The purpose of this paper is to cultivate field of new distribution and it will set three detail aims and such aims will be propelled. First, investigates a present condition of domestic financial distribution, second, presents standard model of financial distribution, and third, confirms suitability of standard model on financial distribution for instance analysis. incidental purpose is to offer improvement method about corresponding instance through deduction of problem and estimate of analysis instance. The purpose of this paper is also to induce more strategic financial industry through research of related system such as LIS, CVO and TMS or through research of prior innovation contents by application to NONGHYUP for realization of financial distribution model.
To build a most efficient and competitive warehouse, need to reflect tenants various opinions in advance such as location, rentable size, leasing terms, rental, configuration of the building, building structure, traffic flow and amenities. Thus a survey for major tenants which are logistics, retailers and manufactures should be done to figure out potential demand and marketing strategy to lead to be a competitive warehouse. However above survey is time consuming work and requires high cost involvement thus to avoid such an inefficient process and to facilitate investors prompt and right decision making, there should be a tool which helps to make a decision process easier with simple key factors. In other word, we have used above mentioned 'Demand Approach' so far but here I am introducing 'Factors Comparison' which reflects location factors and facility factors. I derived Kwang-myung logistics park's proper rental rate through 'Demand Approach' which analyzed Seoul Metropolitan area's rental warehouse status and rents, and also defined a size of potential demand area and rental. And this report compared the result with an outcome of 'Factors Comparison' then compared each methods and drew a conclusion of 'Factors Comparion's better convenience and efficiency.
Concept about health is rapidly changed into 21C. thinking logic of customer about food is changed from just food to safety food by disposition of consumption about foodsafety. But government, manufacturer, distribution trader and seller which have different recognitions about foodsafety lose trust of customer. Because they did't focus on thinking changed of customer about foodsafety. Our thinking about rapidly changed food safety being intergrated with IT technology is helping to expand and supply into market. In this article, We'll study Traceability System about cattle and pig related to food. this system was developed in livestock market. In this study, we problems from these systems after studying present construction positions of these systems and purpose of this study is investigation of actual use condition. Also purpose of this study abstracts problems which will be developed and researched.
최적의 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 물류시설을 조성하기 위해 수요업체(화주)를 대상으로 입지, 임대면적, 임대조건, 임대가격, 건물의 배치, 건물의 구조, 교통처리계획, 부대시설 등에 관한 다양한 의견을 사전에 수렴, 물류시설 건립에 반영할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 조사를 위한 시간과 비용이 과대하게 발생하는데 이러한 비효율적인 조사를 보다 효율적으로 정리하고 더 나아가 투자자의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 지원하기 위해서 간단하게 몇 가지의 요소만으로 사전에 진단하고 정확한 의사결정을 할 수 있는 도구의 필요성이 대두된다. 즉, 기존에는 상기에서 언급한 '수요자 접근법'을 이용하여 진행하여 왔는데, 거점적인 측면과 시설적인 측면의 요소를 반영한 새로운 "요인비교법"을 도출하였다.
공급사슬의 구조가 복잡해지고 고객의 수요가 다양해지면서 공급사슬에서의 물류기능은 점점 중요시되고 있다. 지금까지의 생산자는 전체 물류의 60% 이상을 제 3자 물류 업체를 통하여 수행하였다. 택배 시스템은 자신의 서비스 능력과 상호보완관계에 있는 여타 서비스 제공업체와 연계하여 공급사슬 효율화를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 체계가 필요한데 공급사슬 전체에 대한 물류서비스를 여러 업체로부터 개별적으로 외부 위탁하는 경우보다 한 번의 계약으로 통합된 물류서비스를 제공받기를 원하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 이에 협력택배시스템의 추진이 필요하고 있다. 타사에의 정보 누출을 꺼려 아직은 인식이 부족한 상황이나 보다 효율적이고 저렴한 물류비용을 위해서는 앞으로 제조업과의 다 자간 전략적 제휴는 필수적인 상황으로 전개될 것이다. 이에 현 3PL의 문제점을 살펴보고 제조업과의 협력 방안을 살펴보기로 하겠다.
우리나라 상품의 대외경쟁력은 대체적으로 국내 물류비에서 결정된다. 이 좁은 국토(거리상으로)에서 왜 그리도 많은 내륙 물류비를 부담해야 하는 지 많은 이들이 의아해 한다. 제대로 갖추어져 있지 못한 국가차원의 사회간접자본(SOC) 시설, 승용차 중심의 도로운송시스템도 문제지만 제품공장과 수출입관문인 항만.공항간의 연결점에 있는 물류거점시설들이 활성화돼 있지 않다는 것이 요인으로 지적되고 있다. 민간업자 차원에서는 국토 요소요소에 물류센타를 세워놓고 고객들의 화물에 대한 일괄 물류서비스를 제공하려고 많은 노력들을 하고 있다. 이곳에서는 보관, 재고관리, 유통가공, 보세운송, 수배송, 물류대행, 물류컨설팅 등 종합(통합) 물류서비스들이 이루어진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 물류센터의 실태를 조사하여 수요에 따른 물류센터의 공급능력을 평가하면서 물류의 일괄서비스 측면에서의 효율성을 점검해 보고져 한다. 또한 향후 이 분야에 있는 연구나 조사 필요성이 있는 과제가 무엇인지를 검토하여 단계별 연구과제를 정의하여 체계적인 연구가 진행될 수 있도록 하는데 그 믿걸음이 되고져 한다.
