± 1.92%에서 93.85 ± 1.72%로 감소, -3.00D에서는 97.66 ± 1.76%에서 93.74 ± 1.43%로 감소하였고 –7.00D의 경우 97.16 ± 1.89%에서 93.4 ± 1.51%로 감소하였다. 결론: 인공누액 침착에 의한 4주 연속착용 소프트 콘택트렌즈의 굴절력의 변화는 미미하게 증가하였으며, 가시광선 투과율은 감소하였다. 콘택트렌즈의 가시광선 투과율은 4주 누액 침착 이후에도 모두 90%이상으로 허용 범위 내에 있었다. 그러나 이는 착용기간이 늘어갈 수록 착용 초기에 비해 시야 흐림 등의 원인이 되어 착용자의 불편함을 야기할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a faculty development program for nursing simulation educators. Methods: This study developed one-day education program based on the ADDIE model. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires to investigate learners’ needs and participants’ evaluation of the pilot program. The data were analyzed using EXCEL with descriptive statistics. Results: The participants’ satisfaction with the program showed an overall high level of satisfaction. Two types of faculty development were developed based on the needs assessment. In addition, a review of the existing programs, namely, basic and advanced courses, were conducted based on the learning needs hierarchy. Conclusion: The development and pilot testing of a faculty development program for nursing simulation educators are feasible. Further research should focus on the short- or long-term evaluation of the program using the experimental research design.

        This study investigates the current states and strategies to promote simulation based nursing education. The subjects of study were 118 domestic four-year college samples, the survey was used a self-report questionnaire from October 2015 to February, 2016. The result of this study was that Simulation training course was composed of 'credits' (82.5%), practice personnel for simulation training course was mean 11.6 persons per practice group, and simulation training course consisted of almost six placement, and there were mean 3.08 simulation models. And Charge instructors for simulation practice were a assistant professor(28.9%), professor(26.3%), and dedicated personnel was mean 1.7 persons. Instructors were received education an average of 4.40 times, they learned the most common from institutions and medical device company(30.4%), The result was revealed that "Critical thinking skills" (23.7%) of the goal of simulation nursing education was the most common, and the contents of evaluation contents was problem-solving skills (20.9%). Most majors to conjugate simulation nursing education were an average of 2.54 credits/3.14 hours as an adult nursing, 1.55 credits/1.60 hrs as an pediatric nursing, 1.50 credits/3.00 hrs as fundamentals of nursing, and 1.25 credits/2.63 hrs as an maternal nursing, respectively. Most scenarios that were dyspnea care (67.5%) %), cardiovascular care (50.0%), maternal child-related care (47.5%), and hypoglycemia nursing care(37.5%), and others(67.5%). In conclusion, it is necessary to establish the standard for simulation nursing education and it is expected to reflect in the policies of educational accreditation.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the first learning experiences of undergraduate nursing students in team based high-fidelity simulation. Methods: The participants in this study were 13 undergraduate students at a university in Korea. The students were place in a setting of high-fidelity simulation to manage neurological patients. Data were collected from August, 2013 to September, 2013, through in-depth interviews and were analyzed on the basis of Colaizzi’s phenomenological methodology. Results: Five essential themes were extracts that were as follows 1) Thoughts about patients through the training manikin 2) Feeling of being engaged in practical training 3) Recognition of the importance of the team and teammates 4) Evaluation and analysis of the education content 5) Prospects of improving the capacity for nursing practice. Conclusion: Although the students experienced simulation practicum for the first time, it was noticeable that they tried to actively utilize their theoretical knowledge on the training high-fidelity manikin during simulation practicum. Also, it was observed that they recognized the importance of cooperating with their teammates through team role-playing, assuming a professional attitude as a result. Furthermore, analysis on the content of the education and self-evaluation would help foster the capacity to provide total care for patients.

        본 연구는 2차원 순압모델을 사용하여 황해와 동중국해에서 조석잔차류와 춘 하 추 동 4계절의 해상풍에 의한 해수 순환과 이러한 순환에 의한 부유물의 이동 궤적을 추적하는데 목적을 두었다. 황해 해수 순환의 주요 외력은 조석과 바람이라고 생각되어, 조석은 M2 조석으로부터 조석잔차류를 계산하였고, 계절별 바람으로서 1월(겨울), 4월(봄), 7월(여름), 10월(가을)을 사용하였다. 조석잔차류는 한국 남 서해안과 제주도 부근과 중국 양자강 하구역 부근에서 크게 나타난다. 제주도 부근에서는 10 cm/s 이상의 최대 잔차류가 나타나며 시계방향의 순환을 보이지만 전반적으로 남해안을 따라 동향류의 경향이 있다. 또한, 중국의 연운항에서 상하이 사이의 영역에서는 한국의 남해로 향하는 순환 구조가 나타나고 있다. 바람에 의해 형성된 순환은 북풍의 성격을 띤 1월, 4월, 10월에는 해역에 시계 방향의 순환이, 남풍과 열대성 저기압의 영향을 받는 7월에는 반시계 방향의 순환이 우세했다. 이로 인하여, 한국연안에서는 7월을 제외하고는 남향류가 나타났다. 부유물은 조석 잔차류와 취송류에 의해 이동한다. 10일 동안의 이동에서는 수 십 cm/s에 달하는 취송류가 조석 잔차류보다 크게 작용했다. 그러나, 수 개월 이상의 이동에 있어서는 수 cm/s의 조석잔차류의 영향이 더 크게 나타났다.
