In the context of the rapid development of information technology and the continuous transformation of work patterns, the phenomenon of work-related electronic communication during non-working hours has become increasingly prevalent, and its impact on employees has become an important research topic. This study conducted in-depth interviews with 18 employees from different industries and job levels, and used open coding and axial coding to conduct an in-depth analysis of the interview results to construct the relevant main categories and content framework. Based on this, a questionnaire was designed and 526 valid questionnaires were obtained through the Questionnaire Star platform. Subsequently, through reliability analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, a systematic and comprehensive measurement dimension system was finally constructed. This system includes two first-level indicators of internal personal traits and external communication situations, and is further subdivided into six second-level indicators and eight third-level indicators. The scale system constructed in this study provides a scientific empirical basis for enterprises in managing work-related electronic communication during non-working hours, helps enterprises gain an in-depth understanding of the behavior patterns and ability characteristics of employees in this context, and thus optimize management strategies. At the same time, employees can also better understand their own situation based on this scale system, and then adjust their own behaviors and mindsets in a targeted manner to achieve a balance between work and life.
In recent years, the e-commerce live streaming industry has emerged, and Chinese consumers‘ requirements for product quality, shopping experience and after-sales service have been constantly increasing. Therefore, for e-commerce enterprises, grasping consumers’ satisfaction with live streaming with goods is extremely important. In March 2024, this study conducted in-depth interviews with 20 interviewees in Wuxi City, constructed the main categories and contents of the live streaming with goods satisfaction scale assessment, designed the questionnaire based on this, and collected and retained 325 valid questionnaires through the Questionnaire Star platform from March 23 to 31 of the same year. Later, through empirical analysis, a satisfaction scale system for Chinese consumers‘ e-commerce live streaming covering 3 first-level indicators of anchor characteristics, live streaming interaction and live streaming environment, 5 second-level indicators and 29 items was constructed, filling the gap in related research. It provides a comprehensive evaluation tool for e-commerce enterprises to optimize products and services, formulate marketing strategies, improve the live streaming environment, and enhance the interactive experience, which is of great guiding significance. At the same time, it also provides useful guidance for Korean e-commerce enterprises to understand the needs of Chinese consumers, optimize live streaming content and interactive experience, and improve user retention and loyalty.
한류열풍으로 인해 한국으로 유학 온 중국인 학생 수가 대폭 증가하였다. 그러나 이들은 대부분 20대 초반으로 자신을 스스로 관리하는 능력이 부족하다. 게다가 하루에 4시간만 수업을 받기 때문에 교사는 학습자가 여가시간에 효율적으로 한국어학습을 할 수 있도록 학습자들의 자율학습능력을 키워 주어야 한다. 학습자의 자율학습능력을 키우기 위해 고려해야 하는 요소가 많지만 그 중에서도 동기요소가 자율학습능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국인 한국어 학습자의 동기조절 전략이 자율학습능력에 대해 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 동기조절 전략의 하위 전략별로 자율학습능력과의 상관관계를 다중회귀 분석을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 동기조절전략에 속하는 8가지 하위 전략은 모두 자율학습능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 그 중에서도 흥미제고전략이 자율학습능력에 미치는 영향이 가장 크고 의지조절전략과 표현목표환기전략의 영향이 가장 미약하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 한국어교사는 수업시간에 학습자가 흥미제고전략을 많이 사용할 수 있도록 유도하는 것이 바람직하다고 할 수 있다.
