        탄소섬유보강근을 철근 대체재로 사용하기 위해서 단기 역학적 특성뿐 아니라 장기간 역학적특성에 대한 연구가 필히 수행 되어야 하고 현재도 진행 중이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 CFRP bar의 지속하중에 대한 저항성을 평가하기 위해 ASTM 기준에 따라 약 1,000시간 동안 탄소섬유보강근 인장강도의 40%를 재하하는 크리프 시험을 진행 후 잔류 인장강도 확인을 위한 추가 인장시험을 진행하였다. 크리프 시험 결과, 탄소섬유보강근의 변형률은 지속하중 하에서 1,000시간 경과 후 하중재하 초기 변형률보다 약 4.9% 상 승하였고 크리프 파괴는 발생하지 않았다. 잔류 인장강도는 일반 인장강도의 95% 수준으로 측정되었고 잔류 탄성계수는 일반 탄성계 수의 85 % 수준이었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 진행한 인장강도의 40 %가 1,000시간 동안 재하되었을 때 탄소섬유보강근은 안전한 것으 로 확인되었다.

        In this paper, based on the existing research, we define the parameters for the number of ignition devices to be applied to the pyrovalve, the operation and airtightness according to the temperature, the material of the nipple and the thickness of the fractured part, and ANSYS Ver. 19.2 was used to analyze the FEA model, and a comparative analysis was conducted through structure analysis according to the piston shape of the pyrovalve. In addition, an experimental study was conducted by manufacturing a prototype according to the design variables. As a result, high-strength pyrovalves can stably supply working fluids such as fuel and oxidizer for space launch vehicle propulsion engines, as well as precisely control flow path switching was confirmed.

        Valves are one of the indispensable components in modern industry. Filling and de-pressure connectors in rocket valves used for space launch vehicles are very important parts for smooth fluid supply. For this reason, an optimized design that can improve efficiency, miniaturization, weight reduction, and safety of the valve at the same time is required. In this work, flow analysis and structural analysis were performed through 3D modeling using computational numerical analysis for open type filling and de-pressure valves. As results, the flow velocity and pressure distribution of the fluid were analyzed through the flow analysis of valve, and stress distribution was conducted in structural analysis. Through this study, it is consequently expected to provide valves of various specifications by performing production and performance test evaluation of development prototypes.

        In turbopump type liquid rocket engines, ignition and starting are known to be the most unstable and risky section among all operating sections of the projectile. The operation of the liquid rocket engine is the process of ignition and combustion of the main combustor after the turbo pump is driven into a stable section due to the turbine driving of the turbo pump and the ignition and combustion of the gas generator by the pyro starter. In this process, the driving of related components directly influences each other, so each component must be operated with sufficient reliability. In particular, if the igniter does not supply sufficient ignition energy at a predetermined time, an explosion may occur due to stagnation of the fuel/oxidant mixture, so reliability is more important. In this study, the fracture analysis of the gas generator igniter rupture disk according to the shape was performed using computational analysis. As a result, comparative analysis was performed to obtain the optimal dimensions according to each variable condition.

        The 3-way valve have been used as a valve for opening and closing the valve by the flow control in the pressure system of the cryogenic and high pressure environment. In this paper, numerical analysis and experimental study on fracture nipple of 3-way ultra high pressure valve applied to space launch vehicle was carried out. We have developed a 3-way valve numerical simulation modeler of cryogenic environment using commercial software ANSYS 18.2. As results of numerical analysis, optimum nipple condition was derived. In addition, a 3-way valve prototype was fabricated and the fracture test was performed and compared with the numerical analysis results.

        The purpose of this study was to utilize the K-MBI (Korean Modified Barthel Index) and subscales of K-MBI in predicting the length of hospital stay (LOS) and the discharge destinations for stroke patients. The study population consisted of 97 stroke patients (57 men and 40 women) admitted to the Seoul National University at the Bundang Hospital. All participants were assessed by K-MBI at admission and discharge after rehabilitation therapy and the information available was investigated at admission. The data were analyzed by using the Mann-Whitney U test, the stepwise multiple regression and the logistic regression. The median LOS was 30 days (mean, 32.8 days; range, 22 to 43 days). The K-MBI score at initiation of rehabilitation therapy (p<.001), the type of stroke and living habits before a stroke were the main explanatory indicators for LOS (p<.05). Within the parameters of K-MBI measured at initiation for rehabilitation, feeding and chair/bed transfer were the explanatory factors for LOS prediction (p<.01). Confidence in the prediction of LOS was 20%. Significant predictors of discharge destination in a logistic regression model were the discharge K-MBI score, sex and hemiplegic side. Dressing in items of discharge K-MBI was the significant predictor of discharge destination. The K-MBI score was the most important factor to predict LOS and discharge destination. Knowledge of these predictors can contribute to more appropriate treatment and discharge planning.
