By the effect of globalism and information the workplace environment is complicated and diversified little by little. The job stress due to the life style, the idea and culture, and the automated facility system etc. is to a tendency which compared to increase more. It will not be able to prevent a industrial accident basically because the oriental and western life style is different. Therefore this paper presents the Korean life change unit model through statistical testing in order to minimize industrial accident with the proposed life change unit factors on the workers living In the middle area. Finally, the analytical result of this paper can be easily used in order to minimize the industrial accidents by the job stress with the worker and the occupational safety & health manager in real fields.
The main objective of this study is to provide feature analysis of industrial accidents in manufacturing industries using CHAID algorithm. In this study, data on 10,536 accidents were analyed to create risk groups, Including the risk of disease and accident. The sample for this work chosen from data related to manufacturing industries during three years (2002~2004) in Korea. The resulting classification rules have been incorporated into development of a developed database tool to help quantify associated risks and act as an early warning system to individual industrial accident in manufacturing industries.
Recently data mining techniques have been used for analysis and classification of data related to industrial accidents. The main objective of this study is to compare performance of algorithms for data analysis of industrial accidents and this paper provides a comparative analysis of 5 kinds of algorithms including CHAID, CART, C4.5, LR (Logistic Regression) and NN (Neural Network) with ROC chart, lift chart and response threshold. In this study, data on 67,278 accidents were analyzed to create risk groups for a number of complications, including the risk of disease and accident. The sample for this work chosen from data related to manufacturing industries during three years (2002~2004) in korea. According to the result analysis, NN has excellent performance for data analysis and classification of industrial accidents.

도자기 산업 유통단지 선정 시 성능 특성은 구매선호도, 가격, 제품, 생산품질 등 여러가지가 있지만 모든 성능 특성을 동시에 고려하는 것은 불가능 하다. 따라서 이들 중 중요인자를 선정하고, 유통단지의 필요정도만을 특성치로 선택하여 제품에 대한 범위를 결과로 도출하고자 한다. 이로 인해서 현행의 부진한 도자기시장을 활성화할 수 있도록 판촉 방안의 문제점 및 개선 방안을 강구하고, 효율적인 유통시스템의 설계로 인한 도자기 산업 전반의 비용 절감을 모색하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구는 일반 대중들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 형태의 유통구조 개선에 따른 마케팅 접근방법을 제시하여 유통단지 구축으로 판매 촉진 방안을 수립하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다.
공급망사슬관리(Supply Chain Management : SCM)의 기법이 도입되어 운영되는 한편에서는 최근의 RFID(Ratio Frequency IDentification)의 활용등 SCM, VMI의 Visibility 향상과 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 환경의 실현을 가능하게 하는 신기술들의 상용화가 일부 선진국에서는 기업들의 RFID 기술접목 도입등에 힘입어 더욱 빨라질 것으로 전망된다. 특히 SCM 간의 정보공유와 협력을 바탕으로 고객관리, 서비스, 수요예측, 구매, 마케팅, 물류, 재고관리 전반을 효율화함과 동시에 RFID의 신기술을 접목하는 IT시스템 도입으로의 발전은 피할 수 없는 우리 기업의 경영전략이 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 유통업체와 제조업체의 재고운영을 위한 재고관리, 결품방지의 효과에 대한 실태를 분석하고 KPI지수 요인과, 수요예측과의 상관관계를 검증, 고찰하여 재고운영에 관한 문제점과 해결방안을 모색하고 더 나아가 RFID 신기술 접목을 위한 환경모델을 제시하고자 한다.
Multi-criteria decision making is deducing the relative importance in the criterion of decision making and each alternative which is able to making a variety of choices measures the preferred degree in the series of low-raking criterions. Moreover, this is possible by synthesizing them systematically. In general, a fundamental problem decision maker solve for multi-criteria decision making is evaluating a set of activities which are considered as the target logically, and this kind of work is evaluated and synthesized by various criterions of the value which a chain of activities usually hold in common. In this paper, we are the eigenvector methods in weights calculating. For the purpose of making optimal decision, the data of five different car models are used. For computing, we used Visual Numerica Version 1.0 software package.
EWMA관리도는 SPC 기술 중 가피원인을 탐지하는 기술이 최근품질특성에 가중치가 주어져 미래를 예측하는 능력이 우수하다. EWMA관리도와 EPC의 통합은 연속공정산업에서 성공적으로 사용되고 있다고 널리 인식되어 있다. 그러나, 이산적인 부품 제조공정의 탐지와 연속 생산공정 산업과 그중에서도 제조공정 산업에서의 이들 기법을 적용하기 위해서는 샘플링비율, 고장감지, 실시간 보정과 공정통제에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 SPC와 EPC의 차이를 비교분석하고, 제조공정 산업에서 EWMA와 EPC를 성공적으로 통합하여 제품품질특성에 적용하여 변동을 감소시키는 사례연구를 제시하고자 한다.
Since IMF system was introduced once, downsizing has been usual phenomenon in business sphere. Downsizing influences the unemployed, and also the survivors such as in job stress, communication bias, lower organizational commitment and so on. This paper reviewed the relationship between organizational commitment and service quality, and the moderating effect of sex in hotel. Based on the responses from 494 hotel employees, the results of multiple regressional analysis showed that affective OC and normative OC have affirmative effects on service quality. The results of moderating analysis showed that continuance OC has an affirmative interactive-effect on responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with gender, and affective OC an negative interactive-effect on assurance.