본 연구는 도로용 포장재로서 포러스콘크리트의 실질적인 현장적용을 위한 자료제시와 성능향상 방안을 도출하기 위하여 실리카퓸과 강섬유 혼입률에 따른 포장용 포러스콘크리트의 물리 역학적 특성, 내구성 및 흡음특성을 평가하였다. 시험결과, 모든 시험조건에서 포장용 포러스콘크리트의 공극률과 투수계수는 국내외 기준치 및 제안값을 만족시키는 것으로 나타났고, 강도특성의 경우 압축강도는 대한주택공사 도로기준의 기준치를 모든 배합요인에서 만족시키는 것으로 나타났으나 휨강도의 경우에는 강섬유 혼입률 0.6vol% 이상에서 일본콘크리트공학협회 제안값을 만족시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 실리카퓸과 강섬유를 동시에 혼입한 경우가 우수한 강도특성을 나타냈다. 또한 내구성은 역학적 특성과 유사한 경향성을 나타내 실리카퓸과 강섬유를 동시에 사용한 경우가 가장 우수한 내구성능을 나타냈으며, 실리카퓸 10wt.%와 각섬유 0.6vol.%를 함께 사용한 경우 Plain의 경우에 비해 골재비산저항성은 27%정도, 동결응해저항성은 약 60%정도 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 포장용 포러스콘크리트의 흡음특성은 소음저감계수가 0.48로 나타나 50%에 가까운 흡음성능을 발휘하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
Prescribed according to the occupational safety and health low noise measurement method was changed to personal sampling in the method to measure an area noise. Such method had the limit which did not evaluated characteristic of sound of occurrence and the place of origin. This study was peformed to establish an engineering remedy of the work-place noise. The subject was a vibration control process of the place of business in Pusan. A simulation program applied for an engineering improvement of the work-place noise. The results were as follows: 1. An noise occurrence level of the work-place before improvement was 88~97dB(A), We applied an improvement method to be established and were expected to 80~l19dB(A), 2. The level of the noise-distribution to appear in the place of origin of the work-place before improvement was 90~93dB(A) but, We executed the simulation after applied an engineering remedy and predicted 80~85dB(A). A result of the simulation blue part was changed mostly into the dark blue color. The results suggest that simulation program establishes an engineering remedy and is useful to the case to apply.
미래는 어쩔 수 없이 불확실하다. 더욱이 현대 프로젝트의 다국적화, 거대화, 복잡화 현상은 프로젝트 성공과 관련된 미래 예측을 더욱 불확실하게 만들고 있다. 이러한 불확실성의 증가 현상은 모든 산업에 있어서 일반적인 것이며, 결과적으로 리스크에 대한 관리의 필요성을 더욱 증폭시키고 있다. 관리되지 않은 프로젝트 리스크는 프로젝트의 실패의 원인이 되며, 나아가 조직의 위기로 발전된다. 따라서 프로젝트 리스크는 프로젝트 팀을 포함한 전체 조직 차원에서 관리되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 전반에 걸쳐서 체계적인 리스크 관리를 위해 프로세스를 중심으로 서술하였다.

The effects of residual impurities on solid state sintering of the powder injection molded (PIMed) W-15wt%Cu nanocomposite powder were investigated. The W-Cu nanocomposite powder was produced by the mech-ano-chemical process consisting of high energy ball-milling and hydrogen reduction of W blue powder-cuO mixture. Solid state sintering of the powder compacts was conducted at for 2~10 h in hydrogen atmosphere. The den-sification of PIM specimen was slightly larger than that of PM(conventional PM specimen), being due to fast coalescence of aggregate in the PIM. The only difference between PIM and PM specimens was the amount of residual impurities. The carbon as a strong reduction agent effectively reduced residual W oxide in the PIM specimen. The formed by reduction of oxide disintegrated W-Cu aggregates during removal process, on the contrary to this, micropore volume rapidly decreased due to coalescence of the disintegrated W-Cu aggregates during evolution of CO.It can be concluded that the higher densification was due to the earlier occurred Cu phase spreading that was induced by effective removal of residual oxides by carbon.
The synthesis and characteristics of W-Ni-Fe nanocomposite powder by hydrogen reduction of ball milled W-Ni-Fe oxide mixture were investigated. The ball milled oxide mixture was prepared by high energy attrition milling of W blue powder, NiO and for 1 h. The structure of the oxide mixture was characteristic of nano porous agglomerate composite powder consisting of nanoscale particles and pores which act as effective removal path of water vapor during hydrogen reduction process. The reduction experiment showed that the reduction reaction starts from NiO, followed by and finally W oxide. It was also found that during the reduction process rapid alloying of Ni-Fe yielded the formation of -Ni-Fe. After reduction at 80 for 1 h, the nano-composite powder of W-4.57Ni-2.34Fe comprising W and -Ni-Fe phases was produced, of which grain size was35nm for W and 87 nm for -Ni-Fe, respectively. Sinterability of the W heavy alloy nanopowder showing full density and sound microstructure under the condition of 147/20 min is thought to be suitable for raw material for powder injection molding of tungsten heavy alloy.
