Logistics cost of domestic company has been improved continuously and annually, it is still higher than other main comparative countries. So, in this study, as optimizing the logistic network of distribution, it was trying to find methods decreasing logistics cost and storage cost, which occupies 86% of logistics cost of companies. through the efficiency of transportation and delivery routing, it could be also possible to decrease the logistics cost. And, it is also checked to find the logistics cost could be decreased by 10% by optimizing the routes of transportation and delivery, improving the transportation mode, etc.

Illegal transportation act using a private truck cases indigested freight market. Moreover it incurs social and economic damage. There are some remedy for this problem that is reintroducing suspension of the service law, creating the law to punish client who have the goods which is delivered and improving transportation environment.

This research studies the present status of utilization of IT in SMB, Small & Medium Business, logistics companies, and analyzes the examples of utilizing Excel VBA for building and operating IT system in SMB logistics companies. Through this study, this research suggests main issues of building and operating logistic systems and the effective way of utilizing the systems in SMB logistics companies.

The aim of this study was to develop a standard to estimate safety factors of corrugated fiberboard containers used for agricultural products. This study is limited to fresh agricultural products packaged in the corrugated fiberboard containers and further work needs to be done, but we believe the data and results obtained by this research will greatly help to set proper package design for boxes. Especially, safety factor would be practically helpful for researchers for future study and packaging users to save packaging costs.
